I can’t get the concept of Beate ending up in Runeterra out of my head and I already know that she has a great probability of being buddy-buddy with Ezreal. An adventurous girl with a knack for magic; always seeking the next thrill to show off what she’s got.

Doesn’t that sound familiar?

So something might click between the two as they begin to swap stories about their adventures. I think it would be an interesting dynamic.

Hey guys, Essent here! I have made edits and additions to the Plethora Stella story alongside elaborating on the various significant events that have occurred in each Era! The document also includes the blurb and document link related to the “Soul Stella” crossover!

I also put the link to this in the blog theme as well (the third button on the side bar). I’m gonna have to change the theme and improve my color scheme skills because the current theme hurts even MY eyes.

A promise is a promise.

Yet I was reluctant. I have grown to trust Grøh immensely. He is an honorable warrior and one to never abandon his values. Seeing him lose himself to his malfestation saddens me... But I do remember what he requested of me to do for this series of events...

I am not one to kill. But if it what’s must be done... Especially in a world like this...

I cannot hesitate. And I have not hesitated... Even if it hurts.

I’ve sent my ally turned enemy tumbling to the ground... Long enough for me to summon Soul Calibur for the final blow. The moment I took hold, my opponent got up for one more fight.

The clash of swords along with our struggles to overcome each other were resonating through the snowy landscape. My grit teeth and his malevolent yells comprised this fight. I knew that if I didn’t strike soon... I might be the one who perishes instead.

I have to keep going... And to fulfill this promise...

For my friends... For Millennia... For this world... For Grøh.

With one last strike... I dealt the blow. Grøh stumbled back, wounded severely from my attack. His stance grew weaker, struggling to stand... I can sense his power waning.

He managed to let out his final words... “Forgive... Me...”

Grøh’s body fell to the snowy ground... Seemingly motionless...

I went onto my knees in respect... The spirit sword fading from this plane back into Astral Chaos. This... The mental pain of showing mercy to a suffering soul isn’t fun to deal with. I could feel myself get into a sobbing mess... Tears began to flow down my cheeks... As much as I had to... It still pained me to do it.

“I... Forgive you.” Were my responding words.

I lifted up Grøh’s body... Embracing it for the first and final time. I was crying onto his shoulder, holding onto him tightly despite his soul being long departed... Having to perform a mercy killing is still a burden to hold... One that I avoided to have when it came to Haoran. It still... Pains me.

In the midst of my tears... I could hear a moan.

I looked at Grøh’s body... The aura of malfestation has faded and his appearance has... Returned to the way it was before he broke his limits.

The red streaks in his hair returned to blue... His scars no longer glowing a bright red. His moaning providing no voice distortion. He was alive still? After what I had done?

“... Grøh?”

It was then he opened his eyes, revealing his irises. They have returned to their silver-blue color rather than a bright, ominous red. I don’t know what else I had done other than wound him severely. If I didn’t kill him...

It must’ve been Soul Calibur’s power that has given him control once more... At least... That was my assumption.

“Stella...?” The weakness in his voice... A more pure, non-malfested voice.

Despite this brighter turn of events, I... I couldn’t stop crying. But my tears weren’t of sadness now... Not anymore. They were of happiness.

I saved him. I don’t know how or what I did but... I did.

My promise... It didn’t progress exactly as intended. But who am I to argue?

I feel as if my journey in this world is close to an end.

I was tossed aside, greatly overpowered by the man we have been after this whole time... Weak, beaten, it was hard to get up... I wasn’t ready to go down like this... All this Azwel could offer is a sinister smile... And a hand held out to me.

“Join me.”

How dare he. After all that he has done... To both me... The Aval... And those who did not ask for their fate. Why would I accept his offer?!

In a split second, Grøh appeared right in front of me. His stance ready to advance in attack... I can already sense his great hostility to our opponent.

Foul words came out of Azwel’s mouth. “Do you really believe you can win?”

“Hmph.” Grøh’s resolve didn’t falter. “Win or lose, I don’t care. I’m here...”

His left arm raised, hands curling into a tight fist...

“...because I despise you. THAT’S IT!”

His fist clenched tighter, a scream of intense struggle escaping him. What was he doing...?! Before I knew it, he looked down to me.

“....The rest is in your hands...!”

I swore I saw a hint of red in his uncovered eye... The next moment is what shook me. Grøh brings forth a great burst of power; a bloodcurdling scream echoing across the stage. His gauntlet and his eye-cover were torn to shreds with the surge, revealing glowing red scars. His irises glowed ominously. Is this what he meant by pushing his own power to his limit? This is...!

Azwel, on his side of the conflict, scorned. “Fool... Have you abandoned all reason?!”

The next portion of this battle commenced, Grøh sending his blades towards the other. Azwel countered the attack, sending the sword flying. I could only watch as the two fought seemingly to the death. I was too weak to do anything to help Grøh; I was bound to struggling on the ground. The clash of blades alongside Grøh’s bloodthirsty screams were the only noises filling the air. Then Azwel countered an attack causing my ally to stumble backwards. Before he could attack again... I widened my eyes in horror as I witnessed a glowing blue blade impale Grøh through his abdomen...

I called out his name, a hand reaching out.

It was then I could see a grin forming on Azwel’s horrid face.

One more scream was let out, Grøh still in the fight despite his wounds. He charged at Azwel, sword still in his body, and kept going... Pushing the other with all the strength he has... I grew alarmed, they were heading towards the edge of the platform!

I struggled to get onto my feet, trying to make my way towards them... But I was too late, they began to plummet towards the ravine below.

I reached out my hand towards the ravine, calling out for Grøh once more...

“Grøh.... No...”

The battle has ended... The situation dire in terms of losses... But I had a nagging feeling that this wasn’t the finishing blow.

Couldn’t let go of Stella... So she’s my Conduit in Libra of Soul.

With inter-dimensional travel being a thing as evident by how Geralt got into the SoulCalibur world (Ezio as well but 6 is a reboot, not a sequel to 5), I can see this playing out... Now bear with me, I am still new to the franchise so I may have gotten something wrong.

Millennia’s universe-jumping trinket malfunctions when she checks in on Stella one day. Setting itself to a random universe outside of Stella’s continuity, the portal that goes to the SoulCalibur world sucks Stella and Millennia in... But the two end up in different portions of the world. Beate and Assimil, who witness the event, go into a panic as both the Timewalker and the Illumitrix wielder got taken against their will to some weird place... And there is nothing they can do.

Stella arrives just as the Evil Seed is unleashed and thus is affected. Due to her Illumina physiology and non-human nature, she doesn’t become Malfested. The Illumitrix is also fritzing, not able to be used at all. Can’t be activated, can’t select a form, can’t do anything. All Stella has to rely on is a physical weapon and the guidance of others... Said weapon is a twin sword she finds on the ground after her arrival.

This is a first in her life where her vitality is constantly dwindling... Especially due to Astral Chaos. With the knowledge she was given upon her first encounter with Zasalamel, she aimed to keep herself steady and alive with the power of each astral fissure she came across... While solving the problems of others along the way because, well, that’s what heroes do.

Her first encounter with the Aval Organization had high tensions. No one in this world has seen an Illumina before. As such, she was mistaken for an outsider. Stella’s diplomatic measures and observable actions took time to take effect on the team... The story goes on from there as normal.

Millennia, however, was on the search for Stella; She was far enough away from the Evil Seed that she wasn’t affected. Her trinkets weren’t working and she had no method of tracking Stella’s movements. All she had to rely on was word-of-mouth information.
