plural culture is being something like a walk-in or a soulbond and not relating at all to other fictive experiences and most plural experiences, like not being able to go back to your world or having to deal with the body's life, because you easily move through dimensions and your headmates never push you to deal with the body's life without your full consent and approval. but whenever you try to connect with people from your source outside of your system you're so weirded out by the fact that they seem to have left their entire life behind and don't even consider themselves to be real people sometimes and that is scary.
