I bought a state-specific wildflower seed mix that I sprinkled in my garden this year and the sprouts are everywhere. I am extremely excited to get my milkweed in there too; sprouts have onlt just started emerging for it.

I want to flood my home with bugs and plants and birds and all other critters that people think of as pests. I want my yard to have life.

I love my fiance so much.

We were in our friends' wedding today – which was so beautiful and wonderful and I'm so happy for them – and my legs were simply not up to all the fun and demands, which not only left me in a lot of pain but also made me very sad.

Hayden made me sit down (necessary because I'm currently very bad at saying no to myself), sat with me and skipped out on other wedding party stuff alongside me, and then stole two cupcakes from the dessert table before time and ate one of them in a single bite to cheer me up.

I definitely chose the right person.

i need help paying for bills, groceries, and meds this month. i've been writing to the best of my ability and i'm really hoping to have something to show for it soon, but cfs/long covid stuff have been hell despite decent results from naltrexone, and having to cold turkey a psych med that was giving me early-stage tardive dyskinesia has had me stumbling around like a drunk for months despite being stone sober the whole time. there's light at the end of the tunnel here, but in the meanwhile i gotta keep the power on and raw ingredients in the fridge.

Interestingly someone with the name "maryline lucy" has been flagged as a scammer pretending to be Palestinian, by a scam tracking user you already have blocked with your brand new account despite her not having talked about or interacted with this day-old blog of yours in any way.

Using buymeacoffee instead of ko-fi is also a red flag.

Reading the lyrics from that post to Hayden was a trip because for the ones that I thought were the most absurd he was like "That's funny, I think that might be satire" or "No I get what she's going for with that." And then I read the part about the tattooed golden retriever which I thought was just a kinda silly simile and that's when he was like "?????? What? Who tattoos a dog?"
