Value Me

Value Me: I’ll write a drabble about my character telling yours how they feel about them.

Clary wasn’t expecting to spend the rest of the night like this. When Hermione invited her to the bar, the redhead promised herself that for her sake (and her friend’s sake) she wouldn’t drink not a drop of alcohol. Of course, that’s not exactly what happened. In the fact, she got really really drunk. And now the blonde girl was dragging Clary to her car. Thankfully, it was Hermione the one who was driving, and not the other way around.

”God you’re heavy.” She mentioned, but it wasn’t like Clary understood completly. She kept murmuring to herself about how hot Jace was, and how she wished she looked like Isabelle, and ”Did I told you about the time my best friend turned into a rat?” Of course it’s not like Hermione took her seriously, but she laughed and nodded a couple of time suntil they reached her car.

Once they were inside the car, Clary began speaking louder and more clear. Hermione ignored it, until the redhead said something half decent. “You’re suck a nerd Hermione.” For a second, she stared at the drunk girl, who wasn’t looking directly at her, but then she raised an eyebrow. Yeah, maybe it was true, but did she have to say it like that.

"Like super smart, how do you do that? I don’t even remember what I’ve learned in first grade." Clary continued speaking as Hermione kept looking at her. Maybe it’s the alcohol. “It makes me happy that you’re friends with me, I don’t think you’d even consider me a friend, I’m so dumb sometimes.” The redhead finished as she attempted to take her phone out of her purse, but she only dropped all its’ contents on the floor. “Mother fucker.”

Hermione wasn’t exactly paying attention to that, she was looking right at her friend, still remembering the words she had just said. As Clary picked up all the things that were on the car’s floor, Hermione spoke up. “Do you really think that?” The redhead looked up at her, almost hitting her head. Yet, a small smile appeared. “Yeah, you’re pretty amazing.” As just like that, she continued to look for her things.

Hermione smiled as she watched her, people tend to say that alcohol could make you say the truth, yet it was nice to see that someone thought so highly of yourself. “Thank you.” She said sweetly, but Clary rolled her eyes. “Yeah, lovely, now, could you use that little head of yours for once, and help me look for my phone?” Hermione stared for a second, but then bursted into laughter. A drunk Clary was the funniest Clary. “It is not funny! Look for it!”

As she searched for it, Clary realised how much those words meant. Even if she was drunk, she knew how to appreciate her friendship. She smiled to herself, yet she stopped once they have searched everywhere and her phone was no where to be found. “Maybe you left it in the bar.” Clary was about to deny that and to tell Hermione that she was silly for thinking something like that, when she remembered that she had been playing around with her phone in bar.

"God dammit!"

The redhead left the car and angrily walked towards the bar, yet she managed to fall half way. Hermione giggled a little as she went to the rescue.

Paint me

Paint Me: I’ll write a drabble about my character drawing a picture of yours.

”Hermione, if you don’t stay still I swear to god…”

The short redhead said to her friend as she posed for her. The girls had been there for a couple of minutes now, Clary was drawing Hermione while she read a book. She wondered why she came with the idea of drawing her while she read, out of all the things she could be doing, but Hermione didn’t seem to be against it. Yet Clary didn’t think that it would bother her that Hermione read that fast.

”Wha, I’m just passing the pages!”

”Exactly!”

Hermione laughed while Clary just rolled her eyes. How come it was hard to draw her like this? Or maybe she just could draw blonde people? She had many issues while drawing Jace before. Does this happen to all the blonde people? She wondered to herself as she kept tracing the paper with her pencil, when suddenly it broke. She groaned loudly, which only caused Hermione to giggle more.

Half an hour later, her sketch was done, and it looked better than expected. Sighing loudly, Clary called her friend to see what she had done. Hermione looked over Clary’s shoulder as she showed her how it looked. ”So, what do you think?” The blonde took the drawing and looked closer at it. A few seconds later, a smile appeared on her face. 

”What were you complaining before? This is amazing!”

”It is not! Plus, it’s just a sketch, it’s not the big deal… Yet.”

”You’re unbelievable.”

Even though Hermione rolled her eyes and turned her back, Clary knew that she was grinning. She looked once again at the paper, and smiled as well. Yeah, it looked good. Maybe this wasn’t such a bad idea after all.
