Conversation
I don't know what's wrong. I don't know if something is broken or gone. I don't know if I should fix or replace something. I don't know how to make it right.
I don't know.
I'm lost.
Please find me.

I met a guy around a month ago. Our conversations are always genuine and exciting. One day, in the middle of a conversation when it slowed down, he said this to me:
“If you ever second-guess yourself, come to me and let me know. I will remind you, who you are.”
Companion is not about who you have known the longest. Time means nothing. Character does.

Relationship with the anxiety
It's not always easy to maintain relationships with people who really care about you, especially if you have anxiety. Those times when you get anxious, it shuts you down and makes you can't talk. The times you don’t have the energy to meet them, answer their calls, or reply their messages. They'll want to know, why you're so quiet or shouting everyone out. You can't even talk, how would you explain what is happening?
Some people leave, probably with thoughts in their minds. That you are dramatic, that you're too much, that you're seeking attention, or worse, that you don't want them around. However, all sorts of relationship work if both sides work on it together. There is no exception for that.
Relationships with people with anxiety is hard, probably that's right. It takes lots of patience and understanding. Patience and understanding to wait for you to be sure about them, to let you be more open, and to listen to the nonsense and messy ramblings. However, those people who care can only offer helps. It's all up to you whether you want to reach out and let them pull you out of your misery.
You never really mean to push away people who care about you. You need time to get yourself together, before you can get together with the others. You need to deal with your anxiety before you can deal with the rest of the world. Not everyone can understand that but some will.
It is hard, but please hang in there. Mental health is being talked about more now. More people can reach out without being judged. Just be wise with who you surround yourself with.
Be the best version of yourself, be kind, and be strong. Always.

Dear people I like,
I do care about you, I think of you, and am happy for you. I just don't know how to express it in the right amount without being anxious about being used or something similar. So, I decide to limit it.
