When I looked it up under it's Japanese title, the doujinshi showed up first (FOR SOME REASON), and I didn't come across this one.

Apparently, the MLM doujinshi I was talking about is "3P, Hajimemashita!", while the manga is "3 Partner Hajimemashita!!" and BOY that is CONFUSING LOL
