I don’t miss having a car here in Panama. The relentless traffic and lack of parking makes it so wonderful to be able to walk to many places. I inserted first a Gif, and then a video. Neither of them work in Pinterest until you click on them 😦
A video works on Instagram and I can share a Gif directly to Tumblr from Procreate. Tumblr is so user friendly.

Perler beads
I love the peyote stitch and the brick stitch. Having the Miyuki Delica beads lock in like tiny soldiers is so therapeutic for me. So relaxing, but very time consuming. Sometimes I want instant gratification. I tried working with Perler beads and I almost couldn’t stop! So many colors too!

Experimenting with color combinations on my Diamond Earrings.
I have been cranking these out recently. The concentration helps keep my mind off of things and going to the side sad. Playing with the brightly colored beads lifts my spirits and keeps them high.
Alyn emailed me and said he was keeping Elizabeth, even though his weekend doesn’t start until 6pm tonight. I don’t know if he kept her home from school today or picked her up before she got on the bus. I also do not know when he will return her. I feel so helpless and frustrated not being able to do anything about his behavior. I have filed reports in the past but nothing happens. So sad now.

Em and I had an adventure this Saturday. We decided to take the metro to Albrook mall. She was so excited to take a train for the first time ever!!! I had checked it out a week earlier so I knew it was safe. We only had a few minor challenges but we are STRONG!
