Arcane Season 2 Predictions 2/2

• The 'Pretty Boy' (Ambessa's prostitute) would be the boy Caitlyn meets in the brothel: there is indeed an air of resemblance According to a YouTube video, he would be the brother or friend of the revolutionary Zaunian during the war between Piltover and Zaun and whom Ambessa had assassinated. He would therefore approach the Medarda for revenge (and has a connection with the death of Mel's brother ?)

• Hope we find out more about the feud between Vander and Silco and the revolt.

• Vander has a too perfect role for me, while everyone thought Vander was the good guy and Silco the bad guy, I would like Vander to actually be the bad guy to make the character more complex, less perfect and more human, after while looking at Silco's memories, one can easily guess that Vander attacked him, betrayed him as he says. Plus, if Vander is Warwick, Singed confirms he just revealed the monster sleeping inside him.

• Oh my God, I completely forgot that Ziggs could become Jinx's friend so my creepy-but-sweety babygirl would be no longer alone. Knowing that Heimerdinger is a yordle too, Ziggs and him might know each other and so ironically Ekko would be friends with Heimerdinger and Jinx with Ziggs

Arcane Season 2 predictions 1/2

• Renata will take over Silco's business (a girlboss as we like) and I secretly wish her and Sevika will become lovers

• Camille will be her main enemy

• Caitlyn will become the new sheriff

• Vi will be her second

• Jayce will build a new council and manage it

• Ambessa Medarda will take her revenge on the murderer of Mel (Jinx) and that of her son (perhaps a citizen of Ionia who wanted revenge ?she said he was stronger than Noxus and I wish Ahri would appear)

• Viktor will continue his glorious evolution (and build Sky's project : Blitzcrank) in the Undercity because Jayce won’t understand his choice.

• Singed will work independently for Noxus (if he works for Renata, then Renata will do business with Noxus)

• In case Renata sells chemicals to Noxus, she will protect Jinx from Medarda

• Jinx will stay alone and tease Caitlyn and Vi with (dangerous) tricks and pranks

• Or Jinx will continue to be a hitwoman but work for Renata

• Heimerdinger will help Ekko develop the independent town

• Zeri will appear to help Ekko to fight Jinx (I prefer Zekko to Jinkko)

• Vander will come back as Warwick, a Singed’s experience

• Silco will haunt Jinx

I guess Ezreal (my fucking crush omg he’s so hot) will appear in the season 3, fall in love with Lux, and I don’t how it’ll come but I want Lux and Jinx become friends.

I like to think Baby Jinx used Silco’s talks about Piltover’s oppression against him, when he tried to enforce normal rules any parent would have for a child.

Silco: Jinx, it’s bed time.

Baby Jinx: Well, well, well. Look who’s become the oppressive tyrant now, setting his own unjust time restrictions upon the innocent; just like a certain 6pm curfew set in place by the council after the Ferros Mine Riots, 67 years ago

Silco: It’s not unjust-

Baby Jinx: Says you! Who gave you the authority to decide what is and isn’t just?

Silco: Jinx, I’m just trying to enforce-

Baby Jinx: AH-HA! So, you admit that you’re no different than the enforcers. Am I going to be beaten and arrested for staying a minute over YOUR made up, mandatory bed time?

Silco: Fine. Stay up as long as you want, see if I care.

*5 minutes later Silco carries a completely passed out Jinx, because she’s literally 11 years-old and it’s 3 am*

Jinx’s Night Routine ☾

Imaginez un instant, Jinx, ayant des troubles, a besoin de repères pour se sentir en sécurité, dans une sorte de zone de confort. Elle la trouve auprès de Silco et Silco a bien compris que s’il n’y avait pas cette routine rassurante pour Jinx, elle n’était pas bien — plus agressive, plus déprimée, plus renfermée...

Alors un rituel s’est naturellement mis en place au fil des années : tous les soirs, ils se retrouvent seuls tous les deux dans le bureau de Silco pour discuter. Son arrivée marque le moment pour lui d’arrêter de travailler et de décompresser, de penser à autre chose — sinon il aurait déjà fait vingt-quatre burnout. Il est également rassuré de la voir puisqu’il ne sait quasiment jamais où elle est, ni ce qu’elle fait, ni avec qui, alors il a toujours cette appréhension que quelque chose lui arrive, celle que tout père aimant a envers sa fille adorée.

Quant à Jinx, c’est le moment où elle a toute son attention et Dieu sait qu’elle aime lui parler de ses projets, de leurs avancées, l’entendre dire qu’il est fier d’elle quand elle réussit et l’encourager quand elle échoue. Il est son soutien perpétuel, sa raison d’être. La mort de ses parents, celle de Vander et l’abandon de sa sœur ont déclenché en elle un besoin constant d’affection. Il faut qu’elle se sente aimer à tout prix et elle a trouvé cet amour inconditionnel auprès de Silco.

Il lui apprend des leçons de la vie, répond à ses questions, lui raconte des détails anodins de son enfance.

Jinx, ne sachant pas tenir 2 minutes sans bouger, change constamment de place, se contorsionne dans des positions parfois étranges — Silco la réprimande lorsqu’elle se balance sur sa chaise ou qu’elle met sa tête en bas sur le canapé — puis finalement au bout d’une heure de papotage, elle finit par être fatiguée et a besoin de son câlin du soir. Elle s’étale sur Silco qui n’a pas bougé de sa place tout le long, il la prend dans ses bras et tout deux restent silencieux quelques instants, profitant simplement de ce moment précieux.

Il arrive par moment que Jinx s’endorme sur lui. Sinon, ils reprennent leurs occupations, Silco dans ses affaires, Jinx dans son laboratoire.

Jinx et les troubles psychiatriques

Jinx est violente, elle entend des voix et voit des personnes qui ne sont pas réelles, elle passe du rire aux pleures d’une scène à l’autre, elle est très sensible au mensonge, elle se comporte comme une enfant de 6 ans alors qu’elle en a au environs 15. Elle est surtout très malade.

Qu’est-ce qui a provoqué la naissance de Jinx ? l’accident de la Monkey Bomb ? la mort de ses parents ? l’adoption par Silco ? l’abandon de Violet... ?

Jinx a clairement un trouble de la personnalité parce que : • elle a du mal à gérer ses émotions : elle pleure, elle rit, elle se met en colère, son état change en moins d’une seconde, ce qui rend ses réactions imprévisibles. • elle est paranoïaque : elle croit que Caitlyn s’en prend personnellement à elle pour s’accaparer Vi. • Ses pensées fluctuent très vite mais sa façon de penser reste manichéenne : c’est tout ou rien, elle ne sait pas nuancer. Par exemple, elle était prête à s’enfuir avec Vi mais il fallait que Vi tue Caitlyn avant de partir alors que ça n’aurait pas changé grand chose pour elle, si elles partaient très loin de Zaun.

Son trouble Borderline a été créé à cause de son environnement violent qu’est la ville de Zaun, où elle a toujours vu tout le monde se battre pour survivre et où elle a été témoin de la guerre, de la mort de ses parents et celles de ses amis proches. Par ailleurs, dans son enfance, elle ne parvenait pas à remettre son âge dans le contexte (elle était simplement trop jeune pour faire ça) donc elle s’est toujours sentie plus faible, plus nulle, plus maladroite que les autres, pensant que c’était des défauts innés et sans savoir que c’était parce qu’elle était bien plus petite que les autres. Tout ceci a créé en elle une insécurité.

La pop culture qui use des troubles psychiatriques a tendance à nourrir ce cliché que maladie mentale = violence. C’est un énorme raccourci ! Certes dans l’histoire des meurtriers, la plupart était atteints de certains troubles mentaux mais si on prend l’ensemble de la population mondiale qui en ont (et ça fait un paquet) au final les malades violents ne représentent qu’une infime partie.

Même entourés de ses parents et de sa sœur, Jinx n’aurait sûrement pas échappé à la violence : Ses parents ont sûrement mené la révolte pour mourir sur le pont donc c’est qu’une partie d’eux étaient en colère et on remarque que les choses ne se sont pas faits de manière pacifique. Violet et ses amis se bagarrent souvent également. Dans le MV d’Enemy, on voit Powder assister à un racket.

C’est ainsi qu’elle a grandi et même sans maladie mentale, elle avait autant de chance de sombrer dans le chaos.

It’s just fun to imagine

Making a show doesn't always work as expected. • During the scene where Jinx confronts Sevika about Vi, she pushed the chair so hard that, by hitting the wall behind it, the chair fell and Sevika with it (there was more fear than harm). • In every shot where Vi finds out Caitlyn flirting with a girl in the brothel, Caitlyn told the worst flirting lines to the player to make Vi laugh, such as: "Your father is a thief, he stole all the stars in the sky to put them in your eyes.” or "Didn't you hurt when you fell from the sky?" or "Do you have a plan? I got lost in your eyes.” • Ambessa tripped down the stairs while boarding the airship.p • Jinx found it difficult to put her head in the water because she used to plug her nose with her fingers. • Between scenes on the bridge, Ekko and Jinx practiced the final lift of Dirty Dancing but never got it because Jinx absolutely wanted to be in Patrick Swayze's role. • In total, Claggor crushed 10 cupcakes while landing with it on the roof. • It wasn’t expected that Caitlyn finds the old player at the end of the parkour but although she wanted to laugh when she saw him, she kept her professionalism and finished the scene. • At the theater, Jayce was dizzy from the balcony. • Jinx was so touched by Silco's last words during the final scene that she genuinely cried. They ended up shooting the scene in two takes so that he consoled her and regained her composure for the second part. • The team had fun trapping Silco and Jinx by putting fake jellyfish in the water. • Ekko is the one who broke the decor the most. • After the scene was shot, Marcus and Silco faced off at the pyramid game. Silco unintentionally destroyed it but justified to Marcus that "accidents happen". • Heimerdinger's little pet really belongs to him, and he's pledged to clean up any 'mess' it's made on set.
