Nestlé, the world’s largest consumer goods company, adds sugar and honey to infant milk and cereal products sold in many poorer countries, contrary to international guidelines aimed at preventing obesity and chronic diseases, a report has found. Campaigners from Public Eye, a Swiss investigative organisation, sent samples of the Swiss multinational’s baby-food products sold in Asia, Africa and Latin America to a Belgian laboratory for testing. The results, and examination of product packaging, revealed added sugar in the form of sucrose or honey in samples of Nido, a follow-up milk formula brand intended for use for infants aged one and above, and Cerelac, a cereal aimed at children aged between six months and two years. In Nestlé’s main European markets, including the UK, there is no added sugar in formulas for young children. While some cereals aimed at older toddlers contain added sugar, there is none in products targeted at babies between six months and one year. Laurent Gaberell, Public Eye’s agriculture and nutrition expert, said: “Nestlé must put an end to these dangerous double standards and stop adding sugar in all products for children under three years old, in every part of the world.” Obesity is increasingly a problem in low- and middle-income countries. In Africa, the number of overweight children under five has increased by nearly 23% since 2000, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, more than 1 billion people are living with obesity.

hellooooooo. i just wanted to let you know that I read your fiction yesterday. it was amazingggg. i stayed up until 3 am to finish it and i kid you not, i melted when i read the last sentence of the story. o harry was so supreme in this one. loved the relationship between zayn and louis. and honesty what a masterpiece!!!!!! 10/10 recommend. Liam was so doctor strange in this one (forgive me i know nothing about mythologies just know marvel). niall and shawn were cute too. and louis and harry's relationship was amazing. i felt heart touched in the chapter which was in h's pov. and the way he sneaked into mind, absolutely a menace. loved their pets, too. and their kids. although, paris was a cute name, i wouldn't veto that. hahahah. ALL IN ALL, LOVED IT <3333333

I am also a fan of the Zouis dynamics.

I talked about it the other day, Zayn is such a good character even if he comes across like the “villain”! He seems harsh but we know very little about him and his powers (which consists basically in showing people their own doubts and fears). We know he struggles with human interactions lol he is feared because when he’s around them, people feel threatened and insecure about themselves. This is a thing he doesn’t have any control of: how people feel when he’s nearby. What he can (and does) control is the entity of theirr doubt.

That’s why he can’t really get along with Louis anymore. Louis feels so much regrets and guilt after the breakup he projects back to Zayn his feelings as a pile of self-loathe that Zayn doesn’t like. Same goes with Harry. Especially after their breakup!!

Zayn knows too much about their insecurities, knows too much about their past and regrets and he HATES to know it because he would really like to soothe these feelings but he can’t! And the fact his presence is perceived as dangerous frustrates him to no end. It’s not easy to be the Prince of doubt. You know your friends deepest fears and can’t fix them. You know the people you love deepest most intimate second thoughts and second guesses and you can’t do anything about them.

That’s where his temper comes from! That’s also why he loves Liam. He is drawn by his positive attitude and calm energy. He too has doubts but they usually revolve around Zayn or his role as a partner so Zayn can change or adapt his actions based on what Liam needs from him the most and he is so eager to.

But still Louis asks to talk to him after the rut/heat moment. He needed Zayn because he knows Zayn would probably show what was happening inside his mind, even if it was rude and crude 😭

About Liam, it was more like a silent brother in Shadowhunters slash oracle, but I’ll take Dr strange parallels 💘
