something i like about the torchwood fandom is that everyone is able to be critical about the show. we have common sense here yknow. like in other fandoms if you dare breathe any negativity about a “"perfect”“ show you’re just asking for anons in your inbox. but here we’re all “yeah jack said transphobic shit. the writers are cowards. the cyberwoman costume is shit. needs better lesbians.” and its chill. we all agree. its refreshing ngl. honestly thats the reason i kinda existed in parallel with but not part of my last fandom. like you should be allowed to criticise media. being able to criticise something isnt mutually exclusive w liking it. youre allowed to dislike parts of something you like.
