My presentation is shit but this tuna melt is really good I swear
You'll need:
a can of tuna (fresh tuna is better if you have it)
Mayonnaise
Onion
Dill pickles
Pepper
Pesto
Cheese (I like cheddar but any melty one will do)
Bread
First make up a regular tuna salad, adding chopped onion, chopped pickles, and pepper. Also put a spoonful or two of pickle juice. Fry one side of both slices of bread. Once it's done, spread both slices with pesto and add cheese. Put this back in your pain face up, and on medium low heat. It should be hot enough to half melt your slices of cheese without burning the bottom. After the cheese is mostly melted, assemble into a tuna salad sandwich and return to pan. Fry until cheese melts all the way and the tuna is not cold in the middle, about 5 minutes.

Garlic bread with roasted garlic butter and fresh homemade bread! Altogether this took me about 7 and a half hours to bake, plus it was my very first time making bread!

This strange behemoth of toasted flakes is an all coconut cake! It's coconut cake with coconut frosting with toasted coconut slapped onto it's every surface. You won't be able to eat coconut for a month.

Sorry for the winemom glass, I swear it's not an accurate snapshot of my character. This is frosty honey lemonade, I made up the recipe myself! It's my favorite thing to make when it's hot, and it's probably my most favorite drink ever. Just after it's blended, the whole pitcher looks like foam although it's not, and it's really fun to see.

Sorry for the overexposed picture, but normal ones didn't look good. This strawberry cake is one of the only cakes I like to make (I'm a pie boy forever). Inside this layer of whip cream there's a very light and buttery cake, perfect for soaking up the juice from the strawberry filling inside.

I made this for pride last year! I don't know if you can see it but there's trans flag colors on the outside and bi flag colors on the inside! Unfortunately the cake was pretty bland because I was using plain buttercream frosting and leftover white cake mix.

P茫o de queijo is without a doubt my favorite appetizer. Although you can't get cassava flour where I live, I've found that tapioca flour makes a fine substitute.

Crepe spread with whip cream and blackberry sauce made from wild blackberries! I can't stand the fluffiness of pancakes, so crepes have always been a welcome alternative.

Pumpkin spice meringue cookies! I've been lucky enough to not have any trouble making meringues, even if my pastry bag skills leave much to be desired. I put in some food dye to make them lightly pink, not that you can see it well on my bad camera.

This is from my second time making lemon meringue pie! I was surprised the filling held together so well considering I didn't use any gelatin. Every thing was made entirely from scratch and using only hand tools, it took forever for me to whip that meringue! I put in an extra squeeze of lemon juice because those recipes are never quite sour enough.
