Thank you so much for your interest in my art and for taking the time to contact me. 💗
Unfortunately, I don't have a shop anymore. I had problems of copyright infringements so I had to shut it down. In addition, I was lacking time to truly take care of it. 😶
I just saw that a seller on Etsy-dot-com called FloridaBabeco is selling your Last Diner before the End of the World (2017) art on an item named “Sam and Dean tumbler”
Hi anon ^^
Thank you so much for letting me know, it's very kind of you. 🧡
I was very busy this week so I didn't have the time to take care of it but I'm going to contact this person right away so that they take the item down.
My followers on Twitter have managed to convince me that drawing Tony with a corset was a good idea (after drawing Sebastian sporting a vest corset HERE) 😁
Hi!!! I absolutely love you work! There is one thing I don't understand, if you don't mind explaining. How do you get the 'textured' looks that a lot of your pieces have? The speckles. Is it a specific software or brush?
Hi anon ^^
Thank you so much for enjoying my work and for taking the time to contact me 💕
How do you get the 'textured' looks that a lot of your pieces have? Is it a specific software or brush?
A bit of everything! You have three main factors:
the software (Photoshop isn't going to have the same brushes and rendering as Procreate or even Painter)
the brushes
the textures (some I downloaded on the internet, some I created myself by scanning some papers or even taking a pic of one of my building wall 😁)
The textured look of my art is done thanks to various textures stacked on top of each other at a low opacity (mode: "multiply" and "overlay" for most of them) but also, and mainly, thanks to the use of texturized brushes, like for instance the Deharme Oil Set on Deviant art and the Marc Winters Chunky Chalk Brushes (also on DA). Look for instance at the difference between the brushes I use for a "texturized" art and for a "non-texturized" art, it's very visible:
Texturized brushes
Non-texturized brushes (and a lot of gradients too)
The software helps a lot too: for the Tony art above for instance, I did the base in Procreate and the details in Photoshop even if I think that with patience, you can obtain the same result only in PS.
The rest is practice and patience. It takes time to build the right texture, particularly when it comes to skin, layer after layer.
I hope it helped! Thanks again and have a great day ❤
I LOVE YOUR STUCKY ART SO MUCH I WANT TO SCREAM. I imagine what if there’s a bearded Steve with a young 1940s Bucky Barnes in a modern AU. I’d flip. Anyways I’ve always loved your art. You’re amazingggggggg.
Hi anon!
Thank you for enjoying my Stucky art so much and for taking the time to contact me! I updated The Life of Bucky Barnes with an Instagram Story if you are interested (HERE and HERE) 😍
I imagine what if there’s a bearded Steve with a young 1940s Bucky Barnes in a modern AU.
You mean these two ?
I have no idea in what kind of Modern AU I would draw them (*) but I can see Steve time traveling or going through an America Chavez type of star-shaped portal and joining a young Bucky in another dimension.
(*) Knowing me, it will certain be a Coffee Shop AU. So original. So groundbreaking. So much wow. 🙄
And you know, I think I drew something with these two but the art was ugly so I took it down from Twitter (texture problem). But I draw so much, I'm not even sure! 😂
Thanks again for enjoying my art and have a great day!
I’m not giving you any context for this art as some of you haven’t watched the movie yet...even if I’m sure that you didn’t miss this very frightening iteration of Dr. Strange that first appeared in the trailer two months ago. Enjoy ♥
I’m so sorry about the late reply, I was quite busy in the past two weeks and I neglected my Tumblr ask-box a bit 😳
Thank you so much for your message and for letting me know about the reposter. No, they didn’t get my permission. I don’t allow reposting on Tumblr because you can reblog from the source (unlike Instagram for instance).
I contacted the reposter today in order to ask them to take the artwork down and I’ll see how it goes.
What Sebastian Stan wore at the 2022 edition of the Met Gala is not exactly what I expected for a Gilded Age themed event. Let’s say I had in mind something closer to the artworks above but that’s just me 😳 (I’m happy he had fun in his pink outfit that night, though 😁)
I adore your gorgeous, gorgeour art! I was wondering whether it would be OK to use some of it in an academic presentation? It's part of a series about fandom, I am talking about Supernatural. I promise of course to credit! And if you'd like to attend you are definitely invited!
Hi anon ^^
Thank you for enjoying my art so much and for taking the time to contact me, it's very kind of you 🥰
I was wondering whether it would be OK to use some of it in an academic presentation?
Yes, of course, no problem! As long as it's not for commercial use and that I'm credited, it's perfectly OK. A presentation about Supernatural ? That looks interesting! And there's a lot to say about the fandom too! 👍
Good luck on your presentation, I'm sure you are going to ace it ✌
Hi Petite-Madame! I've been following your art for many years now. I loooove it. I've written to you before. I was wondering if, by any chance, you've seen The Witcher on Netflix? And if Jaskier, Geralt, Eskel, Lambert and the others inspire you a bit, for future art maybe? Just wanted to know. :) Take care!
Hi ^^
Thank you for enjoying my art so much and for taking the time to contact me, it's very kind of you 🥰
I've written to you before.
I hope I answered. I have so many messages that seem to be eaten by Tumblr that I'm always 😳😳😳 when people tell me they sent me a message and that I didn't answer.
I was wondering if, by any chance, you've seen The Witcher on Netflix?
I did! I really enjoyed it. To be honest, I preferred Season 1 to Season 2 for some reason but still, I'm looking forward to Season 3.
And if Jaskier, Geralt, Eskel, Lambert and the others inspire you a bit, for future art maybe?
I'm very inspired by Jaskier and Geralt but the trouble I have at the moment is time. I don't have the time and it's driving me nuts. 😞 There's always something coming up. Not to mention that I signed up for a Steve/Tony zine, I'd like to work at last on my series about Peter Parker, draw some Moon Knight too, so it doesn't leave a lot of space for the rest. You see, for instance, I wanted to draw at least a couple of artworks inspired by Our Flag Means Death but...I'm super busy! Anyway, I wish I had some room for The Witcher art, particularly to draw Jaskier in super fancy clothes because he's that extra. 💕
I hope I answered your questions! Have a great day ♥
i like seeing your work and getting the urge to refer to fictional characters as whores (affectionate). this is a genuine compliment. ty and goodnight.
Hi anon,
Don't worry, I get the feeling and I understand perfectly the nature of the compliment. 😁 To be honest I call My Melody (yes, the cute little rabbit from Sanrio), "this bitch" (super affectionate), so your message makes sense. 😆
More drawings from me soon with, obviously, more urges from you to call your favorite fictional characters "whores" in an affectionate manner. On the list: Steve with white hair (sporting a medieval armor), a Spideypool art, Steve and Bucky dancing together, a drawing of Peter 3, etc...
Thanks a lot for your message and have a great day ^^
