how to deal with dysphoria!

some littles might have a hard time regressing/keeping themselves regressed due to gender dysphoria. here are some tips that might help! also, keep in mind, not everything helps everyone!

since i am a ftm, there might not be too many tips useful for mtfs :(

1.) fluffy, baggy clothes! onesies, hoodies, sweatpants, some short baggy pants, anything!

2.) blankies! cuddle them, cover your chest, lay on them! nothing a soft blanket can't fix :)

3.) write positive messages for you to find some other days, and to make you feel better now! you can write on your arm, as notifications, as alarms, in your journal, notebooks, on pieces of paper to scatter across the house!

4.) tell a sibby/cg if you're feeling a bit more dysphoric, im sure they'd love to help you! perhaps they'd use your name and pronouns more that day, or maybe they have their own tips to help you with aswell!

5.) there's plenty of things to do when regressed. on harder dysphoria days, don't take baths! it could make you feel sm worse! :((

6.) draw yourself! or make picrews! it's fun, and you might feel better seeing yourself from a different side :)

7.) do activitiest to help you feel as your gender identity! paint your nails, take care of your stuffies, brush your hair, etc!

these are some things i do! if i get more ideas i'll definitely do another part!

tips for long distance cglre relationships!

1.) suprise video calls! just be careful and make sure they're not busy

2.) use netflix party, discord, or something of your own choice to watch movies/cartoons together!

3.) video call meals!

4.) nap calls/sleep calls!

5.) if the caregiver has a busy day planned, make a day plan/schedule for your little one!

6.) rules (bedtime, no cussing, taking meds, etc) for your little!

7.) take pictures and send them to each other every day!

8.) roleplaying (such as "*hugs*", "*cuddles*", "*kisses forehead*" etc) can be a cute way to spend time over text!

9.) mail each other gifts or order each other something online for cute surprises!

10.) start saving money to meet them eventually. every penny counts!

visiting a petting zoo with your bub!

hopping out of the car and grabbing your cg's hand, you start dragging them towards the fluffy animals you've already spotted from afar. they lift you up and move through the crowd, placing you down near the ponies first. your cubby notices you being a little shy to pet a pony, so they go first. seeing your cg's hand sink into the fluffy coat of the pony makes your eyes light up. stretching your hands towards the pony, you gently pet it, from head to tail. the fluffy friend feels like a cloud that came to carry all your problems away. it's a perfect start to a long day with fluffy cuties.

waddling down the street, your cg's hand in your left hand, and your stuffie cuddled to your chest. looking from left to right, trying to catch all the pretty flowers on the sidewalk. your caregiver noticed you eyeing a big flower and came to a stop, guiding you towards the flower and squatting in front of it. they carefully pick the flower and offer it to you with a warm smile on their face. you accept the flower and receive a forehead kiss with it. running back to the road, you and your cg decide to head home, neither of you want the pretty flower to go too long without some water, afterall

snack recipes for littles!

[ cake batter milkshake 🍰 ]

ingredients:

- milk

- vanilla/almond flavouring

- confectioner's sugar

- fruits (optional)

- whipped cream (optional)

directions: mix milk and the flavouring of your choice in a mixer. make icing with milk and confectioner's sugar, mix that in aswell. lastly, if you wish, you can add fruits and whipped cream!

ingredients:

- a banana

- chocolate

directions: take a banana and carefully cut down the inside of the curved side of the banana. break some chocolate and place it inside of the banana before trying to close it back up. microwave/grill the banana until the chocolate is melted. let it cool and eat the banana with a spoon, scooping it from inside the skin!

ingredients:

directions: stack it up like sandwich, it's as easy as that!

- 2 teaspoons of cocoapowder

- 1 teaspoon of sugar

- 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon

directions: just blend it all together and serve, store it in the fridge/freezer

milk formulas for littles!

[ angel milk 👼 ]

ingredients:

- 12oz/350ml of milk

- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- small splash of vanilla

directions: mix up the ingredients and warm it up, or leave it cold!

[ bedtime kiss ❤ ]

ingredients:

- 12oz/350ml of milk

- 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey

- a shake of nutmeg

- a shake of cinnamon

directions: heat the milk until it starts to foam (2-3 minutes), then add honey, nutmeg and cinnamon before letting it cool!

[ gingerbread house 🍪 ]

ingredients:

- 12oz/350ml of milk

- maple syrup

- a shake of cinnamon

- a shake of nutmeg

- a shake of ground ginger

- small splash of vanilla

directions: heat up the milk a little. add in everything and stir!

[ alicorn magic 🦄 ]

ingredients:

- 2 cups/470ml of milk

- ½ cups/350ml of vanilla greek yogurt

- 5 to 10 large strawberries

directions: add everything to a blender and blend it together! if its too thick for you, feel free to add milk, water or cream to make it smoother <3

ingredients:

- 1 cup/500ml of milk

- 1.5 tablespoons of rose syrup

- 0.5 teaspoons of rose water

- sugar (optional)

- 0.5 teaspoons of sabja seeds/sweet basil seeds soaked in water (optional)

- a few rose petals (optional)

directions: mix rose syrup and milk until the syrup dissolves. now add sugar, if you wish. add rose water and mix again. if you wish to add the seeds and rose petals, now's the time!
