Hello! I have a psychogenic tremor and I saw that you do too? I’ve never actually met anyone (online or real life) who has this, so it was a surprise and a relief to see your post mentioning it. If you don’t mind me asking, what have been your experiences with it? Sorry if I’m being nosy, I guess I’m just looking for reassurance/validation since this type of tremor is so unrecognized.

Hello!! It's not a bother at all! Yes, I do have a psychogenic tremor. I've never met anyone else either! My experiences have been kind of weird. It's almost always present, but definitely gets a bit better when I'm drawing. I don't know why though. It can make things really hard to do though. For example, writing is hard for me because of how shaky I get. I have the worst handwriting imaginable! I also can't use a phone with one hand or take pictures with one hand because it will be horribly blurry. My recommendations are to try not let it get to you. That sounds dumb, lol. I think meditating or taking breaks really help if you're having a particularly shaky day. And if you ever have one of those days where you look like you're doing intense jazz hands, try to keep the activity as low as possible because you could be a danger to yourself like me in my post with the needles! Best of luck my friend! :D
