toxic trait of mine is i think spn should've gone harder on the alcoholism. not like they all just drink even MORE hard liquor by volume, but there should be waaaaaaay more scenes overtly colored by the fact that one or more of those men is just. stumbling around 50-100% shitfaced. slurring their words while they hurl insults and throw off-center punches that barely land. blurting out something deeply personal and horrifying, something you can't believe they're even admitting to, while they sway in their seat unbothered and pour themself another drink. dean behind the wheel of the impala, nodding his head and drifting off a little.
