☕ Welcome back to my Wednesday coffee shop adventures! Today I got caught out in the rain so I was SOAKED when I got to this little coffee shop, and the mocha and raspberry white chocolate muffin were absolutely what I needed. Also, check out the star wars Legos displayed in the shop! 10/10

Today I did some seminar preparations and reading for my senior thesis. And I wrote a letter to my family, so I'll have to find a post office tomorrow and finally mail my little pile of things to be sent.

So I've been MIA for a while, and that's cause I wasn't able to get back in the groove right after my anatomy retake exam..

But I've finally managed to start, and I have got a looooot of catching up to do.. 😪😪

Also, my college will be reopening from Friday, which means no more online classes and slacking Off..

Having half days off is something I deeply miss from med school, but I love that this rotation is giving me a glimpse of what life used to be! 😊 • What’s one thing (big or small) you’ve achieved today? For me, it’s definitely packing my old cracked stethoscope in a box to have it sent to the factory and fixed — something I’ve been putting off for months! 😅

050721 - i studied and quizzed myself on botany today, then went out to pick up groceries and find something for my cousin. her birthday’s coming up and i thought i’d fill up a goodie bag with treats and self care items. i chatted with the security guard while waiting in line, we spoke about how clever the dogs outside were: conning tourists into feeding them biscuits all day. he told me people didn’t like talking to him because they thought he was intimidating or uneducated :( i’m still ignoring math, but my mother and i shared laughs and played jazz in the car ride back home so... it was a good day.

Dimanche 23 mai 

Lately I’m walking a lot in town between 2 intense study sessions but …what the heck is this weather 😭 ? Where’s spring and the soft warm wind ? 

Psychiatry last Tuesday went fine now I can’t wait for gastroenterology next Friday ! I love this course. 💛 To be sure I do things right I use the flash cards method and I really like it so far. It’s so much more satisfying I wonder why I haven’t been using this already.
