My redesigns of the princesses minus Twilight lol. This was traced over a coloring page of the princesses but with my own flare!

I'm really happy with how they turned out! Celestia actually took the longest to redesign cuz I was struggling with her hair color. I really wanted to capture the "mother nature"-ness with the greens. Blue and gold is literally designed for Luna! Also she gotta have bat features cuz its cool😤And for Cadance I went for more warmer pinks while still keeping her recognizable. Look at the hearts in her horn!! 🥺🥺 Anyways hope yall enjoy these redesigns :D

“Look at this, Chang! Aliens in Nevada? Papers will print anything nowadays. Unbelievable!”

“Well, the yeti exists.”

A story idea I’ve had in my head for some time, it’s the late 50s and poorly researched stories of alien sightings are flooding the tabloids. A middle aged Tintin and Chang have a pretty severe midlife crisis and decide the best thing to do to clear up the narrative is to travel to Nevada and break into Area 51. 

Will they uncover aliens, or some sinister cold war secrets? Haunted by the previous world war and a greater understanding of their responsibilities as journalists, Tintin and Chang struggle to decide what to do with their discoveries.

… He was that guiding hand, that voice of reason, the person who bought her socks when she’d worn a hole into the last twenty pairs she’d brought on that damn extended mission. He was the shoulder to cry on, the portable pillow, the man who wrangled her and her siblings when they were dumb enough to do something yes, very stupid.

He cooked, he cleaned (she did the dishes, mind you), he took her grocery shopping whenever they were back at the Temple (and always made sure to buy her a pink berry milkshake at Dex’s on the way back). He told her off for leaving her clothes on the ‘fresher floor, he’d once embarrassed her in front of a gunship of clones over the state of her bedroom… but most of all, he cared. He never faltered, he’d never failed her.

This is just a quick one, to thank everyone who was on that fic I posted, leaving kudos and reviewing before I had time to go fix myself a sandwich for lunch. You guys rock ;)

I often think of the song that George wrote for Ringo - it's just so so sweet and bless Ringo must have been so excited to get that 💚

“Ringo had never seen it until last Saturday [at the gallery/pop-up store]. He said, ‘Hey, I’ve never seen that before.’ And I said I hadn’t either,” Olivia explained. “I guess it was in the piano bench in an envelope. And there was this song called ‘Hey Ringo’ that they think was from around 1970 or 1971. And it’s really sweet. I’m going to get it framed and give it to him because it’s really sweet.” The lyrics include lines like, “That without you my guitar plays far too slow.”

Reading these lyrics makes me tear up - what they had was so special
