Omni oriented aroace culture is feeling lots of tertiary attraction for people all across the gender spectrums a/ varying intensity, but nobody knows what that means even within the queer community so you just explain what aroace is, hope they don't hate you, and maybe explain further if you get to a point you trust them enough 🫠
That makes a total of 2 people that I know irl that know my full identity kinda sorta, and one of them is quite literally my queerplatonic partner 🙃 fun times /neg

Would liking all genders but leaning a little more towards woman count as omni? Or is that something else I'm not aware of
Not sure about the specific label for it (I'm sure there is one though) but you can definitely identify as omni! Omnisexual generally means attraction to all genders but not equally/having a different experience with attraction to different genders if that makes sense :)

is it fine that i’m omnisexual when bi or pan don’t fit, and i don’t have a gender preference? im abrosexual and there’s times where describing myself as bi feels off and pan feel way off, and i’m not polysexual because i’m still attracted to all genders. so i refer to myself as omnisexual and it just feel right. i don’t want to discredit static omni people, so that’s why im asking.
i just saw "is it fine that i'm omnisexual" and immediately went yes. the nuances are just that—nuances. use whatever label you feel comfortable with and screw the nuances (unless you want to acknowledge them). you aren't discrediting anyone, and if anyone tells you that you are, they're just a jerk who has nothing better to do in life than tell people how they should and shouldn't label themselves. i promise you're just as valid as me and everyone else on this blog :)

what do people mean when they say they're attracted to different genders in different ways? that's something i see a lot of omni-but-not-pan people say and i'm confused. like, i'm attracted to all genders equally, i don't think my attraction to certain genders feels different than others but the whole "regardless of gender" thing doesn't feel right for me. i just use both terms at this point because i can't keep staring at both definitions for 3 hours wondering why only the "attraction to all genders" part seems to fit
i don't think i'm profound or eloquent enough to articulate this properly but i'll try! disclaimer: everyone might have a different definition so this is just how i see it.
so as a guy, imagining myself dating another guy vs. dating a girl is quite different. it's not my behavior that's different, but how i see our relationship. when i'm with a guy, i think wow i'm with a guy and when i'm with a girl i think wow i'm with a girl. if i was with a non-binary person i would think wow i'm with a non-binary person. i take the gender into account. but also it doesn't matter because i care more about personality. but also it does matter because i think gender is something that is so interesting and important. of course, this doesn't apply to everyone, so if i was with someone who didn't want to be associated with any gender or the concept of gender in general, then i would obviously be able to respect that. i would just think wow i'm with a person. no gender attached. i think that's the best way of explaining it from my perspective. sorry if this wasn't useful lol.
bold words don't mean anything they're just used to make the paragraph easier to read but italics are used in the proper way

omni culture is also being pan but using both to simply mean attraction to all genders because neither of the specific narrow definitions really feel right to you
