Am I the only person who actually enjoys the batfamily webtoon? I see many people who are saying that the webtoon is bad representation and too fanon. I just think the webtoon it's just the family acting domestic and talking to each one like if no one is trying to murder them.

KOKOBOT - The Airbnb-Owned Tech Startup - Data Mining Tumblr Users' Mental Health Crises for "Content"
Tumblr media
I got this message from a bot, and honestly? If I was a bit younger and not such a jaded bitch with a career in tech, I might have given it an honest try. I spent plenty of time in a tough situation without access to any mental health resources as a teen, and would have been sucked right in.
Chatting right from your phone, and being connected with people who can help you? Sounds nice. Especially if you believe the testimonials they spam you with (tw suicide / self harm mention in below images)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But I was getting a weird feeling, so I went to read the legalese.
I couldn't even get through the fine-print it asked me to read and agree to, without it spamming the hell out of me. Almost like they expect people to just hit Yes? But I'm glad I stopped to read, because:
Tumblr media
What you say on there won't be confidential. (And for context, I tried it out and the things people were looking for help with? I didn't even feel comfortable sharing here as examples, it was all so deeply personal and painful)
Tumblr media
Also, what you say on there? Is now...
Koko's intellectual property - giving them the right to use it in any way they see fit, including
Publicly performing or displaying your "content" (also known as your mental health crisis) in any media format and in any media channel without limitation
Do this indefinitely after you end your account with them
Sell / share this "content" with other businesses
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Any harm you come to using Koko? That's on you.
And Koko won't take responsibility for anything someone says to you on there (which is bleak when people are using it to spread Christianity to people in crisis)
I was curious about their business model. They're a venture-capitol based tech startup, owned by Airbnb, the famous mental health professionals with a focus on ethical business practices./s They're also begging for donations despite having already been given 2.5 million dollars in research funding. (If you want a deep dive on why people throw crazy money at tech startups, see my other post here)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They also use the data they gather from users to conduct research and publish papers. I didn't find them too interesting - other than as a good case study of "People tend to find what they are financially incentivized to find". Predictably, Koko found that Kokobot was beneficial to its users.
So yeah, being a dumbass with too much curiosity, I decided to use the Airbnb-owned Data-Mining Mental Health Chatline anyway. And if you thought it was dangerous sounding from the disclaimers? Somehow it got worse.
(trigger warning / discussions of child abuse / sexual abuse / suicide / violence below the cut - please don't read if you're not in a good place to hear about negligence around pretty horrific topics.)
I first messed around with the available options, but then I asked it about something obviously concerning, saying I had a gun and was going to shoot myself. It responded... Poorly. Imagine the vibes of trying to cancel Comcast, when you're suicidal.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Anyway, I tried again to ask for help about something else that would be concerning enough for any responsible company to flag. School was one of their main options, which seems irresponsible - do you really think a child in crisis would read that contract?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I told it about a teacher at school trying to "be my boyfriend", and it immediately suggested I help someone else while I wait for help. I was honestly concerned that it wasn't flagged before connecting. Especially when I realized it was connecting me to children.
I first got someone who seemed to be a child in an abusive home. (Censored for their privacy.) I declined to talk to them because despite being an adult and in an OK mental place - I knew I'm not equipped to counsel a kid through that. If my act of being another kid in crisis was real? Holy shit.
Remember- if my BS was true, that kid would be being "helped" by an actively suicidal kid who's also being groomed by a teacher. Their pipeline for "helpers" is the same group of people looking for help.
I skipped a number of messages, and they mostly seemed to be written by children and young adults with nowhere else to turn. Plus one scary one from an adult whose "problem" was worrying that they'd been inappropriate with a female student, asking her to pull her skirt down "a little" in front of the class. Koko paired this person with someone reporting that they were a child being groomed by a teacher. Extremely dangerous, and if this was an episode of Black Mirror? I'd say it was a little too on the nose to be believable.
I also didn't get the option to get help without being asked... Er... Harassed... to help others. If I declined, I'd get the next request for help, and the next. If I ignored it, I got spammed by the "We lost you there!" messages, asking if I'd like to pick up where I left off, seeing others' often triggering messages while waiting for help, including seriously homophobic shit. I was going into this as an experiment, starting from a good mental place, and being an adult with coping skills from an actual therapist, and I still felt triggered by a lot of what I read. I can't imagine the experience someone actually in crisis would be having.
My message was starting to feel mild in comparison to what some people were sharing - but despite that I was feeling very uneasy about my message being shown to children. There didn't seem to be a way to take it back either.
Then I got a reply about my issue. It was very kind and well meaning, but VERY horrifying. Because it seemed to be written by a child, or someone too young to understand that "Do have feelings for the teacher who's grooming you? If you don't, you should go talk to him." Is probably THE most dangerous advice possible.
Tumblr media
Not judging the author - I get the impression they're probably a child seeking help themselves and honestly feel horribly guilty my BS got sent to a young person and they wanted to reply. Because WTF. No kid should be in that position to answer my fucked up question or any of the others like it.
---
Anyway, what can you do if this concerns you, or you've had a difficult experience on Koko, with no support from them or Tumblr?
Get on their LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/kokocares/) and comment on their posts! You may also want to tag the company's co-founders in your comments - their accounts are listed on the company page.
There's no way to reach support through chat, and commenting on a company's LinkedIn posts / tagging the people responsible is the best way to get a quick response to a sensitive issue - as their investors and research funders follow those posts, and companies take it seriously if safety issues are brought up in front of the people giving them millions of dollars.

Mad this. It literally says he got jailed for ignoring a court order telling him to stay away from the school - yet the headline says it's for not calling a kid they. He broke the court order cos he was being a self righteous stalkery Christian weirdo. I know the sort, they did the same to us at school cos we were scruffy poor unfortunates / desperate people that apparently needed god to save us. Loads of Christians are like this, proper weirdos.

i literally can’t get over SJM’s approach to writing men and women, and the way she thinks about them in her head
in multiple parts of the interview she brings up nesta’s bad behaviour. says she doesn’t need to be an asshole forever. talks about a minor arc in acosf where nesta was being scared her friends would find out what a ‘piece of shit’ she is and i’m not here to argue if these things are true or not because YES nesta has been a bitch to people and god the text has reminded us about 1000 times what a horrible person nesta is and how horrible she’s been to others in her life. which fine that’s totally fair. but the way she calls out nesta and then waxes poetic about the men is just vile
from the interview it’s clear, in SJM’s opinion, growth for nesta means not being an asshole anymore forget dealing with her immense feelings of self hatred and unworthiness, nesta always needs to be indebted to feyre and the inner circle but to go on these long talks about nesta being horrible, nesta growing, nesta accepting she’s done terrible things AND THEN dead ass turn around and sing about the utter perfection that is rhysand and cassian ??? are you actually kidding me ???
do i even need to go into what rhys and cassian have done wrong? rhys can do all the absolutely shitty things he’s done from the moment he was introduced to hiding medical information from his wife in the latest book and … he’s perfect? cassian can exhibit about 700 pages worth of red flag behaviour where he is most certainly NOT perfect or good or amazing and it’s not even a slight mention?
i can’t really formulate my thoughts into words on this topic properly because there’s just so much to cover but it’s so irritating and annoying. and just makes sarah look like she’s oddly obsessed with the men in her series and condones seriously toxic behaviour from men and then calls it ‘the way every woman should want to be treated by their partner’
even if you’re the greatest nesta anti on the planet and you manifest every day that nesta dies in the next book, do you still think the way SJM handles men and women is okay? like stan rhys all you want but we all know he is farrrr from perfect. same goes for cassian
ugh idk everytime i hear SJM talk about nesta i get so irritated. how is she actually preaching about writing healthy relationships where the man is ‘only there to uplift the woman’ if she can’t even see the red flags IN HER OWN WRITING AND WORK

G'morning it's time for another Jason rant. Aside from just how insulting I think it is to imply grew up in crime alley - stealing tires to survive- father working for two face - mother with an addiction Jason wouldn't understand the idea that people don't always do bad things out of malice / people can change is - aside from that. Making Jason ~come to see the light of rehabilitation~ still doesn't actually address his narrative position.
Jason's point isn't, really, that xyz villain can never reform. His question for the narrative is: how many people will die waiting for that? Why are all their lives worth less than this one man's potential? Whether or not someone *can* reform matters less to Jason than the question of how many people have to die before they do.
It's why imposing real life morality onto the bat world doesn't work for me. In real life the head of organized crime isn't a literal supervillain with a skull for a head importing killer androids and kryptonite. In real life the same serial killer doesn't break out of jail every year and go on another killing spree. But in Gotham? They are. They do. And Jason's entire existence as a narrative foil is to ask how many more of him there need to be, for this cycle to stop.
And of course the answer is it never will because hero comics are a cyclical narrative and so Jason will always be a screaming wound of a man able to see the structure of the story around him but not knowing he can't ever truly change it.

part one / part two / part three / part four / part five
Summary: He keeps your hand on his cheek, and you glance at the small, sentimental gesture. It ignites something in you, something you can’t quite name yet, but you think it might’ve been there a while.
Info: jason todd/reader, friends to lovers, friends with benefits, mutual pining, minor zatanna/reader. smut.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You like to watch Jason in the kitchen when he cooks like he’s got a family of twelve to feed. Which, to be fair, he does sometimes. But even as he slaps hands and chides, he looks comfortable in the rowdiness, like he’s finally home. There’s no danger present apart from snooping, prying fingers looking for an early treat.
It’s why you follow him out as he ventures to the bathroom for a moment of retreat. It’s only his element for as long as his social battery’s charged, truthfully. You stay behind, though, giving him a couple of minutes alone.
You choose to make your presence known when you hear the tap run. Thankfully, and for some god-forsaken reason, he hasn’t locked the door, so you enter without a problem. Immediately, his eyes flick up in the mirror, ready to tell the intruder to fuck off, but the words never come.
Instead, his mouth lifts coyly. “Cornering me in the bathroom, huh?”
“Would you believe me if I said it was an accident?”
Jason finishes drying his hands, then turns and rests his back against the basin. “Nope,” he says.
You shut the door before you walk towards him. His gaze is sharp as he follows your prowl. You stop only a foot from him, chin tilted upwards. Your eyes settle on his in a similar fashion, and for a fleeting second, Jason feels nervous.
It melts as your fingers touch his, starting a slow, teasing trail up his forearm, his bicep, then flat palms pausing on his neck. The distance between you disappears as your chest bumps into his.
His head cocks. “You’re making it real hard for me to keep that promise,” he says in a husky tone.
You smile sweetly. “Well, if you didn’t look so hot being everyone’s bitch…”
Jason snorts, and he’s halfway to knocking you out of the room when you firmly tug at his neck. You taste him, taste the lunch that’s waiting on the stove, taste his hope as he bows into you, restraint entirely forgotten. He holds your cheeks and sucks your bottom lip between his own. Your embrace turns viper-like, wanting him closer still.
And then you’re moving—he’s moving you—and suddenly you’re hoisted upon the sink. Jason’s mouth barely leaves yours as he brings you up to his height. Your legs wrap around his waist and his hands dig into your thighs. He wrests you to him, hips rocking into yours, and you let out a small gasp.
In turn, you grip his hair, grabbing at the roots until he’s breathless. You kiss the definition of his jaw and down his neck while he whines. It’s a mind-boggling sound that makes your teeth sink into the juncture of his throat.
“Fuck, sweetheart,” Jason curses. “Did you change your mind?”
The gravity of the situation dawns on you and you pull away, meeting his eyes abashedly. “You sound…” You swallow thickness from your throat while it looks like he hangs on your every word.
His brow raises when you don’t finish. He jostles you in his arms.
You sigh. “Sexy.” You groan, forehead falling against his shoulder. “God, I’m horny. Why did you do this to me?”
Jason’s laugh rumbles through his chest. “Hey now, you found me,” he says. “I’d offer to solve the problem, but…” He glances at the door, mind sprinting ahead as he tries to think of a plan. He wants to yank your underwear down your legs and drop to his knees right there, but you’ve already been gone too long. And it’s kind of hard to sneak out of your own apartment.
“I know,” you whisper, hopefully not too longingly.
When Jason squints and sniffs the air, you look at him, another question on your tongue.
“Goddamn idiots,” he says, annoyed. “Can’t keep watch of a pot of water without burning it.”
You start to smell smoke in the air, too. You push the disappointment away. “Go on,” you say. “Fix it before we all starve.”
For a moment, he rubs your knee, his expression unreadable. You avoid his eyes for the most part, instead watching how his hand moves tenderly, lost in his thoughts. You want to tell him to go again, but he silences you with a surprise kiss.
Slowly, he leans back, and you can’t escape how earnestly his eyes dart across your face. “Sorry,” he sighs. You’re not entirely sure what he’s apologising for. You don’t ask.
His knuckles swipe your cheek and you’re rendered speechless. You stay quiet as he helps you off the basin.
“Sorry,” he says again as he leaves on his own, not wanting to get into it with the others.
In it for the long haul, I won’t ever creep out
After work, Jason meets you at a cafe. He tells you about what he’s working on, his new ideas, and you contribute some. But eventually, your listening skills dissipate as you sink into despondency. You’ve felt kind of detached from yourself since your last encounter.
Jason notices, of course. He stops. None-too-hopefully, he asks, “Wanna head to the library?”
Your brain is slush, and as such, it takes a few seconds to register. “Jason,” you say. “I need a nap.”
He blinks. “Okay.” He chews on his bottom lip before he says, “I’ll walk you home.”
You nod absently. You take the last sip of your drink and gather your things. Jason trails after you.
You walk in silence for a few blocks until he can’t handle it anymore. He takes your hand in his, scratches a nail over it. You shoot him a weak smile but say nothing.
At once, Jason feels like he’s losing you. He’s not sure what’s caused this sudden rift, but he’s desperate to not let it get any bigger.
He looks forward, and as he sees your apartment rising in the very near distance, his heart leaps. “Hey,” he says, along with your name. You glance at him in question. “You’re my best friend, you know. I’m sorry I don’t tell you enough.”
Your expression buckles into confusion.
He continues, “You seem…” He can’t find a word that fits. “Just want you to know I’m here, yeah? I need you to stick around.”
It gets him a small, genuine smile this time. “All that writing’s made you mushy,” you reply. He laughs.
You stop again out the front of your place, and Jason’s hands find his pockets. He toes the ground.
You, conversely, both want and don’t want to ask him to come up. You want his warmth and his commentary, but you also think you need to be alone and think. Although you’re just spinning in circles at this point.
“I…” It’s never been awkward between you before, yet you’re making it so. You look at him and spot how worry warps his brow. “We’ll try for the library tomorrow,” you manage.
Jason attempts a smile. It’s strained. “Call me if you need me, okay?”
Tumblr media
Not five minutes later does Jason’s phone ring. He picks it up immediately.
He doesn’t even have the chance to answer before you quietly ask, “Stay with me?”
“Yeah.” He drags a hand through his hair. “Yeah, ‘course I will, sweetheart. Gimme a second.”
True to your word, you really do nap. He works on his laptop in bed beside you, and once night falls, he crawls in properly. You refuse to eat, so he promises—threatens—that the morning is going to be a full-on, six course banquet.
Briefly, you laugh from where he cradles you. “Okay.”
“I mean it,” he says firmly.
“I know.” Softer, you murmur, “Thanks, Jay.”
“Anytime.”
Tumblr media
Jason regrets ever introducing you to Zatanna.
His eyes remain on the bar, burning a hole in her back, and as he watches her hand climb over your knee, he desperately wants a re-do.
Why, oh why, did he ever think you wouldn’t be charmed by Zatanna? And why would she not be charmed by you?
You’re goddamned…
Jason groans, loud and obnoxious, as his head falls into his hands. Beside him, Roy pats his shoulder.
“Think Z’s really gonna steal your girl, Jaybird,” Roy says empathetically. He eyes how your fingers tangle into Zatanna’s fishnets, laughing at whatever she’s just said. Her features are more angular in the lowlights and it shows off her dark, glittery makeup. You’re enamoured by her; all those bad, confusing feelings tamped for the time being, fascination its replacement.
Jason makes another noise that’s practically a wail. He’s in so deep. He should’ve just said something; should’ve made you understand how he feels about you. Now he’s lost you to someone who’s whispering in your ear about all the magical things they could do to you.
Roy looks back at him, expression puckered. “Dude,” he says. The question is unspoken: aren’t you hooking up?
Jason’s chin rests on his fist, causing a pout. “I thought…” He sighs, bats away the words. Clearly his assumption that there’s something between you is wrong.
Both their eyes flick up as stools screech. Your hand is in Zatanna’s, following her pixyish smile as she leads you out of the main room.
“Go,” Roy says.
“I can’t… do that to them,” he says pathetically. “If she wants someone else…”
“Christ, Jay,” Roy says with an eye roll, and then he’s out of his seat, storming after the duo. Jason flounders, unsure what to do. Neither of them should intervene—you’re an adult—but he’s knocking the chair back suddenly.
Over Roy’s shoulder, he catches a peek that makes his heart sink: Zatanna has her hand up your skirt as she’s pressed you to the wall. He wants to be the one who gets to do that.
“Hey, Z,” Roy announces himself, interrupting the intimate scene.
For a moment, she doesn’t break away from you. Jason sees your hand on her waist, gripping her dress, savouring her warm, tanned skin.
Then she huffs and throws a deadly glare over her shoulder. “What do you want?”
“Needa show you something.”
Her slitted eyes slide to Jason who lurks behind him. “Seriously?” she says, gaze burying into him. He wants to run from it, though that’d make things worse for him.
At her strange tone, you glance past her and spot Jason. He meets your eyes before they drop to the floor, as does your heart. He looks hurt. You swallow.
“Yeah. It’s, like, real important,” Roy urges.
Zatanna turns back to you with a sigh. Your attention snaps to her, and you can’t miss the resignation that’s in her expression. Her eyes linger where she’s left dark lipstick on your mouth and swipes at the stain with her thumb, her lips quirked slightly. “I’m around,” she says, using the same sexy lilt that captured you in the first place. “Call me if you want to continue sometime.”
“Z—”
But she’s already paces away, being steered out of the small, dark hallway by Roy.
Jason stays where he is. You look at him, all those feelings you avoided bubbling up once more. “Why did you do that?” you ask, although it’s not really an accusation since your tone’s weakened by guilt.
He can’t look away from your mouth, from the plum smudge. “Didn’t mean to,” he says. Finally, he manages to drag his eyes upwards, and jealousy sparks hotly. “You were gonna take her home?”
For some reason, you snap, “She was gonna take me.”
“Why?” he says sharply with a frown. He steps closer like he’s being reeled in, and he keeps going until he has you caged against the wall. “Why would you go with her,” he says, unable to stop himself, breath fanning your cheeks, “when you have me?”
Your mouth parts, but shock keeps any retort snug inside.
“I can give it to you better than she can,” Jason continues. He knows he’ll be mortified he said it aloud in the morning, but right now he’s become a loose cannon, carelessly walking onto the tightrope. “I know what you like,” he says, palm finding your cheek. “How you wanna be touched. Those pretty noises you make.”
He pinches your chin, tilts it high until your neck’s stretched taut. “Don’t you want me the way I want you?” he breathes, voice husky.
He’s hollowed out your chest and replaced it with pure desire, and it sings only for him. Your body aches to meld with his. You can’t escape his effect on you.
Perhaps he senses this as he leans closer. “Can I give you something?” he whispers, face in front of yours. He’ll give you all of him for just a little of you, like a starving man at sea.
“God, yes,” you whine, and then you’re falling into him the way you’ve both dreamed about.
Tumblr media
Jason’s determined to kiss the lipstick from your mouth, even if it means you’re painted with bruises and swollen lips. He’s insistent, tugging at your lip, nibbling, probing, claiming. He feels selfish for taking so vigorously, but when he tries to ease off, you ask for more.
You help him remove your shirt and it gets flung aside, as does your bra, and then his mouth is on your nipple, his hand palming your other one. You arch into him, chasing the twirl of his tongue.
When your hand goes to his belt, his mouth is on yours again. He cradles your cheeks and the tenderness feels strange amidst your shared impatience. But you soak in it, come to crave it, relish what he wants to give you.
As soon as his pants fall, he’s pushing you onto his bed, working on stripping the rest of you. You’re hungry, not willing to part from his mouth for long, so it takes three tries before he can rid you of your bottom half.
Jason kisses from your calf to your upper thigh, pausing there to glance up at you. You watch him while you play with your tits.
“You still want this?”
“Yes,” you say with a restless wiggle.
He smiles at you, both amused and fond. He inches upwards to crawl over you, but his hand slips between your thighs and he parts your folds to touch your bud. You grab onto his bicep as he circles it, gets you ready for more.
Jason rests on his elbow so he’s able to touch your hair and caress your forehead. Gradually, as your hips move against his hand, he lets his fingers slide. Two sink into your heat easily.
“Think about you all the time,” he murmurs as you let out a soft gasp. Your wetness fills the air, only making him harder. He returns his thumb to your clit, admiring how it rips more sounds from you. Your hips roll on their own.
“Me too,” you say breathlessly. “Hate that you take up so much space in my brain.”
He smiles to cover the wound, redirecting it towards arrogance. But then you’re kissing him like it’s not an insult, warm mouth enveloping him, dragging him in and in. Your hands tug at his curls in a way that makes his hips rut. The kiss breaks as you moan, writhing.
Even as he stuffs the hurt down, he’s compelled to ask: “Is it that bad?”
“What?” you gasp as he pushes you to your peak.
“To think about me?”
“No, no—” you choke out. “God, Jay. You’re—” Your voice turns into a mere whine as colours explode behind your eyes. “Perfect.”
It confuses him a little, but he’ll take what he can get.
Your chest heaves, and indulgently, he rests his ear against your heart. He listens to it thump—all because of him.
“Jason,” you say weakly.
He glances up, curious, but he doesn’t let you speak as he says, “Love seeing you let go.” He hovers above you again, touching your face, memorising your features up close. “Shit, I should’ve kicked out our asshole friends a long time ago so we could do this.”
You laugh and prod at his shoulder.
“Mean it, though,” he says, softer this time, gaze earnest. “You’re… shit, sweetheart. You’re always so goddamn beautiful.”
Your expression muddies as the compliment scares you. Because you know he means it. Even if it’s not quite the way you want him to mean it.
Unsure what else to do, you pull him in. The kiss is gentle and stays that way. His hands feel all the slopes and curves of your body, and you do the same. Eventually, his hand lays atop yours on the sheets, entwined together. It’s too fucking romantic.
“Need you,” Jason whines. “Wanna feel you so bad.”
It makes you clench around the emptiness you need him to fill. “Please.”
“Yeah?” he says, looking into your eyes. “You want me to give it to you as good as I promised?”
You nod, grasping his hips, coaxing him against you. You enjoy the silky slide of his length as it drags up your thigh, increasing the anticipation. He takes the hint and soon enough, he stretches you open with a groan.
It feels like a dream as you work together, melting into each other, whispering each other’s names until you’re both spent.
It’s cold tonight, so you sleeping over, right?
You trace the dark curls that litter his chest and abdomen, thinking about how much you want to sink your teeth into the muscles there. His wide build never ceases to make you hungry. It’s a barrier that’s always kept you safe from the world, even if he can’t save you from yourself.
Similarly, Jason’s fingertips follow the lines of your body, raising goosebumps in his wake. There’s an absent, content smile on his face as he does so.
“So,” he murmurs, still stroking your skin, “my bite match my bark?”
You snort and haplessly, your forehead knocks into his shoulder. He smiles wider at the small display of affection.
“Your curse is treating me well,” you respond.
“Well, as long as you’re happy,” he says, feigning sourness.
Your eyes flick to his, amusement dimming. “I am,” you say as you touch his jaw. He leans into it, kisses your hand.
“Good,” Jason whispers, eyes moving back to your face. “That’s all I want.”
It’s a white lie—he wants to know you like this, again and again, perhaps until the end of time itself—but he can’t say that. Not when you’re little more than sand he’s trying to clasp. Sand that carries your smell, evaporating from his sheets with every passing second.
Still, he doesn’t let the love squirrel away. It remains seated on his face as he chooses to be brave, to let you look at it, even if it’s a death by a thousand cuts.

im gonna go ahead and say: what house of the dragon is doing with alicent hightower is misogyny. i’m 100% serious. hotd made her into a passive pawn of her father, with no will and ambition on her own, stripped of all agency. book!alicent is a compelling character precisely because she is active, with ambition and will on her own. in house of the dragon she is completely passive, simply tossed around with no will on her own. perhaps this will change in the future episodes, but so far it’s a really disappointing how they took this character and stripped her off all the complexity and ambition and made into a one dimensional, boring can of spoiled milk who simply obeys her dad and is a mere victim of her circumstances.

I saw so many posts going feral over a scene in second episode. "SHE CALMED HIM DOWN. HE GAVE UP THE EGG. THE MAN IN LOVEEE, THE DYNAMIC IS JUST *CHEF'S KISSES*".
And you all are talking about a interaction between grown ass man and his underage (A CHILD) niece.
Ah, yes, let's romanticise incest and pedophile because showing that kind of relationship in one of the most popular show definitely is not harmful.
