Public holiday shifts.
I worked at a place for many years as a cook, my company did catering and cleaning for the facility. After three years I was finally offered permanent part time, but the condition would be four of my shifts every fortnight would be cleaning. I wasn’t too keen on it, but I said I would give it a go.

Messing up your TikTok train musical.
While riding the train back with my wife, there were two ladies (20s) who were sitting across from us. They were using some TikTok app and were doing poses so I just shrugged it off. But then they kept playing their recordings over and over again somewhat loudly. And kept doing ‘reshoot’s…

You Really Shouldn’t Go That Way....
I’m a photographer at a major theme park and am sometimes assigned to work with characters.
One night, many years ago, I was with one of our princesses and I’m looking forward to going home and plopping into bed because I had a 12 hour shift and was exhausted.
And that’s when I heard it.
A child screaming.

You want your phone number back that he paid for?
Not sure if this is all that vengeful.
Before me, my partner was dating a stay at home mum with a kid. She was neglectful, a slob, centrelink bum (government benefits, for you non-Australians), and all kinds of crazy. When partner was dating her he got her a phone plan under his name because her credit rating was horrible.

My neighbour kept blocking my driveway and now their lives are a little bit less convenient
Heres a bit of backstory, we bought the house about a year ago, it’s down a long driveway and we sit behind the houses directly on the roadside. The house in front of us has always parked on the roadside (despite having a driveway) and the rear of their cars are always blocking 1-3ft of my drive. It’s still enough room to get out but it’s a pain, we never made an issue because they’re otherwise good neighbours.
Until a month ago

I'm a tall freak eh?
Back in middle school I was a pretty tall kid in comparison to everyone else. I was always 8-12 inches taller than my peers until about 9th grade when kids started to catch up and I topped out (6'2 in 10th grade). One of the more popular kids was a little shorter than average, probably about 4’ tall and I’m a good 5'6 at the time. He would ask all the normal “how’s the weather up there” and “can you see my house from here?” Questions. No big deal it comes with being tall.

Burning Man Petty Revenge Shenanigans
My camp (Iceberg Cowboys) has an ongoing prank war with the philharmonic camp (Frozen Oasis).
Last year they stole a whole bunch of our ice furniture and giant icicles, set it up around their camp and replaced it with a bunch of their furniture and several bottles of champagne. This was likely in response to our 7pm - 7am Techno Party which not everyone in their classical-music-minded camp enjoyed. But it’s the burn, so instead of being bitches about it, they pranked us complete with notes such as “hey we heard your DJs downloaded a second song!”.

My boss does a petty revenge on his dog.
Yesterday, at work, my boss used the barbecue upstairs on the balcony, and walked past my office with a freshly grilled steak that smelled great.
Two red flags here:
My boss is a hard-core vegetarian.
He’s never used it for at least five years.
Ten minutes later, curiosity got the best of me, so I walked over to his office.

Pettiest stepmom revenge
TL;DR at the bottom
My youngest brother and stepmother do not get along, at all. Not in a “scream at each other and call each other mean names” type of way; but in a petty “accidently” inconvenience the other kind of way. Move things, ask for things they don’t need, forget they asked for things. Stupid minor and petty things that make it clear there is friction between the two.

Entitled neighbour messes with my scooter, so I mess back.
This happened a couple of years ago, but was reminded of it after seeing another post today.
I lived in a gated community with many high rises, in a crowded city. I used to get to work by electric scooter. I had a shitty scooter though, that needed to be charged every other day.

Dad gets his revenge on cocky recruits.
Ok this is a story my dad told me, so forgive me for a lack of details For a start, my dad lives in South Africa and was a police officer. My dad was in pretty good shape but he was doing paperwork at the time this he was not as fit as he should have been. Now to the story. My dad was sent on a course to handle protesters.

Won't give me a job with my new degree, No problem.
Not sure if this fits here but it’s kind of funny is a pathetic way.
My wife worked as a nurses aid in a hospital. While she was working there she was in Nursing school to get her Associates and RN. Just after she graduated she spoke to the head of her department. She asked if she would be able to get a nursing job there.

Roofies in a beer tower.
Since I went to school in a pretty big college town, there were pretty decent drink deals when it was your 21st birthday. One of these deals was 5, 3L beer towers for 21 dollars (around 55 beers worth). At the beginning of my Junior year, my friends always went to the bar with this deal to celebrate 21st birthdays since it was the cheapest way to get drunk.

Hey, they took our money!
When I was in 7th grade my buddy and I got dropped off at the movie theatre. We got there pretty early before the movie started and decided to kill some time at the arcade next door to the theatre. We were meeting some other friends there to see the movie so my buddy decided to call our friends to let them know we were next door to the theatre.

Compulsory Purchase? Okay. Let me forget some important information
Obligatory on mobile, bad grammar no excuse part. This story was something my Great Grandfather did.
So in the 1970’s the council decided to widen a road in rural England, this meant that they had to buy up land on either side. They enacted a compulsory purchase on the residents front garden forcing them to hand over those sections closest to the road.

Not mine, but I'm proud of this kid though.
This came from a friend. Funniest story.
His 18-year-old son was driving a new company truck for the first time and was a little inexperienced. At the parking lot of Home Depot, the kid somehow pissed off a woman driving a late 1960’s El Camino with a badge, “SS 396,” a powerful 375-hp version. Now, this part of Bakersfield is rife with meth addicts. Not exactly the safest.

I fart in your general direction!
Short and sweet, but it made me smile today.
A bit of background: I have an intestinal disorder which makes me sick pretty often. Painful gassiness is a part of that, unfortunately.
So, one of my biggest pet peeves are the people who blast music out of speakers while they walk. For some reason, they just make me so mad… But let me tell you, I got some revenge today.
