Things I will never forgive The Hunger Games movie franchise for not including:

1. Peeta’s father visiting Katniss after the reaping

2. Madge giving Katniss the mockingjay pin and the medicine for Gale. Also the relationship between her mother and Katniss’.

3. Katniss’ cleverness and wit during the games before she was with Peeta. Like yeah she was very skilled already but the way she plays the cameras in her inner monologue just doesn’t come through in the film for me.

4. The scene in catching fire where Peeta and Katniss watch Haymich’s games

5. The herb book that Katniss and Peeta work on together

6. Plutarch’s pocket watch hint

7. The fact that Peeta’s leg had to be amputated and when Katniss and Peeta won the first games they had to physically rip her away from him to perform surgery.

This is no hate to the directors or writers at all, these were just part of the books that I loved so much that I was sad that weren’t in the films. Overall I think the movies are done quite well (especially Catching Fire)

does anyone else like not know who they are. like i’m really a nerd who could talk about marvel and star wars for hours but could also like watch any sport any time of day and actually understand what’s going on. and then sometimes i’m like, lemme just read my damn book make some art and sip hot coco. idk just me? and that’s on being a “well rounded student” in high school.
