What is Micro Ground Instant Coffee?
Unlike other types of instant coffee, micro-ground instant coffee is one of the most appreciated and modern technology. As the name implies, Micro means extremely small and ground means reduced to small particles or powder by crushing it. So the coffee is grounded as small as it is needed in this process.
Micro ground (Micro Ground is unit of measurement): the name tells the subject. In freeze-dried, in the processing of liquids, 20 percent of the best and the finest Arabica coffee powder will be added to the liquids and then the process of freeze-drying will continue as usual. It’s been ground so finely that it’ll completely dissolve when mixed with water. After you’ve finished a mug, you’ll notice the fine particles of ground left at the bottom. This natural arabica coffee powder gives instant coffee the real and natural taste and aroma.
The benefits are clear.
A superior-tasting coffee with all the convenience of instant coffee. This delicious hybrid of freeze-dried coffee and micro-ground offers a super silky-smooth blend that has the delicious natural taste of the micro-ground, without a gritty aftertaste (thanks to the freeze-dried granules!). The roast profile is medium to dark for a brew perfect for any occasion. So, when you're eyes are opening in the morning or you need a kick of caffeine in the afternoon, there’s no better instant coffee than NERO AMORE micro-ground

Types of Coffee Roasts
Tumblr media
The internal temperature of the beans increases as they roast. the type of roasts is differentiated by this internal temperature. let’s take a look at how hot you would need to make the beans in order to get the roast you want.
Light Roast
If you like higher acidity and caffeine or “brighter” brews with a light body, this is the roast for you. To achieve a light roast, the temperature should be between 356-401°F Light roasts are also known as light city roasts, half city roasts, and cinnamon roasts. They start to fall near the beginning of the first crack, despite the name. This kind of roast is also safer to prepare at home because it takes less time and is cooked at a lower temperature
Medium Roast
Because of the higher mid-level acidity and fuller body, this roast level is more common than light roasts. Furthermore, the temperature is still bearable for the majority of people. For medium roasts, such as house roasts, city, Breakfast roast, and city+, aim for a temperature range of 410-428°F. About the middle to end of the first crack, this roast stage emerges. Something between the first and second crack is considered a medium roast.
Medium-Dark Roast
In terms of the number of roast distinctions  (including Full-City, Full-City+, and Vienna Roast, Light French Roast, Continental Roast), this is a much broader group. Temperatures for medium-dark roasts range from 437°F to 446°F. As the beans reach the second crack, you can notice oil spots. The roast flavors become more noticeable alongside the varietal notes at this stage, resulting in hints of spice and a heavier body.
Dark Roast
Finally, dark roasts include French Roast, Italian Roast, Heavy Roast, and Espresso Roast. They're roasted at 464 degrees Fahrenheit, but the most important guideline is to keep the temperature below 482 degrees Fahrenheit. If you don't have the proper tools, things can get tricky or even risky. These beans are taken out during the second crack and have an oily appearance and low acidity and caffeine.

What is Robusta coffee?
Now, It's time to talk about A quarter of the world's coffee. They make up about 35-40% of the world's coffee consumption. That is right! we are going to talk about Canephora, also known as Robusta. If you remember we gave a short description of Arabica and Robusta and then we talked about Arabica in detail.
Welcome To the High Caffeine World
Robusta's higher caffeine level, as well as its chlorogenic acids (naturally occurring antioxidants), are believed to be a consequence of the plant's self-defense mechanism toward pests and disease. This coffee is grown mostly in West Africa and the Far East, and at cooler temperatures than Arabica. It's a kind of coffee that has fewer perfumes and aromas than Arabica.
Robusta Features
Robusta seeds are bitter and have a low fragrance.
Robusta seeds have a sour flavor to others.
The caffeine content of Robusta seeds ranges from 1.7 to 4%, which is almost double that of Arabica seeds.
lower cost.
Sugar and fat are reduced.
Stronger trunks that are naturally pest-resistant
Plant Profile
family: Rubiaceae
scientific name: Coffea canephora
species: C.canephora
origin: Central and Western sub-Saharan Africa
vegetation: ever-green, overlapping
height: 4-5 m
bean: Small, round, straight center cut
heyday: summer
fruit: red coffee cherries with many seeds each
Benefits and disadvantages of Arabica CoffeeOne of the main benefits of Robusta is the price. It is cheap, yeah, but it does not mean that you will get the lower quality of coffee. Being cheap is because of the sturdiness and resistance to disease, heat, and humidity. Whether calling benefit or disadvantage its low sugar leads to a more bitter taste and stronger flavor. If you need a lot of energy, to stay awake, or just want to engage in intense workouts, we suggest a cup of Robusta coffee because of its high caffeine. The thick foam produced by Robusta beans can be used to make espresso. However, Arabica and Robusta are often mixed, depending on the needs of the drink and the preferences of the people.

In order to become more familiar with this type of coffee, it is better to stay with us in the continuation of the article with the Neroamore.
It is clear that Arabica belongs to the Arab countries. Arabica coffee trees grow in the mountainous regions of Yemen, Ethiopia (southwest), Sudan (southeast), and Guatemala. Coffee plants are classified as Coffea, these plants are evergreen shrubs that currently grow in different parts of the world, but most of these trees are grown at high altitudes, due to the growth of Arabica coffee plants in the highlands, first coffee in the highlands of Ethiopia, Which was cultivated during the year with fewer temperature fluctuations than other places.
Arabica coffee trees can be grown at an altitude of about one thousand to two thousand meters above sea level. These species are very sensitive to climatic conditions and are also vulnerable to pests.
The first cultivated species of the coffee tree
There are more than 75 known types of coffee in the world. About 70% of the world's coffee is Coffea Arabica, abbreviated as "Arabica".Coffea Arabica is the first cultivated species of the coffee tree and still has the highest growth and cultivation in the world and has many fans among the people. This variety is dramatically superior to other commercial coffees, Cafia Caifura or Robusta.
Plant Profile
family: Rubiaceae
scientific name: coffea
species: arabica coffee
origin: Ethiopia
vegetation: ever-green, overlapping
height: 80-150 cm
leaves: young leaves light green and shining, later darker green
heyday: summer

Benefits and disadvantages of Arabica Coffee
One of the benefits of Arabica is wonderful and unique with a less sour taste that you can not find in any coffee type. It has less caffeine so you feel more relax than Robusta. By containing more antioxidants, it can prevent cancer and other illnesses like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and memory disorders.
Talking about disadvantages, it is more expensive than other products and vulnerable to pests. it has more sugar and fat than Robusta seeds and less acidity than other coffees.
Features of Arabica coffee :
This type of coffee has remained stable over the years due to its high pollination and has not changed much in its beans. In other words, it can be said that it is the most stable type of coffee, and it has no difference from the first fruit of the coffee tree that was discovered. This type of coffee is less bitter than other breeds of coffee, even if you have a dark roast of this coffee. Arabica coffee has less caffeine than other types of coffee, which we mentioned earlier.

Arabica and Robusta, introduction
Tumblr media
The time that we are tired or have a hard day, for many of us a cup of coffee is the best choice to run away from all hustle-bustle of the world and keep your body and health safe. we all have a common interest in caffeine! For these reasons and many like them, we better know different types of coffee that are in the world, The coffee plants have different breeds, in this section, we will introduce you more to two types of breeds Arabica and Robusta. Coffea arabicaAround 60% of world production is Coffea arabica, also known as the Arabian coffee, "coffee shrub of Arabia", "mountain coffee" or "arabica coffee". It is believed to be the first species of coffee to be cultivated. Arabica beans, which have the highest production of coffee in the world, are more expensive and, of course, tastier than other types. The trees of this type of coffee are planted at altitudes of 800 to 2000 meters above the ground and for this reason, it is also called mountain coffee. The Arabica coffee tree is native to the highlands of Yemen, Sudan, and Ethiopia, but these days countries such as Brazil, Jamaica, and Colombia are the best producers. Arabica coffee beans contain about one and a half percent caffeine, which is less than Robusta. However, they have more fat and sourness, and these features make them taste more pleasant. Arabica plants are less resistant to conditions and pests and are generally more difficult to maintain and grow due to their sensitivities. The ideal temperature for growing Arabica is between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.     Coffea canephoraRobusta Coffee which is the common name for Coffea canephora is one of the coffee species which is originated in central and western sub-Saharan African. It is planted at low altitudes up to 800 or 900 meters. These trees are taller and more resistant than Arabica trees. This type of coffee is less cultivated in the world because it has fewer fans. This is due to the high amount of caffeine and consequently its more bitter taste. Those who prefer heavy and bitter drinks such as espresso have a good relationship with Robusta coffee. Robusta coffee is mostly grown in Vietnam, Brazil, Indonesia, and India. Robusta is more resistant to pests and diseases, it is more adapted to hot weather and It can withstand temperatures up to 36 degrees Celsius. *Some information credited to Wikipedia
