The same way Ethan doesn’t actually appear to be a deadbeat dad when you look into it, despite what TikTok and Twitter say. FWIW Perez Hilton discusses starting that rumor about her in his memoir. Completely made up out of spite.

Yeah I figured. I thought I was just ignorant that I couldn't "see the signs" that everyone else was seeing of Ariana being an addict. It being a rumor that was started by freaking Perez Hilton of all people isn't surprising.
