It doesn’t just have to be water, we can get fluid into us in so many ways. Water flavour not only tastes great in our drinks but can also be turned into ice cubes 🧊 ice lollies and slushies. Iced coffee and teas are great alternatives too. Did you know that water it is vital for our survival. •The human brain is composed of 95% water •lungs are 90% •blood is 83% •muscles are 76% and • bones are 22% water. Water promotes Weight Loss •Removes by-products of fat, reduces eating intake (by filling up your tummy if consumed prior to meals), reduces hunger (hello natural appetite suppressant!), raises your metabolism and has zero calories! In order to effectively digest food, water is required. If you are dehydrated, then your digestion and the rate at which you process your food for energy is slowed down. Adequate water means proper digestion, an optimally running metabolism, and the ability to burn calories at a higher rate.
