I look down and begin to wash my hands in the sink before stepping into the shower.

I turn on the water and make sure it's cold then start to put my fingers back my throat.

I gag once nothing

I gag again nothing

I gag a third time, something

The food I had not half an hour ago comes spilling out onto the shower floor. It's disgusting.

But I'm not finished.

The amount of gags go uncounted.

My eyes are burning from the tears. My body is shivering from the cold.

Once there is nothing but bile I am finished.

I step out of the shower again yet I am not clean. I have sores on my knuckles, tears in my eyes and no voice to ask for help with.

Oh look at this the fat little piggy is tryna lose some weight. You know it's actually kinda funny that you think you're able to. With your massive thighs that expand to the size of China when you sit down, the arm fat that shakes all over the place and not to mention your double chin and back fat. Where are you ribs? Oh I'm sorry I forgot you always have that layer of fat over them. Maybe if you fasted? But then, being the failure you are, you'd just binge like the fat pig you are wouldn't you. Don't even bother checking the scales if you have because trust me you're gonna have gained and you'll have to spend time losing the weight again. You know what I was just thinking? I would hate to see you running or going up stairs. Just imagine all that fat jiggling and bouncing all over the place.

I lost weight!

Ok so for the last three days or so I kept thinking my collar bones were sharper and then this morning I weighed myself and I lost three pounds! This is exactly the motivation I needed to keep going
