idk how old this tag game is lol, but since it’s a tmnt fic ima reblog it here! This is a fic I’ve been working on since October but haven’t really figured out if I should post or not yet, where Mikey and Leo get hit by a ray that causes them to act like their 1987 counterparts- cue Raph and Donnie freaking out XD

I just want a Raph and Donnie episode, is that so wrong???

Upon entering the kitchen, Raph wasn't surprised to see that it was Mikey there, taking out the pizza from the oven. What he was surprised about, though, was the fact that it was Mikey, taking out a pizza with breakfast cereal on it.

Why. Just, why.

"Hey dude," Mikey greeted with a nod as he noticed Raph, his voice between Splinter trying to act like a teenager and like he was high. "How was your night? was it totally radical?"

"Yeah, it was good- not much crime, so it was a little slow," he replied, sitting down at the table. "How was your night?"

Not mentioning the random surfer accent that Mikey was using for some reason seemed to be like the best idea- it wasn't the weirdest thing Mikey had ever done.

They'd all had those days where they had spent too much time browsing through YouTube and ended up in the weird areas of recommended videos, but Mikey seemed to find a way to those random, niche areas a lot more frequently than anyone else- which resulted in weird fazes that lasted for a few hours.

Hopefully this one wouldn't last too long since, seriously speaking, he doubted even Mikey could put up with talking like this for over an hour.

This is from my attempt at a TMNT Rise/2012 crossover I started forever ago and haven’t done anything with! I really like the idea, but I just haven’t found any inspiration for it… sadsad :<

Donnie contemplatively moves to scratch his head and, in the process, notices something else he definitely should have noticed immediately upon waking up.

He examines his hand closer.

…Huh! That isn’t his skintone.

It takes a second for his dull surprise at this observation to progress to full on panic.

Thinking quickly, he takes the weird smartphone from the desk off its charger and, forgoing the needlessly complicated process of trying to guess the password using what he knows about its owner (they’re messy and they can’t choose a favorite science, that’s pretty much it), he opens up the camera app from the lockscreen and puts it in selfie mode.

Staring back at him from the camera lens is a mutant turtle wearing a purple mask, who also happens to be a total stranger.

thursday — thursday is thanksgiving and rise of the tmnt has a float in the macy’s day parade! let’s show our support and watch the parade. let’s tell viacom, nickelodeon and macy’s how much we enjoyed seeing the float!

friday — pizza day!! post about pretty much anything involving pizza. you can send the accounts pictures of the turtles eating pizza, theorize what their favorite types are and discuss when you think they started loving it!

saturday — at 5pm est we are going to try to trend with the tag #rise3. we’re going to do it a little differently this week. a few of us are going to post things about the show, and the rest of us will focus our energy on responding, liking and rting. i will add more info when we figure out who will be tweeting what.

saturdays at 8pm est, reruns air on nicktoons. this saturday you got served, how to make enemies and bend people to your will, mystic library, the purple game, man vs sewer, the mutant menace, turtledega nights the ballad of ratman, and the ancient art of ninja hide and seek are airing. don’t forget to tell nickelodeon you enjoyed!
