hellooo not sure if anyones already asked you this, but what inspired you to create moon spirit sokka? i love ur art sm keep up with the good work!! :)

Used to be really into voltron and the altean (? i forgot how it's spelled) Lance AU was my fave back then. And they have similar concepts (honestly I think it just looks cool design wise 😭) .... that's why when I get asked about concept story its like 'oh.... i was meant to come up with one?' .

But now that Ive thought of it more 🤔, I like the idea of Yue not dying because Sokka helped revive the moon spirit, idk doesn't fit canonically at all but still an idea I like!

Fav zukka fic of all time?

Ahhhh this is really hard. I haven't really read that many but I have like 4 or 5 that I constantly reread...

If I had to name an absolute favorite it's Will We Last the Night by CSHfic, VSfic !! Literally every zukka fan needs to read this fic. It's incredibly well written and paced. Personally I also think the characterization is so spot on like yeah this is all stuff Sokka would say. I also in general love long fics that flesh out how Sokka and Zuko come from enemies to friends and then bfs

My favorite scene has to be this one btw:

Azula scowled and moved to take a bending stance, but before she could the ground lurched violently. The force nearly threw Sokka to his knees. Zuko grabbed his arm to steady him as the conning tower plummeted several feet downward, the lift losing pressure as the steam escaped. 

“Jump,” Sokka said, and Zuko was thick-headed, impulsive, and absolutely perfect, so he didn’t even hesitate, shoving Sokka backwards before Azula could even register the word.

They hit the deck hard, and it shuddered terrifyingly under their weight. He nearly lost his footing again, and somehow managed to keep it between Zuko’s vice-like grip on his arm and the adrenaline-fueled thundering of his heart.

I really want to draw out a lot of scenes from this fic but I have so little time realistically ! </3 Hopefully I get to it soon.

This isn’t to say your art hasn’t always been good, but I first found your art in 2020 and loved it then, but I can see so much more confidence in your lines now and you’ve improved so much since then and I’ve really enjoyed seeing the way your style has evolved, but is still so consistent!!!

I'm so glad it's consistent haha i've played around with changing it sm that I wondered if it was still identifiable as MY art. I think this drawing (new oc) is the closest to my 2020 art but with the knowledge of anatomy + practice i have now

Royal Arrangement (ao3) - Zuko was not excited. Zuko knew as the Crowned Prince of the Fire Nation he’d have to be married one day, and he knew it would most likely be an arranged marriage.

What Zuko never imagined was that he’d be marrying the prince of the Northern Water Tribe.
