i often wish to tell someone how tormented i am. to ask them to talk to me and comfort me. but i know, nobody has words that i wish to hear. people comfort in their own way and i want to be comforted in ways they don't know. so i don't, i don't text my friends or call them. instead, i end up under the blankets and let sleep take care of the agony.
