it’s easy for hobbies to turn into things we avoid because of the pressure we put on ourselves. but i promise, u have nothing to prove. if u enjoy drawing, draw!! it doesn’t have to be museum worthy. ur baking doesn’t need to be master chef worthy every time you do it. hobbies are hobbies because they make you happy and u enjoy doing them. there is no pressure for u to become a professional in everything u enjoy; enjoy it for the lack of pressure. try and let yourself participate in things without tying ur worth to the final products. if it makes you happy, anything that comes from that is worth it.

wanting the exact opposite from what your parents expect from you is harsh. makes you feel disappointed and disgusted with yourself. should i follow my dreams? or fulfill yours? should i try to make you proud no matter what? or become someone i won't hate in future? it's not like i don't hate myself already...

anyways, i applied both for business in netherlands and art and design in italy. i want to be an artist, living in north italy god dammit

Just wanted to say that the president of Poland Andrzej Duda just signed smthg called “Karta Rodziny”, which basically states that the only true family and marriage is that of heterosexual people, further doubling down on refusing marriage equality and adoption. It will “save children from alien and harmful LGBT ideology” by baning public institutions of mentioning the “LGBT ideology”.

The things happening over in america are horrendous, but also making way for changes for the better. They’re making the whole world have a discussion about racism still woven into our societies.

But please. It’s pride month. My country, my people need this to be on the lips of the world.
