- eat a little threw out the day! You deserve food, you are amazing and you body needs it! AND you body will have enough food to live so it won’t be stressful for him! It’s better to eat 800 cals in 12 hours then to eat your 800 cals in 4 hours!
-vitamines!!!!! Plz don’t let yourself die! Even if it’s hard to eat give yourself time to recover. But during this time gives your body the nutrients he needs to HELP YOU GET OUT OF THIS FKG DISORDER!!

It’s been 3 years since I live with my ED and those are the tricks that makes me lose more weight then ever! I am not promoting eating disorders but we have to stay strong and if those littles things can help you physically during the time you are mentally recovering .... it’s better then nothing!

~ LOW CAL - VEGAN | Sugar-Cinnamon Balls Recipe ~
49 calories | 1g Protein | 1,5g Fat | 9g Carbs per serving (makes 45)
Time needed: 25 minutes
What you need:
~ 220g all-pourpose flour
~ 30g cornstarch
~ 1 tsp baking powder
~ 110g vegan soft margarine
~ 150g sugar
~ 60ml (vanilla) soymilk
~ 1tsp vanilla extract
~ 100g sugar
~ 3 tbs ground cinnamon
~ ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
How to:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and put a baking paper on a baking tray.
2. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. In a seperate bowl, whisk the butter with an electric whisk until it’s soft.
3. Add the 150g sugar to the butter and beat again until it’s fluffy, then add the soymilk and vanilla extract and whisk until it’s smooth. Add the dry ingredients and whisk ‘till it’s a smooth dough.
4. Combine the 100g sugar with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
5. Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar until they are well covered. Place them on the baking tray about 3cm apart from eat other and let them bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies look dry on top and browned on the bottom and let them cool for a few minutes.
Tip: You can use applesauce as a dip or put a bit of applesauce in the dough to give them a fruity taste!

~ LOW CAL | Apple Blueberry Muffins ~
Time needed: 30 minutes
Calories: 50 calories per muffin / 12 muffins
What you need:
~ 60g Applesauce
~ 120g flour
~ 1 Tbsp low calorie butter
~ 1 Egg
~ 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar (optional)
~ 1 Tbsp baking powder
~ 30g sugar
~ 60g blueberries
~ A little lowfat milk
How to:
1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, half of the blueberries and vanilla sugar and mix it together.
2. In a seperate bowl mix the butter, egg and applesauce. Then combine the dry and wet mixes.
3. Add the milk until it’s a smooth dough. Carefully add the blueberries and whisk until it’s well mixed.
4. Bake at 180°C | 356°F for 25 minutes.

Time needed: 5 minutes
Calories: 45 calories
What you need:
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sweetener
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cacao
1 tbsp lowfat milk
How to:
Mix everything together and place the mug in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes.
You can also add berries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, applesauce or banana if you like.
