The thing I do not understand about the scene where Devlon ask about Nesta and any other scene where people ask who Nesta is, or vise versa like when Greyson asked about Feyre, is that Nesta literal looks exactly like Feyre minus Nesta’s boobs and narrower jaw.
Like in most fanart where their together you you only know who Nesta is because her clothes, hair style, and facial expressions.
That and Elain is just Feyre with brown eyes.
Like you’re really asking who and why these people are there? Like you don’t fucking see the matching faces between them and the high lady.

All I can think about is how this insinuates that the bat boys are all physically and sexually attracted to versions of Feyre and I hate this thought
If you don’t want to read acosf good for you and all that. But please don’t take the joy out of it for others. Because for certain people myself included, the book release it’s what is keeping them going. I know personally I have a lot of books I am looking forward to and that is what is getting me through life day by day. Don’t shit on someone because they want to read this book or want to experience reading the book. You can keep your heavily negative opinions to yourself. I am looking forward to see Nesta heal. She reminds me of myself sometimes and seeing that things do get better in life helps me and many others. Let’s just try to keep the toxicity to a minimum.
I’ve noticed that it’s really popular to hate on other characters and pairings in this fandom. Now, I am relatively new to being in a fandom so maybe this is just how it works, but the amount of “slander” and “anti” posts I see with ACOTAR is crazy compared to other series I follow.
I understand not liking a certain character or ship (I have my own notps and unfavs too dw) but the fact that someone will go out of their way to make a hate post over a character or ship rather than just share content on the ones they love is shocking to me.
I also understand having really strong opinions about a series, but choosing to post something hateful about a character/ship that someone else could love can be really hurtful and mean. Many people could relate to these characters or see a part of themselves in them, so what you say about a character or a ship that character is in can feel like a personal attack.
The worst part is that seeing these posts can trigger another person to create their own hate post in retaliation (I am definitely guilty of this) which then can trigger someone else to make one and then it’s just this unending cycle of negativity.
There are many other ways to express your dislike without bringing it to a toxic level. If you don’t like a character/ship, just say “they’re not my favorite but I’m open to my opinion changing” or better yet JUST KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.
And I know that if you think a particular ship or character is problematic you want to share this so you can enlighten or educate people, but please keep it to that: EDUCATING. Don’t write about how they suck or that you hate them and they are lame/gross/disgusting/etc. because those are all emotionally triggering words that can upset people who really love those characters/ships.
And I have all these tags on this post because I’m not just talking about the people who speak against the characters and ships I love but also the people who speak against the ones I don’t. Everyone should be allowed to stan who they want to stan without feeling attacked or discouraged.
Please, just think about how what you’re saying could make another person feel before you post it.
And please share this post around because I’d really love to see this fandom become as empowering and uplifting as it is capable of being because everyone in it is so talented and amazing. ❤️

The other Nesta stans are probably going to come at me for this but I don’t like him until proven otherwise. Mor says he abused her and Eris said he didn’t and until one of those statements is proven true I just can’t like him. And it’s weird to see people shipping him with Nesta a sexual assault victim. They’re probably like he had his reasons but now they’re just sounding like the Rhysand stans when they want to exuse sexual assault. If you think about it the two of them are very similar. It just doesn’t sit right with me
But like can we talk about Nesta’s iconic and badass exit into the cauldron. How she pointed that finger at the King and she could see the terror in his eyes. And as stated in her pov in that sneak pack of acosf she actually laughed at that fear as she went under. My baby is going to serve this year and I am here for it.

Can you imagine Nesta becoming more free with her personality and being a dumbass with her new found family. With emerie but also Nesta with a boy bestie. Imagine the chaos. Aelin has Fenrys. Feyre has Cassian. Also what role do you think Nesta will play? There’s always the mom friend, the comedian, the civil one, and the ones that act like they have absolutely no sense.
The teaser hasn’t even been out for a full day and y'all already want to bash Nesta “for trying to make Cassian jealous” first of all we don’t even know the context so calm down. Second of all I bet you any other character could have done that or if the roles were reversed and Cassian was making Nesta jealous there would be no problem but of course Nesta can’t be capable of being a good person and everything she does will never be good enough in the eyes of the reader so we’ll bash her for no reason. ok then
