My boss made me lunch today so I couldn’t say no but thankfully it was only 153 calories so I’ll either skip dinner or only do something under 150. Restricting is a lot easier for me than fasting. Fasting makes me so sick like puking sweating light headed. Where even if I eat only 150 cals in a day I feel good and can keep my energy up.
Didn’t eat the avocado which I’m happy about because I ate a small ham sandwich 🥪 that was worth the same amount of calories (250 rounded up) and I was very happy to enjoy some bread 😋 that will be all I eat today
