Just the way you are
“Honey, I’m home!” Harry called out as he entered the house. I couldn’t help but laugh a little at his use of the cliché statement.
I hurried out of the bedroom to receive him. His eyes lit up when he saw me making my way to him. He gave me a cheeky smile and dropped his briefcase on the ground to envelope me in a tight hug. His suit smelled of smoke and cologne, exactly the same as it did a week ago when he’d left.
“I missed you so much,” he spoke into my hair.
“Did you save the world this time as well?” I let go a little to look up at him.
“No, but I did save a country,” he laughed and kissed me on the nose.
I knew Harry was a ‘super spy’. That was the reason we had met. I could still remember it like it happened yesterday. There had been a sudden brawl between some suited men and a gang in a club. I ended up being caught in the middle of gunfire and had hidden behind the bar deciding to not get scared and act brave. The suited men mistook for a gang member and took me to the Kingsman HQ where Harry questioned me, checked my details and apologized profusely when he realized that they had made a mistake. He could’ve erased my memories but he chose not to and let me walk free. Four days after the incident I got a call from him asking me out on a date. And well, the rest was history.
“You must be tired. Go change, I’ll make you some tea,” I said pushing him in the direction of our bedroom.
“I’m not tired, but tea sounds good,” he said, picking up his briefcase and giving me a cheeky smile before heading towards the bedroom.
I blinked rapidly. Here he had just returned from saving a country and he said he wasn’t tired. He never failed to surprise me.
A few minutes later, I went into our room and placed the tea on the bedside table. I could hear Harry humming in the shower.
I knocked on the bathroom door. “Tea’s here!”
I heard the shower turn off. The door opened and Harry peeked out, his face and hair wet. The steam from the shower escaped into the room.
“Care to join?” He asked with a grin.
I pushed his head inside and closed the door.
“Try not to drown in there, I won’t be able to save you,” I teased and wiped my wet hand on my clothes.
I lay down on the bed and aimlessly used my phone. Harry came out wearing a plain grey t-shirt and black sweatpants.
“What are you doing on that?” He asked jerking his head towards my phone.
“Fixing a date with my husband,” I nonchalantly shrugged.
“How many husbands do you have?” He asked jokingly. That was the moment that his phone buzzed and its screen lit up with the message I had sent.
“One,” I winked at him.
He picked up his phone and read the message. “Yes, (y/n), I’m free for dinner tomorrow,” he threw the phone on the bed and picked up his tea.
“So do I message you the time and venue or-” I began.
“You can tell me verbally, I don’t mind. The tea’s lovely, by the way,” he sipped it slowly and sat down beside me on the bed, a respectable distance between us. As much as I loved his manners, I really wished he’s let his guard down around me.
I glared at the empty space between us and furiously started typing a heated message to my friend about the same.
The only sounds in the room were of him sipping his tea and the tapping of my nails on the screen.
“So,” Harry cleared his throat and kept the now empty cup on the bedside table, “who are you messaging now?”
“None of your business,” I grumbled and hit send. I locked my phone and put it under my pillow.
“Was it another one of those complaints you have against me?” He asked in a low voice. My eyes widened and I sat up instantly, facing him.
“So you’ve been snooping around in my phone now,” I huffed.
“No, I just have access to every single aspect of your device to monitor any suspicious activity that could occur because of my work,” he had an impassive look on his face.
“And you read my messages?” I narrowed my eyes at him.
“I couldn’t help but notice that my wife was going to some other woman, instead of coming to me, to fuss about the way I behaved. Of course, I read your messages.”
I exhaled audibly.
“I’m sorry, Harry. It’s just that you’re so diff-”
“No need to apologize, love,” he grabbed my hand and placed a kiss on the underside of my wrist. “I know I can be a little uptight at times.”
I didn’t know what to say. I felt terrible about the fact that I had acted like a total idiot. I loved him just the way he was, how could I ever imagine him changing himself because of me?
“I can see the gears turning in your head, and I don’t feel like that’s a good sign,” he chuckled and tugged my arm towards him. I scooted over and sat closer to him, resisting the urge to sit in his lap.
“You don’t have to change anything about yourself. I fell in love with the man you are, not the one you aren’t,” I said slowly.
“Can I say something, love?”
I hummed, looking at him expectantly.
“You are so sweet, you could put Hershey’s out of business,” he said and made a move to kiss me. I put a hand on his chest to prevent him from doing so.
His confused expression made me burst out laughing.
“That counts as flirting, doesn’t it?” He innocently asked.
I shook my head, still laughing. My stomach hurt and I was losing air. He waited patiently till I calmed down.
Once my laughter died down, I wiped at the little tears that had formed at the corner of my eyes.
“I have never heard such a cute pick-up line in my life,” I held back the laugh that threatened to come out. He was trying to be different and I couldn’t help but fall for him even more, if that was possible.
“(y/n), do you want kids?” He asked, his mood shifting suddenly.
“I do, Harry.”
“Do you want kids with me?”
“No, I’d prefer to have sex with Tipsy,” I dead-panned.
“Who’s Tipsy?” He growled.
“You’ve never watched Teletubbies? The kids’ show?” I felt like laughing again. But that quickly died down when he pulled my face close to his and kissed me.
He leaned back on the bed till he was laying down and I was on top of him, both of us not breaking the kiss.
“I’d love to have a baby with you, Harry,” I pulled away, answering his question.
He smiled at me and toyed with a strand of my hair.
“Then,” he placed his mouth beside my ear and whispered, “let’s make babies.”
I nodded my head vigorously and he effortlessly flipped us over.
“Don’t ever change, alright? And forget about the texts,” I gazed into his warm brown eyes.
“What texts?” He whispered and covered my mouth with his.

Harry Hart Imagine (Requested)

The Things You Do For Love
Harry was late. It was past midnight and he hadn’t made it home yet.
Well, his home, anyway.  I had decided to surprise him by heading over with pizza and wine to have a Supernatural marathon with him. That was five hours ago, and panic was beginning to settle in.
Harry was a tailor, or so he said. It was apparent that he was much more than a simple tailor. For instance, tailors don’t have an office full of secret compartments and big guns. And they certainly did not carry around a shotgun in the hidden compartment of their coat. Not to forget that the watch he wore shot darts.
These were all unexpected observations I had made over the course of eight months of being Harry’s girlfriend.
If I’m being honest, he was the sweetest man any woman could ever lay her hands on. And even though I respected the fact that he was mine, and considered myself extremely lucky, I sometimes couldn’t help but wonder what all he was hiding from me. It hurt a lot but I had managed to keep my emotions in check in order to not freak him out.
I sat on the couch facing the TV in the lounge and put my face in my hands. Waiting up for Harry was more tiring than I thought it would be.
There was a screeching of tires outside the house and I quickly jumped up and switched off all the lights to surprise him when he came in. I hid behind a pillar and waited for him to enter the house.
Instead of him entering like a normal human (by using a key to open the door), he kicked the door in. I froze in my spot. Maybe this wasn’t Harry and maybe I was experiencing a break in.
“Turn on the lights and get that damned fool out of my house,” it was Harry’s angry voice. Footsteps rushed in all directions and the house was filled with light. I didn’t move an inch. Harry wanted me out of his house. Why?
A cold object pressed to the back of my head and I whimpered.
“Found the intruder!” The voice behind me said. A pair of hands roughly pulled my arms behind my body and dragged me out of my hiding place.
“I’m not an intruder, I have the keys!” I screamed and twisted in the man’s grasp.
Harry rushed into the lounge and his eyes went wide. I looked at him with a defeated expression on my face. Two more men entered the scene, guns pointed at me.
“Found the lady, Agent Galahad,” the man pressing the gun to the side of my head said.
“Let her go this instant!” Harry roared and took out his gun and aimed it at the man.
My hands were immediately released and the gun was removed from my temple. I ran over to Harry and held on to him for dear life. He wrapped his arms around my shaking form and pressed a kiss on the top of my head.
“Tell Merlin that his assistant made a mistake. There has been no break-in. And tell him to get me a new door,” Harry said in a commanding tone. “Dismissed.”
The four men promptly walked out of the house and it was just me wrapped in Harry’s embrace.
“How about we go to your place?” Harry asked in a soothing manner.
“Okay,” I whispered into his chest.
I reluctantly let him go and retrieved the now cold pizza and wine bottle. He smiled upon seeing the contents in my hands. Placing a hand on my back, he led me out through the shattered door and into my car. He insisted on driving and soon we were on the road.
“Can I ask something?” I said, looking out of the window. He hummed in response.
My heart thudded against my chest as I spoke, “Who are you, Agent Galahad?”
I heard Harry exhale loudly and turned my head to look at him.
“I think it’s better if we talked about this once we reach home,” he replied, not sparing me a glance.
Home.
“Are you really who you say you are?” I pressed on.
“Yes,” was his curt reply.
“You’re not a tailor. You’re ‘Agent Galahad’,” I said using air-quotes despite knowing he hated when I did that.
Harry didn’t reply and continued driving.
“I saw your weapons, you know. And I also know your watch shoots darts,” I sighed. The silence was almost unbearable. Then a thought hit me. The type of thought which shouldn’t have crossed my mind but after the day’s events I felt it was only logical I felt so.
Did Harry Hart really love me?
The rest of the ride was uncomfortably silent. I was lost in my thoughts the entire way and Harry’s demeanour wasn’t helping.
I exited the car as soon as he parked it. I sped up the stairs of my building, not bothering to take the elevator. On reaching the fourth floor, I unlocked the door to my apartment and left it open for Harry.
He entered a minute later with the pizza and wine in hand and shut the door with his foot.
“I don’t feel like this will be a safe space for us to talk,” he said nonchalantly as he placed the items on the kitchen counter where I was pouring water for the two of us. I handed him a glass and walked past him into my bedroom. I didn’t hear him follow me.
I sat on my bed and took a large sip of water and placed the glass on the nightstand.
Harry appeared at the doorway with his tie missing and the top two buttons of his white shirt open.
“I would like to apologize for what happened today,” he said, not making a move to come near me. I patted the space beside me and he nodded and sat at a distance from me.
“I didn’t take you for a liar, Harry,” I whispered, tears building up in my eyes.
“I have hurt you, I understand, but everything I did was to keep you safe, (y/n),” he said giving me a remorseful look.
“Yeah and you faked this entire relationship as well, didn’t you?” I hastily wiped my tears with the back of my hand.
“No! I love you with all my heart, (y/n), and I am prepared to do anything to make this right,” he took my hands in his and shifted closer to me. I gazed at his hands covering mine and then into his eyes.
“I want to believe you, I really do. But how do you expect me to trust you when I don’t even know who you are?” I scrunched my eyebrows and extracted my hands from his. He frowned deeply and closed his eyes, almost as if what I had said hurt him.
“I am a soldier – of sorts,” he began. “I have killed, been shot at and rescued many important individuals.”
He went silent.
“Is that all you can tell me?” I asked biting my lip. His gaze shot towards my lips.
“I’m afraid, but yes, that is all the information I can give,” he looked away from my mouth.
Here I was, sitting with the man I loved, whose identity was a mystery to me. There were two ways out of this: either I show him the door or I take a risk and let him stay.
Who was I kidding? This man had given me some of my most cherished memories. From the promise ring he gave me to the slow, passionate love-making, everything confirmed the fact that he spoke the truth about loving me.
“I think,” I began, twisting the said ring on my finger, “that we should put this behind us. Agent or not, you’re the man I love. What you do with guns does not concern me as long as you’re safe and by my side.”
Harry blinked at me once, twice, then a slow smile spread on his face.
“I wasn’t expecting that, to be honest,” he confessed.
“I wasn’t expecting what happened either, but life is full of surprises, isn’t it?” I gave his hand a squeeze.
“Well, now that that’s over with,” he said standing up, “I assume we can get back to being us?” He took off his blazer and draped it over a chair. He removed his glasses, placed them on the nightstand, took off his shoes and climbed on the bed.
“Cuddle time?” he asked with his arms wide open.
I smiled. That was exactly what I needed.
I kicked off my shoes and accepted his embrace.
“It’s been a long day,” I yawned.
“And we haven’t eaten yet,” Harry chuckled.
“Hmm, I don’t feel like eating. Do you?” I looked up at him and he placed a kiss on my forehead.
“No, I don’t think I can eat anything after seeing you with a gun pressed to your head, looking so helpless,” his voice sounded sad.
“As long as you’re here, I don’t think I’m helpless,” I said and placed a soft kiss on his lips.
“I love you, darlin’,” he nipped my bottom lip.
“I love you too, Galahad,” I sighed contentedly as he kissed me slowly.
And that was how we slept – feeling safe, warm and complete.

Eggsy Unwin Imagine (Requested)
Tumblr media
Requested by @enoraturner Prompts- 3 (“Not the puppy eyes, come on.”) and 8 (“Get your pretty ass here right now.”) Pairing- Eggsy Unwin x Reader Warnings- Swearing Word Count: 1454
We All Have Our Jobs (Part 1)
Merlin looked tense as he entered the training room where Harry was sparring with Eggsy while I was engaged in a hand to hand combat with Roxy.
He cleared his throat and the four of us paused from our activities and gave him our full attention.
“A Kingsman agent was found dead in a club last night where he was tracking the Argent gang leader. Someone else needs to take up the case and close it for good. Any volunteers?” Merlin looked at the four of us.
Every Kingsman agent knew the Argent gang. Drug smuggling, human trafficking, illegal arms - you name it, they had it. We’d been trying to crush them since the past seven months and this was the second agent we’d lost because of their nuisance. Anger flooded my veins and I wanted to avenge the two fallen agents.
“I’ll go,” I declared. I heard Roxy gasp and I gave her a small smile. She shook her head at me.
“No, wait,” Eggsy gave me a concerned look. “(y/n), this is a suicide mission, are you crazy?”
“Crazy enough to take down those sons of bitches, yes,” I gave him a sharp look. Being his girlfriend did make him extremely protective over me, but I needed to close this case once and for all.
“Good enough, you leave tomorrow,” Merlin gave me a nod and started walking away.
“No, Merlin, I’ll go too,” Eggsy said.
“There won’t be any need for that, Eggsy,” Merlin said with an air of finality.
“Maybe he should go,” Harry spoke up, looking thoughtful. “Both our previous agents went alone, maybe having a partner will increase the chances of success.”
Eggsy nodded vigorously at Harry and all of us turned to Merlin for the final decision.
“Both of you leave tomorrow, start packing,” with that, he left.
“Are you trying to babysit me on this mission?” I glared at Eggsy.
“I can’t have you dying either,” his eyes grew sad as he made his way towards me and cupped my face in his hands.
“Yes, okay, love is in the air,” Roxy rolled her eyes and laughed as she left the room. Harry gave us a warm smile and he followed her out.
I sighed, he was just looking out for me. His eyes darted from my lips back to my eyes.
“No, I’m not kissing you when you’re so sweaty,” I laughed and pushed him away but his grip kept me in place.
“You don’t have to kiss me but let me kiss you,” he said and placed his lips gently on mine. My hands made their way around his neck and pulled him closer. His thumb traced small circles on my lower back while his other hand held my cheek.
“We- have to- pack,” I said between kisses.
He groaned but didn’t stop kissing me.
“Gary Unwin, let me pack now,” I said and pushed him away. He had a sour look on his face. He moved to grab me again and I dodged him with a swift manoeuvre.
“We really need to get on with it,” I said dropping my eyebrows and faking a slight frown.
“Not the puppy eyes, come on,” his shoulders sagged in defeat. Eggsy Unwin might be a ruthless killing machine but one little look and he would melt.
“Yes, the puppy eyes,” I laughed and left the training room, feeling him following close behind.
We walked in silence to the equipment room and grabbed a briefcase each to put in all the weapons we’d require.
“Hey, the files are in,” Roxy peeked in and waved two folders in her hand. I grabbed them and thanked her.
I flipped open mine and it had information on every Argent member that we knew of. On a separate page was an entire history of its current boss, Hulk.
“He named himself after a Marvel hero, are you kidding me?” I gave Eggsy a weird look. He stopped placing items in his case and headed over to me to peer into the file I was holding.
“I would go for something more original, but this works too,” he shrugged.
I dropped the files on a table and looked around to determine what all I would want for such a mission.
Eggsy didn’t look at me the entire time we were in that room. This wouldn’t be our first mission together but we still feared the other one’s life. There was nervous energy in the room, both of us waiting for the other one to say something. It was my fault, though. I shouldn’t have volunteered for the case. I loved Kingsman, it was my family, but I had jumped in without thinking about Eggsy and that made me feel extremely guilty.
But I still didn’t say a word.
__________
“Agents, you’ll be landing at your destination in six minutes and thirty-seven seconds,” Merlin’s voice came through the speaker of the airplane. We’d been travelling for three hours and Eggsy still hadn’t said a word. Merlin, on the other hand, had insisted on being our pilot. ‘Safety in numbers,’ he’d said.
“Are you fookin’ done ignoring me?” Eggsy spoke up. My head shot up to look at him. He didn’t look tense at all. In fact, he looked at ease in his bespoke suit with a glass of whiskey in his hand.
I, in contrast, was uncomfortable in a black net crop top and (excessively) ripped skinny jeans. This was the worst undercover outfit ever. But it would work since the Argents operated from a popular club in California.
“Weren’t you the one doing the ignoring?” I shot Eggsy an accusatory glance.
“Y’know what luv, once we’re done with this stupid mission, I’m going to show you how much I can really ignore you,” he gave me a sly wink and unabashedly checked me out.
“Landing now,” Merlin’s voice came in again. “Also, I can hear the two of you.”
Eggsy laughed while I sulked.
__________
Kingsman was a stupid organisation.
Why, you ask.
Because me and Eggsy completed the mission in three hours, no sweat.
If only they had sent an undercover agent to flirt with the gang while the other two took out their operation from the root, it could’ve been accomplished seven months earlier.
The ride back home, for me, was filled with complaining to Merlin about how they should sometimes let youngsters handle the job instead of going in guns blazing the way they did.
Eggsy fell asleep in the plane so there wasn’t much talking there.
The plane landed back at the Kingsman HQ where Galahad Sr. debriefed us and Roxy told us to prepare the report in five days.
“So,” Eggsy began as we left the shop, “your place or mine?”
“You go to yours, I’ll go to mine,” I gave him a sickeningly sweet smile as I unlocked my car which was parked out in the street.
“You think I’m going to let you go with you looking like that?” He looked me up and down for emphasis.
I hadn’t had the time to change from the undercover outfit, all I wanted to do was go home and sleep.
“We’ll talk about this later,” I said opening the car door and blowing Eggsy a kiss.
“Get your pretty ass here right now,” Eggsy chuckled.
I stared at him with my mouth agape. He himself was still in his Kingsman suit albeit with messed up hair.
“That’s highly inappropriate for someone dressed like that,” I retorted.
“(y/n),” he tsked, “I don’t like to repeat myself.” He started walking towards me while undoing his tie and wrapping it around his right fist. He came so close that our chests almost touched.
He unexpectedly grasped my arm and pulled me behind him. Next thing I know, he punches through the window of my car.
“The fuck did you do!” I screeched and glared at him.
“That’s not getting repaired till tomorrow at least, luv,” he bent down and flung me over his shoulder. “My place it is then.”
“Eggsy, you’re so dead,” I shrieked banging my fists against his back which seemed to have no effect on him. Why wasn’t anyone stopping by to help me?
That was when I noticed Roxy waving at me with an enthusiastic smile from the shop window.
Eggsy shoved me unceremoniously into his car and slammed the door shut.
I gave Roxy the finger as we sped off and she laughed and blew me a kiss.
“That wasn’t very polite, luv,” Eggsy grinned at me and placed a hand on my knee.
“Oh fuck off,” I gritted out and flung his hand aside.
He wasn’t getting any love from me anytime soon.

Harry Hart Imagine
Tumblr media
Jealousy
Pairing: Harry Hart x Reader
Warnings: Little angst
It was a busy day at the Kingsman Headquarters. Everyone seemed to be in a frenzy to organize the meeting between Kingsman and Statesman agents. At first it had been decided that the event would be nothing more than a formal dinner with only the high officials of Kingsman attending. But then an agent who had had a few missions with the Statesman agents informed Merlin of their informal ways which led to a change in the plans just a mere three days before the event. But Kingsman managed to throw a grand dinner buffet with drinks and dancing even with such a time constraint.
I entered the venue wearing a royal blue gown with the diamond pendant Harry had gifted me on our first anniversary. He was different from my past romantic interests, always a gentleman at all times, even when the two of us were alone. And I couldn’t be more in love with him.
“(y/n), need you near the snacks table,” Eggsy’s voice came in through my wireless earpiece.
“Heading over,” I replied and made my way to the back of the venue where Eggsy was casually leaning against the wall.
He pulled me in for a hug as soon as I came within his arm’s reach. I relaxed into his embrace. Eggsy was one of the few people I trusted.
“What’s up?” I asked and stood beside him.
“Don’t you think they should have placed the snacks stand somewhere in the centre of the hall instead of in one of the corners?” He said, picking up a chicken wing and munching on it.
“That does make sense, but why don’t you ask Roxy about this? She was in charge of the food,” I chuckled. “Anyway, have you seen Harry?”
“Oh yes, he was having a conversation with a Statesman agent near the bar,” Eggsy wiped his lips with a napkin. “You didn’t come with him?”
“No, he had to leave early to check up on the safety procedures,” I sighed, glancing around the room looking for my boyfriend.
Eggsy nodded slowly.
“Why don’t I introduce you to this interesting man I met?” Eggsy asked and held his hand out.
I nodded and placed my hand in his as he started walking towards a tall man wearing a leather jacket and distressed jeans. Statesman agent, no doubt.
“Agent Tequila, this is Agent Percival,” Eggsy introduced me and Tequila held out his hand. I thought he meant to shake it but was a little taken aback when he pressed a kiss on the back of it.
“That’s how these Kingsman guys do it, don’t they?” Tequila smirked and the three of us shared a laugh.
Eggsy placed a hand to his earphone and gave us a guilty look. “Duty calls,” he shrugged.
“No worries, Agent Tequila seems to be a nice man to talk to,” I smiled warmly at Eggsy and he nodded at the two of us and left.
“So, (y/n), isn’t it?” Tequila said as soon as Eggsy was out of earshot.
I faked a gasp and put a hand to my chest. “How do you know that, Statesman?” I joked.
“I did my homework, Percival.” Tequila smiled at me.
“So, are you liking the party?” I inquired.
“It’s nice,” he shrugged. “The whiskey could’ve been better.”
“We’re tailors, honey,” I tilted my head and gave him a smirk.
“Take a walk with me?” He asked offering me his arm. I hesitated. I hadn’t met Harry yet and was getting a little anxious. After a slight internal debate, I took his arm and allowed him to lead me out of the building towards the garden maze.
“The maze, really?” I raised an eyebrow at him.
“Puzzles are my speciality, believe it or not,” he gave me a wink. I felt the heat rising to my cheeks. I really hoped I hadn’t given him the wrong message by accepting his offer.
“I believe you,” I bit my lip, gazing back towards the building hoping to find Harry.
We entered the maze and Tequila let me go. I was about to question him when he placed his hand on my back and started leading us deeper into the maze.
“I really don’t think this is a good idea,” I gave a nervous laugh.
“I really think it is,” he looked down at me reassuringly.
Maybe he had no ulterior motive and only meant it in a friendly way. I decided I was thinking too much and making a big deal out of an innocent situation.
I was surprised when Tequila led us out through the other side of the maze.
“Well done, Agent,” I gave him a pat on the back. I shivered a little, cursing myself for forgetting to bring my coat along. Tequila noticed and immediately draped his jacket over my shoulders.
“I doubt you’ll be able to handle the London weather now,” I looked at him with a tense look.
“I’m too hot to feel the cold,” he said and flexed. Sure enough, I could see his biceps threatening to tear through his white shirt.
“Got it,” I laughed. “Thanks for the jacket.”
Maybe my eye twitched but I felt Tequila move closer. Before I could say anything, someone else did.
“Agent Tequila, fancy seeing you here,” Harry’s voice came from behind us. Tequila and I turned around to find a smiling Harry with his hands in his trouser pockets, the smile looked forced though.
“Galahad, look who I met,” Tequila said giving Harry a firm handshake.
“Agent Percival, I didn’t know you were coming,” Harry raised a brow and gave me a long, meaningful look.
“Well, Agent Tequila here loves puzzles, isn’t that interesting,” I desperately tried to change the topic.
Tequila laughed and began explaining his love for puzzles and Harry simply smiled and nodded, giving the Statesman his full attention. I decided to excuse myself and look for Roxy to escape the heated glances Harry was throwing my way every once in a while.
I left the two men to talk and contacted Roxy through my earpiece. Thankfully, she needed my help.
Roxy engulfed me in a tight hug as soon as we met and quickly led me to a less crowded area. She was wearing a strapless black gown with a thigh high slit.
“Harry was livid,” she breathed out as soon as we found a safe space. I froze.
“What do you mean?” I asked with wide eyes.
“Eggsy told him, and I quote, ‘(y/n) went outside with a Statesman, they both looked love struck’,” Roxy informed me.
“Love struck?!” I massaged your forehead, “this is the reason we shouldn’t hide our relationship from Eggsy.”
“What’s done is done. Why didn’t you contact Galahad as soon as you got here?” Roxy threw up her hands in exasperation.
“Eggsy told me he was busy talking to some Agent, I didn’t think it would be a good idea,” I explained.
Roxy closed her eyes and shook her head. When she opened them, they seemed to have a new light in them. She had an idea.
“I’ll make sure you and Galahad don’t cross paths, give him some time to cool off and then you can explain the situation to him,” she told me. My brain had already been reduced to mush and I nodded at her without a thought.
As promised, Roxy didn’t let Harry and I get near each other and before I knew it, the party was over. Tequila gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek as he saw me leaving. I really hoped Harry didn’t seen that.
I got behind the wheel of my car and drove to my house. It had been an eventful evening and I really needed to cool off. A cup of coffee was the only thing that could relax me.
I parked my car outside my house and ran up to the door. For some reason I felt on edge.
I closed the door behind me and leaned against it with a sigh. Harry was definitely angry with me.
“Agent Percival,” a deep voice came from inside my dark house.
“You don’t have to be this way, Harry,” I recognized his voice immediately. I flipped the switch and sure enough Harry was standing a few feet from me, still in his black suit from the party.
“What way, Agent?” He asked, eerily calm.
“Look, about Tequila-” I began but he cut me off.
“You two looked love struck, Percival. How do you expect me to react to that?” He glared at me. I let out a shaky breath.
“We weren’t love struck. He was just trying to be my friend.” I said in a soft voice hoping to calm the man in front of me.
“Do you think I’m foolish enough to believe that, (y/n)? The two of you took a long walk in the maze and God knows what happened there. And I was thinking that I’d get to see my girlfriend as soon as she came in but no, I get informed that she’s out on a romantic stroll with another man!” Harry shouted out the last part and I flinched. He never lost control, this was new to me and it scared me.
“Nothing happened in the maze or anywhere, Harry! I was told that you were busy with a Statesman agent and I didn’t want to disturb you,” I raised my voice.
Harry walked towards me and placed his hands on the sides of my head, effectively barricading me against the door. I could feel the anger rolling off him in waves and as much as I wanted to cower and run, I stood up straighter and placed a hand on his chest.
“Nothing happened, Harry,” I looked into his brown eyes, trying my best to show him that he was the only one I wanted.
All of a sudden, my hair were tugged back and Harry brought his face close to mine. I would be able to kiss him if I’d lift my chin a little. But his grip on my hair kept me in place and I was left to deal with the stormy emotions in his eyes.
“You do know that I did not fail to notice that you were wearing his jacket and he gave you a sweet little kiss as you two parted,” Harry’s gaze didn’t leave my eyes.
“What do you want me to say?” I swallowed. Harry refused to believe me, what was the point?
“I need you to tell me that you’re mine. No one else’s, only mine,” he growled. My heartbeat accelerated at his statement. His rough side didn’t fail to turn me on.
“I’m yours,” I gave him a little smile and he released my hair. I took the opportunity to grip him by his suit and kiss him. I was taken aback when he roughly kissed me back and for a moment I wondered what had happened to the gentle Harry.
You managed to get him jealous, (y/n). My subconscious reminded me.
Jealousy.
I broke the kiss and looked questioningly at Harry, “Are you jealous?”
“That is a senseless accusation, (y/n),” he narrowed his eyes at me.
“You were jealous.” I stated.
“I might’ve been, yes,” he sighed and placed his forehead against mine. “It was hard seeing you in his jacket and the way he looked at you was anything but friendly.”
“What even made you think I’d go for him? I love you, Harry, and I don’t want any other man, just you,” I placed a kiss on the side of his mouth.
“I am still a little angry though,” Harry confessed. I shook my head and gripped him by his hair.
“You won’t be for long,” I whispered seductively in his ear and started placing slow kisses on his neck.
“Oh, I don’t intend to be,” he said as he pulled down the zipper of my gown.
