my first collab with wonderful @applewatersugar! we're both a big fan of @jius-sims's shoes, just... not quite the polycount that they come with. so piper was amazing and manually poly-reduced all 6 shoes from their children's shoes collection 04, while i've converted them to ts2, plus made fullbody outfits for them to go with! 🥰

there are 6 pantless bottoms for children in this download, plus 6 fullbody outfits, for toddlers and kids, to pair with them! i tried to keep them all unique, with tights and stockings as decoration 🥰 where it made sense some of them are unisex, but more details are under the cut. everything is low- to medium-poly. we hope to continue this collaboration, and eventually convert all of jius's shoes to ts2, so stay tuned!!

They are not gardenable or anything - sorry, idk how to do any of that. So you’ll find them in the Deco > Plants section:

Finally uploading a build! Tried to do it up as minimally as possible to allow for customisation, reduce lag and not dump a bunch of CC on ya, hence why its not as elaborate as in my other build pictures aha

9 units with 2-3 bedrooms each, one tatami style and the other western style. The ground floor apartment has a garage. On the ground floor there's a lobby, laundrette area and courtyard. I must mention that I only have the apartments I've stayed in in Japan as reference soo, that's not much- they won't be completely accurate aha!

The final part of my henshin impact series (for now at least)- a place for your maiko to live! basically I got really into Maiko-san chi no makanai-san/Kiyo in Kyoto a lil bit ago (its on crunchyroll), and considering one does not often get a glimpse actually inside an okiya, it turned out to be great build inspiration! Some more shots under the cut:

It's furnished with living areas- kitchen, toilets, bathroom, dining room, central courtyard garden, bunk space for 6 maiko, bedroom for the house mother, and office. then there's the more special parts; a tea table entertaining room, kimono dressing room and practice room for dance and instruments overlooking the courtyard.

So I actually made a sento to house my edit of NovRabbit's big yokousou, and my sims seem to be really into it, aha! So I'm uploading it for you here. I never made it to a sento in person (always meant to, but my time in Japan has been historically chaotic), so this is largely based on studying photos of showa era sento, Honami Enya's amazing cross-section illustrations, and even pictures of builds on older Japanese sims 2 blogs, such as NovRabbit's original! pics + info under the cut!

in the entrance there's a reception area, I tried adding some more interesting stuff to it like a lil coffee shop, but the sims just kept getting stuck on it rather than using the baths. So it's only got seating and a place to buy magazines. Then sims can go through to the changing area.

The bathing area itself has a big bath, showers, a sauna and a toilet.

There's a small upstairs area with a massage parlour and a lounge with bookshelves.

As for CC, I ended up using more than I'd initially intended, definaletley remember to use clean installer. I've included in the lot @morepopcorn's 4t2 onsen shower and divider, some of @littlelittlesimmies tile wall and floor addons to match the bath, some of my Ochaya walls for the exterior, simplelife's Husuma arch (because it's the only extendable arch in my game, oops), this fence I can't do without for anything at all, one of Michelle's knock on wood addons, My edit of 8k's noren and recolours. I also used some BB niches (with my recolour and one I can't for the life of me find a link for?? the filename is dee_BB_NICHE_1_MASTER_rec-MaxisMatch13), but it didn't package the master or recolours with the lot so I've popped those in the RAR for yer. CC NOT INCLUDED but pictured includes Lama's ofuro stool- fun fact the toybox cop-a-squat is perfect height for these.

Also, the name means nothing in Japanese, it is simply a pun.

A community lot for yous! I mostly based the layout for this ochaya on plans from this article, which was fun to interpret ^^

it's meant to be placed row house style like in the picture, so the sides of the lot are pretty empty. you could fill them up with whatever else if you wanted it to just be by itself!

its called green child apartments because there's a lil vegetable shop on the corner... hehe

so ye lil apartment building with 4 apartments, very smol ones- 3 of them are single person apartments and one has a spare western style bedroom for a kid to live in. in the corner of the lot there's a small vegetable shop with a magazine rack, and a shrine on the street corner. check under the cut for more pictures and download!

And what good are denim jackets without some pants to go with them? I've wanted to convert the Rope Jeans forever and just never did, though I did stick the shoes on some other pants. So I swapped in the 4t2 MMSims Dunks Low shoes, which I got from Shoeswap of 4t2 EP06BagggyPants by @megamassikalove. Jean textures are a mix of Memento's originals and @moocha-muses Studded Jeans. Published: 1-25-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY Enjoy this simple cave, visible from both lot and hood view. One has an opening in front and the other has an opening in front and back (the latter is meant to be placed against a wall).

DETAILS Requires all EPs/SPs. §500 | Build > Architecture | 891-1050 poly There are TWO versions – one is repo’d to the Rock TXTR Repository from my Repository Pack (Simmons, 2023) and you’ll need that mesh. Version 2 (V2) is  repo’d to the Stone Super Set (Fractured Moonlight, 2017) and you’ll need the stone couch mesh from that collection. You can use both at the same time in-game. The cave has one subset and will NOT go down with walls.
