Why Not? Now on AO3.
For Wattpad version link, click here.
Description:
Being aboard and sailing away on the Frans ship? Why not?
Sans being a good guy, a prince, or even a human? Why not?
Frisk suffering, genocidal, or just plain nice? Why not?
There are a lot of possibilities in writing your favorite ship that I just have to gather all in just one book, because... why not?
Why Not, is a Frans collection of oneshot short stories, all written by (probably) your favorite author, moi. Unlike other oneshot books, you read this with a twist. Hope ya enjoy!
⚠️Disclaimer: Like I said, Frans, so if ya don't ship 'em, I'm not stopping ya to read it. Maybe ya'll change your mind, but I don't guarantee that ya'd change course, so beware!
A/n: I'm gonna stop posting reaaaally long text here in this blogxD btw—Why Not? shoulda long been finished after Love is Perfect (which wasn't published on Wattpad yet). Also, keep in mind that I'm transferring the oneshots little by little, so forgive me if the AO3 series work only had a few of the compiled stories for now.
PS: that "read it with a twist" is only applicable on Wattpad

Heyya, pinksterz!💕
So... The thing is, I have published another book in AO3. I know, it isn't as grand as FateTale, since it's such an old book we (our Collab) wrote way back in early 2020s xD Sadly, our Collab broke up, and I adopted the book out of my passion to continue it.
To those who knew which UNpublished book I am currently talking about, I salute you to have witnessed my cringey writing those days, and now, it's back! Only here on AO3 tho, it's none other than Stained Glass. 😅
You guys go ahead and check it out if you are interested, I ain't pushing anyone to read once again—to the five(?) people out there that I knew to have read the first five chapters, I'm sorryyy, I just updated one latest chapter, since the other chapters I wrote for the book were gone after the same Wattpad incident I'm still wailing on-
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy my cringey writing once more. It ain't that long, but at least I took it to heartxD
Stained Glass - Pinky102ZaneXd / @pplayz
"Why... Frisk, why?" he begged for reply, his glistening golden yellow pinpricks helplessly searched for her own matching honey-glazed golden ones, as his grip on both of her shoulders tightened, enough of her to sense that she has nowhere to run now.
"We were happy, aren't we?" he cried, his body trembling, as he observed her frame shook, guilt refraining her from answering anything at all.
"H-how... how could ya do this to me....?"
"I-I'm sorry... I d-didn't mean to hurt you, G-"
"Could you please cut the crap?!" he yelled, his voice coming out of him like a broken stereo, his phalanges now aggressively forcing to push her away, "Ya lied to me!"
Tears threatened to start flowing down from his eye sockets, but he can't. He couldn't handle this much pain any longer. He could only cry now that he knew he was beyond repair.
"Ya lied to me..." " I- I protected you,I helped you, I LOVED YOU " G choked
And so he ran.
Out of fear... For fear of being alone again... For fear of being shattered once more.
And as he ignored the pleading screams of his name coming out of his love's soft pink lips, he cursed under his breath for being so weak. So fragile.
Like cold thin sheets of broken glass...
Stained Glass, is a collaborated Echotale, Jailtale, and Mafiatale infused Frans story, which tells the tale of a broken, and framed fugitive, G, as he endured great struggles to escape his tainted past, with his 22-yr old cell mate, Frisk Dreemurr, who loyally tags alongside him. But even with the strongest bond they both cherished, will it then be enough to hold shattered glass piece by piece?
Stained Glass was a collaboration hosted by MynameisappleUWU, and later adopted by Pinky102ZaneXd (@pplayz)
Echotale belongs to Yoralim
Jailtale belongs to ________
Undermafia(Mafiatale) belongs to KID
Undertale belongs to Toby Fox
Stay safe, stay patient, stay strong, stay... Determined!💕

Don't You?
Why Not? Presents ^
A/n: Heyya, pinksterz!💕
In oh-so-sudden participation for Franstober 2021 Day 19: Video by @uhhbananafrappe, I decided to publish this ready-made oneshot here on this day, infusing the story with the essence of spooktober.xD
Hope ya'll enjoy a bootiful time this time of the year, pinksterz!💕😉 So here, have a horror shot created by self inspiration-
⚠Warning: Horror. If you're uncomfortable with the said element, I'm not saying you mustn't read, I'm merely warning you in advance. You may skip this and wait for the next update, or find another good frans book to read as well. This oneshot is not for the faint of heart. :3
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I should've been sprawled as a bloody mess all over the floor. Kept inside my room, however, there was no better punishment than to be locked up here, haunted, even though I already know I was going to be sent with shivers down for the rest of my life. It was absolute torture.
You see, several months ago, before I was being refridgerated to my damnation, I had a crush. Everyone has one, I'm pretty sure of it. And as cliché as it sounds, it's this girl in my class. To be exact, she's Student #13 in the online classroom I'm in.
She was very quiet, it was unsettling at first, but I've grown curious of her. My classmates would discuss of never trusting the silent ones, since they could 'kill', but I ignored their warnings, and thought how ridiculous they sounded. Silent people are often misunderstood.
At least, that's what I think.
Her name was Frisk Dreemurr. You could feel the shy but mysterious aura radiating from her, it made me intrigued to know more about her. She had short chestnut brown hair, it was in a slight mess, and her skin was white as milk. I mean seriously, she looked pale as white, but in a somewhat modest kind of way.
She's seen in her camera screen, which was located at the far right side of the 'class'. Sometimes, I felt sorry for her to be ignored by everyone, like if she never was our classmate. Whenever she excuses herself in a quiet voice to be dismissed, the teacher won't spare even a single glance at her, which I thought was rude. He wouldn't even address her whenever she raises her hand, it's truly distasteful.
While my classmates went about their businesses during break time by doing the stuff younger students goofed about, I secretly sent her a friend invite. I know, I know, it's a creepy online move coming from a guy like me, but hear me out. I cannot help but feel sorry for her, without anyone to turn to at all.
I could see her watching our classmates make a fool out of themselves, until the two of us heard a faint ping on her side. I assumed it was her notification ring, and you couldn't believe the surprised look planted on her face, her sunset golden eyes glimmering with curiosity as she shifted her attention towards me.
I tried hard not to get caught blushing a cyan hue at her response, especially after she accepted the invite. She looked at me excitedly, gratefully, expressions I have never seen her do before. I guess it was a right choice to warm up to her, so eventually I nervously smiled, and not long after, she did as well.
It was after dismissal that I figured I should talk to her on a video call.
It's a good thing she didn't have plans for the rest of the day, and neither did I. She was a little shy at first, obviously not used to talking with anyone more less than a guy who suddenly sends you a friend invite out of nowhere.
"Hi, I'm Sans." I grinned, though I thought it wasn't really necessary since I am smiling permanently. Curse of being a skeleton, I guess?
"I-I actually know that..." she muttered lowly, and I could've sweared I heard her voice echoing at the back of my head, literally. Or probably I was having a nervous breakdown now that I know how crazy I am to talk to my crush directly in a video call.
I just realized one thing; I am now listening to her voice which she never used the entire class time.
"I'm Frisk, in case you don't recognize me." she mumbled the last part a bit sadly.
"Yes, of course I recall you, all the time." he bluntly blurted, "I mean, I see you often in class, you're my classmate after all."
Her eyes widened in shock as I spoke of this, "You can see me?"
"Uh, yeah?" I wasn't sure what she meant by that, her amazed expression only making me more confused. She must've meant I have noticed her despite being constantly ignored by both teachers and classmates. What I didn't know was the fact that, that wasn't the case.
"Oh... That's pretty cool." she murmured quietly.
"I think you seem pretty cool to." I gave her a friendly grin, "I would want to ask you if we could be friends, but I think there's no need."
Frisk suddenly blushed from the roots of her... skin? I kinda found it cute, every small movement she creates are always seen adorable. I guess she was flustered to make new friends.
"Y-yeah." she looked up to smile at me, shyly tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear, "I guess we're f-friends now."
It was cheesy, yeah, you could say that, but man, that was the most memorable moment in my life--I was one step closer to my crush, how cool is that?
Every free time, we talk about a lot of things, from 'how was your day's to 'oh you're still bald, that's a relief's, just being with her even if it's only through my digital screen was both a blast, and charming if I do say so myself. Things have been like this for the past several months, and with every moment we talked, she just grew ever so fascinating, she's an endless-page book I so eagerly want to discover.
You could say, at that time, we were ironically inseparable.
Which is why I never expected to regret the moment I laid my gaze on her.
________________________________
It was on a day before November.
I was busy writing a letter that afternoon. It was a letter of confession, and yes, you guys can squeal all you want, I figured it's finally time that I tell her my true feelings.
Before I could open up my video calling app, my father suddenly knocked on my door, saying, "Sans, I have a guest that you might be interested to meet."
A guest?, I thought. Who could it be?
Curiosity got the better of me, so I neatly placed the letter under my Trig book before going downstairs to meet our mysterious visitor. When I arrived before them, I was surprised, not because of the fact that I might've known them from else where, but because she looked very familiar. In fact, it's as if she was a carbon copy of Frisk, they look exactly alike!
I kept staring at her curiously as I sat down beside my dad. She seemed taller than my crush, with a more mature aura, and brighter-coloured hair. Her eyes shone a dangerous red despite her kind and warm smile.
"She's Ms. Chara Dreemurr." my dad introduced. Almost instantly, my jaw dropped.
"Dreemurr?? As in, Frisk Dreemurr?" I asked to be sure. She frowned as I mentioned that name, "H-how did you know her?"
I looked at dad, confused. Didn't he make me go downstairs to meet this lady since he thought I'd be interested to meet her? About Frisk, wasn't that the case? The look of the two, however, it says not.
"She's a friend of mine.." I tried not to fluster in front of them, "Is she with you?"
"Why must I bring her?" Chara chuckled, "I only came to visit the current owners of this house."
"That's why I called you, son. The Dreemurrs owned this place before we did." he sighed, folding his arms before leaning back to the couch.
"So she's not with you..." I muttered. What rotten luck.
"Yes, in fact... She can't." she mumbled the last part, but audible enough for us to hear, "She's been gone for the past two years."
"Wait, what do you mean she's gone??"
"I mean," she clarified, "She disappeared. After we moved out, we never got to see her again. We figured she ran off. She hated the idea of moving, and now, none of us knew where she went." she sadly spoke in a broken tone.
I was in utterless shock. How could Frisk leave her family unannounced like that?
Before any of them would decide on asking me about Frisk, I ran to my room, closing the door shut, all the while ignoring my dad's distant calls. I sighed, sitting in front of my computer screen. I decided to talk to her, opening up the video call app.
Almost instantly, her face on screen popped up, an excited grin plastered all over her face. As always, it was way breathtaking to see.
"Hi, Sans!" she greeted me sweetly. I was pretty confident myself I'd win her over too easily, to the fact that I was the only guy she seemed to smile at.
"Heyya, Frisk. How're ya doin?"
"Pretty cramped, but still going." she giggled mindlessly.
Welp, here goes nothing.
I tapped my fingers together as I told her, "Why did you ran away from home?" I frowned.
She was surprised, giving me an astounded look of confusion that wiped out the sunny aura she gives off. "What do you mean?"
"Your sister, Chara, came here to visit us. I came to know you guys own our house before?" I asked. She was in a sketchy mood, gulping in a nervous trance. "I-I don't know that." she murmured, which I found very obvious for a lie.
I nodded my skull a disappointed no, "That's not a good thing, Frisk. Your family is worried about you, you musn't run away from home."
"But it's been a year since I last saw them. I doubt they'd try to find me." she suddenly spoke up, but there was an unusual upbeat tone in her voice that I didn't like.
"I'm sure they're just as concerned, enough to search back to this house you called once as your home." I sighed.
She was smiling at me now. Was it something I said?
"I once liked some boy from our class very much." she suspiciously admitted, completely going off-topic. It scared me to the point that it's almost I could hear her. I know, I already told you guys, I'd hear at the back of my head, but this time, it's different, I was so sure. Her voice, I swear, I could hear it somewhere echoing in my back, it gave the room a drop of temperature in shivering ambience.
I always have the lights in my room turned off, and it didn't help at all.
Having no possible choice at the moment, I listened as she continued, a bit too sugar sweet as she talked, "This boy... I confessed to him before we were about to move out, and guess what he did?" she chimed in crazy anger, making me extremely uncomfortable, "He just laughed at me! All this time we hung out, and he rejected me, simple as that... I never left home, Sans."
"A-and what was that supposed to mean?"
She grinned, "The room you're in was my old room. You'll see a trap door thingy in the ceiling that leads to my attic compartment."
I searched around the room, trying to find what she meant. Boy, how I regretted to listen and obey her for this.
I found the metal hanger of the door, hanging in the ceiling. I began to reach and grab it, looking at Frisk on-screen, "This?"
"Yes, that. Open it, and you'll see what I mean."
Clueless and curious, I pulled down the handle, leaving the door wide open. Almost instantly, tons and tons of really heavy bundled weight suddenly fell on top of me, knocking me down to the floor. As I came to, I was left with a mysterious huge bundle on my legs. I groaned, mindlessly uncovering the top part.
At first, I couldn't quite make it out, all I see were tiny wriggling microscopic pasta sticking out of... S-sticking out of-
As soon as I could see a blank eye hole with bulged retina squeezed out of it, and the noticeable rotten smell, I quickly pushed the mound away from me as I slid back, screaming an earraping shriek at such a horrific sight.
Th-there before me, was Frisk, that I could make out clearly, or whatever's left of her. I was in a panic, screaming multiple times, I don't care, I'm seeing a maggot-infested corpse of a person I thought I knew so well, I even liked her.
"I didn't leave," she continued, much to my newfound dread, for I didn't want to listen any further, "in fact, I stayed up there since the moment my family gave up on finding me, and moving some place else, abandoning me. I was left to loathe and do nothing but stare at my laptop screen, replaying the same depressing scene in my mind over and over again.
I never moved, didn't bother to eat, drink, or sleep. I died alone, unknown, ashamed, and dejected, I thought I didn't stood a chance to live up for something anyway..." her voice trailed of to a stream of melancholy.
I was about to relax in sympathy, but tensed back once her head shot up to face me with twinkling eyes, "Until you came."
... I did not like the sound of that at all.
"Sans..." before she could say, probably a possible confession, I sprinted towards the door, as fast as I can. I heard the door knob clicked, and I knew I was locked inside, alone with whom he considered a total stranger. I would've wanted this. I would've wanted to hear the girl of my dreams finally confesses she likes me back, but I couldn't... I won't accept anything from a 'talking corpse'.
For a second, I wanted to regret thinking that way, but no--her head, literally from the carcass she left cracked as it twisted its neck to face him, with hollow eyes of gloom and brown mush. She was smiling ever so widely from ear to ear, ectoplasm could be seen dripping from her lips. It was at this point, I had forgotten who she was. I was disgusted to know that I met her.
"You should let me finish my story, Sans. Now how will this end, what's it gonna be, Sansy...?" she giggled in an echo, it sent a wave of nauseous chills down my back, knowing the same familiar voice once spoken to me from right behind.
She, the manged body, bolted towards me in lightning speed, crawling in a crippled and sinister way, and all I could do was back away. The moment her face was only inches away from me, I quickly held my scream of surprise.
"I read your letter, Sans. It made me so happy." her cold breath caressed against my ivory features, it smelled of rotten meat and eggs, I tried not to cry either at the stench, or my well-being under her grasp.
"You like me, bestie, don't you?"
I didn't try to deny, and most definitely, didn't want to find out if I do so. I just nodded with doubted vigor, accepting this cruel twist of fate. I knew I'd be in this room, forever bonded between thin ropes of death and life.
After all, I did wish we'd be more than friends, didn't I?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
A/n: There, that's Don't You.
I know, it ain't much of a scare (I suck at writing on a phone-I want my computer back), but at least, it's an update. :D On October. :D I hope you, pinksterz💕, enjoyed this naturally disorganized shot, and I'll see you in the next chapter, I guess.😁

So now we know rich and posh Frisk, and ordinary Sans met in a plane crash (You're My Destination). I'm curious to know how rich people like her proposes to their significant others, based on this story. Mind telling us how, if you know what I mean?
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Well, as a rich businesswoman, it's no surprise she had planes or so. I thought of planes, cuz, it fits the story right? So it's safe to say, she'd do this;

Mine, And Only Mine
Why Not? Presents ^
Yanderetale
⚠Warning: For those who doesn't know what Yandere means; it is actually the state of being agressively, violently, maniacally, murderous due to the extreme compassion one felt for somebody else.
It means, for example; if you feel extremely jealous about your crush being with somebody else, to the point that you become insane and really want to kill him/her, then that's being yandere.
So I'm warning you that Yanderetale involves any killing, the chapter may contain the following:
Blood
Gore
Murder
Insanity
If you are feeling any discomfort, or that the mentioned subjects above could trigger you, I suggest you skip this chapter, or at least the bloody scenes. Thank you!💕
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Oh how he loved it. The glances, the smiles, the way she'd address him.
The very first time his white pinpricks landed its piercing gaze on her, he knew from the very start that she belonged to him. Only he had the right to keep her as his.
"Hello, Sans." Her gentle voice would sing, ringing through the depths of his own hollow skull. The same voice he call as music. Music he could listen all day. Music to his non-existent ears.
He'd stare at her gleefully as she stood with her chocolate brown shoulder-length hair swayed through the breezing wind, along with the navy blue skirt of her sailor-uniform that softly followed. The sun's rays would shine, gleaming brightly through her red thin-brimmed oval eyeglasses that coveted her golden honey-glazed irises.
He flashed her a smile, "Hey, Frisk."
Ah, the name. Suits her well on how playfully cheerful she'd be underneath that innocently modest atmosphere. Only he had the key to unlock such rare aura, and that is what he was mostly proud of.
The only 'key' that he couldn't claim, however, was to her heart. He knew he had the guts to finally have her. He knew that from the looks of her, she too would definitely take him, the same desire to be with each other.
"Can I... Ask you a favor?" She bashfully said, fiddling her two little fingers that attached on her soft pale hands he longed to hold, nervously.
"Anything for ya, sweetheart." He chuckled, wrapping his arm around her shoulder.
Not yet, he'd say.
The time has not yet come for him to show everyone that she belongs to him. Though of course, he hated it.
No matter how he wanted to do it right away, thankfully he had self-control over himself. At least, that's what he thought he had.
She hesitated for a moment, then sighed, "I was wondering if you could help me understand about this topic we had in Math class. I got a bit stumped, but since you seem to be really good at it, so..." she paused, looking up to the skeleton beside her.
She a bit worried of how Sans didn't answer her request for some seconds, but truth be told, he was actually toying with her. Seeing her in a state like this just looked adorable in his eye sockets.
He laughed, "Of course!" He smirked, "But only for one condition."
"What?"
He chuckled, tracing his bony fingers through her soft hair, "I must have a reward in return, shouldn't I?"
"Oh." She sighed, looking down as a soft pink hue slowly crept to be revealed on her pale fair-toned complexion, "W-what kind of reward?"
He hummed, "Ya decide, sweets."
"Okay." She smiled, "How about you come to my place and have dinner?" She asked, before backing down, mumbling, "As if that's enough."
But even her softest whispers could not escape his incredibly bionic non-existent ears. He wanted to make sure he wouldn't miss a single trace of her.
He could only smile at what he just heard.
"That would be great. Your cooking is always the best!" He beamed, ruffling her hair.
"Let's meet after dismissal then." She said, her face turning to a worried expression at the sound of the school bell signalling the beginning of the first period of this day.
"I gotta go. Thank you so much, Sans! You're such a great friend." She then continued on, hurrying in order not to miss class.
Friend.
He gritted his teeth in such aggravation. Only a friend? To her, he was only a friend. Oh how he dreaded such title! Such position. Such... insult.
Nevertheless, he stood his ground. He couldn't let one simple thing ruin everything, though at times he couldn't stand it, with him ending up punching the walls.
One day, Sans. One day.
You won't get called as a friend.
But as hers.
------------------------------------------------------
"We swear! We didn't hurt her or anything this time!" The blonde-haired boy cowered, along with his two friends trembling beside him, as the skeleton in front of them walked around them, threatening to harm anyone who tries to move a single muscle.
The monster only chuckled darkly, a maniacal smile creeping to his pale white lips, his eye sockets showing nothing but darkness and hatred.
"Ya didn't?"
He then threw them a pile of ripped papers of homework. As soon as they caught sight of this, they couldn't help but shake in fear.
"Wow. Ain't that tear-rible, am I right? Simon?" He smiled at their leader evilly.
"Look, Sans. We didn't do that on purpose!" He shrieked fearfully, backing away, though he knew in this empty classroom, there's no escape especially when the most mysterious skeleton roamed around them.
"Wrong answer." He laughed, hitting him hard with his bone rod, causing for the other two to shiver, and with him in a dazing yelp of pain.
He eyed the other once more, the red-haired boy's emerald orbs turned to a thinner depth.
"Alex?" He smiled crazily, daring for the poor boy to speak.
"I, we, um..." Alex shook, realizing the dangers of stuttering in front of Sans, "We did it! Okay? W-we just couldn't, h-help it." He whimpered.
"I'm glad ya admitted to your mistakes." the skeleton said, carelessly playing with the long summoned bone he held on his phalange, "I'm just disappointed ya gave me such a lame excuse." He continued before promptly placed the end of the bone on his foot, pressing it hard that sent him to a screaming fit, then turned to the brunet human, who now cowered in front of him.
"Ah, Adrian. I see ya got good things to say, bud."
"I-I... I'll apologize! Please don't hurt me!" He screamed in true fright, flailing his hands in front of him.
It wasn't long before the skeletal monster walked forward, patting his shoulder in a friendly way.
"Good idea. Since ya came up with this brilliant plan, I'll let ya go just this once to ask for forgiveness to my sweet lady of Ebbot." He chuckled, motioning Adrian to run along, which he did with no second thoughts.
The next thing we knew, the skeleton was left alone in this classroom with his two toys to play with.
"Didn't I say to stay away from my sweetheart?!" He growled lowly in between his beating sessions. What surprised him to stop, however, was the sudden chuckle that came out of Simon's blood-filled mouth.
"You fool." He spat, "Didn't you realize what you've actually done?"
Sans only growled, irritated, immediately grabbing the boy's neck in an attempt to choke him.
"What makes ya want to say that?"
"Ah-adrian!" Simon gasped, wheezing through the loss of air, "H-he... Likes, gack, Frisk!"
"He what?!" The skeleton yelled, throwing him towards the blackboard, his head bleeding uncontrollably due to it meeting the surface first.
The monster quickly grabbed the boy by his collar once more, "Again."
"Adrian. You thought you could even trust the guy? Heck, even we knew his feelings towards her, right Alex?" Simon, although bruised and lossing blood like a strong current of a river, cackled crazily, losing it. The redhead only shakily nodded out of fear.
Sans couldn't help but stay speechless and still the whole time. The voice of his beaten up victim was the only thing that snapped him back to reality, together with the bell ringing to signify the arrival of dismissal.
"What are you even waiting for, bonehead? Adrian must've had her by now." He laughed before leaning in to whisper, "I'll let you go just this once to ask for forgiveness." He smirked, repeating the words of the skeleton in front of him.
Letting him go by throwing him towards Alex, making the both of them collide and groan, the skeletal monster quickly ran towards the school's gate where Frisk and he agreed to meet.
He arrived, only to find the brunet, flustering in front of... her. What angered Sans more was the fact that the brunette was flashing him a sweet smile, saying, "It's okay, I understand."
He cooled himself down before returning his usual huge smile before walking up to the two. Frisk turned her head to see her friend, waving at him happily. He, of course, waved back.
"Heyya, sweetheart." He greeted with a smile and turned to look at the now trembling Adrian.
"Who's he?"
She glanced at him before replying, "Oh, him? Sans, this is Adrian, he's from my Math class. Adrian, this is Sans, a dear friend of mine."
"Nice to meet ya to, Adrian." He said, sending the boy a forced smile, which actually contain venom underneath it.
"Y-you to, Sans." Adrian greeted back, avoiding his intense gaze upon him.
"What is he doing here, sweetheart?"
"Oh, nothing. He just wanted to apologize for the bad things he's done to me. But I forgave him, since I shrugged anything all up." She beamed, her tone desperately hiding more information, which the skeleton already knew from the start.
"Did he?" He asked, glaring daggers at the brunet. Frisk took note of his sudden change of expression, so quickly rested her hand on her friend's shoulder, reassuring.
"Don't worry, it's okay now. It's all in the past, so you don't have to be mad at him. We're friends now." She smiled, making him smile back, but boil up in the inside.
We're friends now. Those words made him tremble, fearing he might lose her to him.
Adrian, on the other hand, couldn't help but smile at her statement, but it quickly fade away once he noticed how the monster beside her look at him with pure hatred. He shifted uncomfortably on where he stood before sighing, "W-well. Best be going now, Frisk, Sans. See you tomorrow!" And with that, he ran with the wind.
"Bye!" She waved as he took off.
"I don't trust that guy."
She turned to look at him, his expression darkly grim. She sighed, thinking of a way to calm him down. She knew how low tempered her skeletal friend can be, and he definitely hated how there's a lot out there who wanted to harm her.
But that's what she liked about him.
He was always there whenever she needed anything. He protected her from many bullies before. She laughed at how overprotective her companion could be.
She stood tall to reach his face, before planting a small peck on his cheekbone. The kiss took him by surprise, sending his face all hued up with a bluish tint. She giggled, amused by his reaction.
"You don't have to worry about it too much, Sans. I'm fine. We may get to be friends, but I'll always be there by your side, like how you do." She smiled.
He chuckled, seeming to cool down both his temper and his cheekbones.
"Alright. Come on now, sweetheart. We still have dinner waiting for us." He laughed excitedly, pulling the human through the sea of students getting out of school.
A blue hand grabbed one of Frisk's shoulder, making her halt from her tracks and turned to see their friends Undyne and Alphys. Metatton also joined in their group.
Sans was a bit pissed for a moment, but they're his pals to, so only gave them his signature lazy smile.
"Hey there, punks! Mind if we cut in for a sec with the moment yours, you two lovebirds?" Undyne grinned, causing the brunette to fluster and the skeleton to shrug.
"Sure!"
"So, what's the news ya got here?" He casually ask as the group continued walking.
"Fuku, dear.~ Have you heard about her?~" Metatton cooed, causing the two to only nod their heads no.
"Didn't you two heard her scream from the Math Hall building?" The blue fish lady asked in shock.
"I think I did, but was too busy to even thinking about it to begin with." Responded Sans. Earlier, yes, he heard a scream, but never bothered about it since it only irritated his skull. He was too busy thinking about Frisk's beautiful features that it angered him how the scream broke his thoughts.
"What about her?" Asked the girl, curious of whatever happened to Fuku.
"Sh-she got m-m-murdered..." stuttered Alphys in fear.
Really? He smiled in his thoughts happily. Finally, the green flame monster who's been trying to even get to him is gone forever! Now there goes a rival down to dust.
"W-what? H-how?" Frisk only trembled in pity of a loss of a friend.
"Did ya know who killed her?" Sans eagerly asked, hoping to reward the one who did the job for him.
However, Undyne only shrugged, "Unfortuantely, no. Whoever done this to her is truly ruthless and bloodthirsty. Her death was horrible."
"Th-the killer didn't l-l-let her b-body turn to monster dust, b-but to a-ashes! It was h-horrible." Alphys whimpered, reminiscing the sight.
"Wait, you saw her ashes?" The human asked in awe.
They nodded, "There was water everywhere!~ It seemed as if the murderer sneaked on her and drenched her to death.~ Really unfortunate.~" whimpered Metatton as he does a dramatic pose, placing his hand on top of his forehead.
The sound of a cellphone ringing caught the group's attention back at their human friend. After checking the caller ID, she smiled, answering the call.
"Hello?" She greeted, as a conversation starts welling up, with her chatting excitedly while Sans only eyed her, wondering who's the caller.
After about five minutes, she hung up, smiling widely.
"Who's that?" He asked, trying not to sound irritated.
"Oh, it's Asriel, a cousin of mine." She replied happily, "The thing is, it's been a long time since I saw him, and he's actually coming over to my house today!" She paused, frowning, "Oh dear. But the dinner... Is it okay if we move that some other day?"
"It's fine, sweetheart." He shrugged, forcing out a smile, "That's your cousin after all. He's much more important, I guess. And you haven't seen him for a long time, so it's cool."
"Really? You'd understand?"
"Of course!" He grinned.
"I don't know what to say. Thanks a million, Sans! You're the best." She smiled, jumping in to embrace the unsuspecting skeleton. He blushed at the sudden action, but felt disappointed once she pulled away.
"Well, I gotta go! See you tomorrow, Sans." And off she went.
------------------------------------------------------
He groaned, couldn't get to sleep after the recent 'postpone'.
It seemed that Frisk's admirers aka his rivals kept increasing day by day, they don't even seem to decrease even with all his threats and attempts to eliminate them.
Is there really a way where he could just flick them off one by one forever?
He sighed, staring out the window to the star-studded midnight sky.
Then he recalled their recent discussion with Undyne and the others. Something about... Fuku?
He smiled evilly at a thought.
Whoever this killer is, he should really must thank him for giving him such a brilliant idea.
"If I can't take you down with mere detention and exclusion, then I'll have to eliminate you... literally."

Fanart for Soul Sewn Buttons by @pinky102zanexd on Wattpad!!!
Tumblr media
I just really love that one shot... So creepy, and the (spoiler scene) is definitely unexpected... Really didn't expect it.
I love it.
It literally became one of the fanfics I read over and over again. I really love it.
______________
Also, I know the buttons are supposed to be black, but it changed to brown due to the colours I decided to use so I can get that creepy evil feeling to it.
Trust me I tried, but, I can't do it since I prioritize more on the feeling of this one so yeah. (Or maybe there's a way, I don't know. I'm still learning colour theory)
Also, decided to make the yarn or string, red for Frisk and blue for Sans for some reason... I don't know what but I did it.
But despite that... I'm proud of how this turned out. And hopefully, Pink! hopefully you love this too! I really love soul sewn buttons! ; ᴗ ;

You're My Destination
Why Not? Presents ^
Page 2/2
“WHAT’S THE MATTER, BROTHER? DID THE HUMAN NOT LIKE THE SOUP YOU MADE? (Surprise?)” a much taller skeleton asked from the tomato sauce-smelling kitchen, as he watched his grumpy brother go downstairs.
“i think so, papy. such a picky person, can’t even say thank you for helping her.” He shrugged before sitting on one of the dining area chairs.
“DO NOT WORRY, SANS! FOR I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL MAKE HER MY FAMOUS SPAGHETTI! NYEH HEHE.” Papyrus exclaimed, still stirring the spaghetti sauce.
Moments later, the woman arrived, cautiously climbing down the wooden staircase. She eyed the house in a skeptical way, observing every nook and corner. Then she caught the delicious aroma of tomatoes coming from the kitchen below, so she headed on, only to find the two skeleton brothers talking. They stopped as soon as they caught a glimpse of her.
“Hello…?” she greeted rather awkwardly.
Sans only turned away, not bothering to greet back, placing his head on a resting position on the table. Papyrus, on the other hand, was full of joy. He smiled ever so widely, “WELL GREETINGS, HUMAN FRIEND! I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS!”
She paused, looking at the shorter skeleton, “I’m twenty.”
“EH?” the silver-armored skeleton stood, giving her a puzzled look, “IS THAT YOUR NAME? PRETTY UNUSUAL.”
“Oh pardon me, I’m twenty years old, and my name is Frisk. Frisk Mercy, the CEO of Mercy Medical Industries, the largest medical company in New York.” She proudly introduced, but was surprised to see Sans suddenly laughing.
“did you just deliberately corrected your age to me?” he chuckled.
“Who said I was addressing you?” she glared at the now facing skeleton.
“clearly, it was meant for me since i called ya kiddo. for a stern person like ya, i think that ya’re rather, humerus!” he laughed a little uncontrollably but stopped to see her familiar blank expression.
“SANS! THIS IS NO TIME FOR PUNS! YOU’LL MAKE OUR GUEST RUN AWAY JUST BY BEING LIKE THAT!” shrieked Papyrus in annoyance.
“That’s exactly the point.” She murmured lowly for them not to hear, then smiled, “Is that pasta I smell?”
“WHY IT IS! GET READY HUMAN, FOR I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL SERVE YOU HIS BEST-TASTING SPAGHETTI!” he shouted happily, as he set down a tin covered plate. There she opened, revealing the charming looking pasta, all covered up with rich tomato, garlic, onion, cheese, and oregano sauce, topped off with three brown meatballs, parmesan cheese, and bay leaf for garnish (Reading this… Time to apply for a cooking course myself!).
She twisted her fork to gather some of the saucy pasta and gently shoved it to her mouth. Her eyes lit up, and felt as if she was running around a buttercup field on a sunny day. (Wow, Papy. You finally have someone who understands your cooking!)
“It’s… It’s…”
“WHAT? IS IT BAD?” he frowned.
“It’s one of the most delicious things that I have ever tasted.” She announced, quickly having some more.
“LOOK, SANS! THE HUMAN LIKES MY COOKING! SHE LOVED IT!”
“that’s great, bro. i know she’ll like it, my brother’s so cool.” He grinned even wider to see his brother jump in joy.
“Compliments to the two chefs!” she happily said, savoring the flavor of Papyrus’ spaghetti, “I’m very honored to meet such a talented chef like you, Papyrus. And as for you…” she trailed off, glancing at Sans, “Your soup was cold, but… You did great, it tasted amazing.” She smiled at him, which surprised the skeleton.
“that was my first soup.” He mumbled quietly.
“Now I understand.”
“what?”
“You do your work with effort, I could sense that. The problem is, I couldn’t see that effort of yours somewhere. What seems to be the problem?”
“i don’t have any problems.”
“There must be bothering you to see how you do your work with unnoticeable effort---”
“i said, i don’t have problems! just leave me alone.” He growled darkly, before heading outside.
“I’M TRULY SORRY FOR THE WAY HE ACTED.” Apologized the tall skeleton as he eyed the door worriedly, “HE HAD THIS DREAM, YOU SEE.”
“A dream?” she asked, trying not to laugh. Pointless, you don’t succeed with just dreaming.
“YES. WHAT HE WANT IS TO SEEK THE WORLD.”
“Travel around?” Such stupidity.
“THAT IS CORRECT, HUMAN.”
“I see. Now I know the problem.”
“WHAT?”
“His dream is ridiculous. There’s no sense in having dreams for it may crush you. If you want to travel, go ahead, travel!” she laughed, not knowing how rude it sounded. Those words snapped Papyrus like twigs. For the first time, he glared at her rather depressingly.
“NOW I CLEARLY UNDERSTAND HOW MY BROTHER HAVE FELT FOR YOU!”
“What?”
“HE PITIES YOU, JUST AS I TOO, PITY YOU GREATLY.”
Pity. The word angered Frisk in such a way. She never wanted anyone to feel bad for her. She’s got everything, fame and fortune, yet they still pity her who has too much of… everything? How dare… they. And with that, she stormed off, leaving Papyrus in daze.
She walked through the cold snow of wherever place she is, she didn’t care. No one should.
She was shivering dangerously, yet she continued, hoping to stop the word ringing inside her head over and over again. She didn’t need anything, she just wanted to be back in her grand mansion, sipping rich hot chocolate, sitting beside a crackling fireplace on her comfortable recliner straight from Russia.
“I don’t need anyone!!!” she screamed on top her lungs, trying to break her vocal cords as she shrieked. She collapsed to the ground, sobbing quietly, as she let the cold air freeze her to death, “So don’t try to help me.”
Before falling unconscious, she felt a strange warmth creeping up behind her.
------------------------------------------------------
She fluttered her eyes open, her golden ones meeting two ivory pupils worriedly looking at her.
“ya okay, frisk?” its owner asked in a concerned tone. She sat up, groaning heavily as she rubbed the back of her head. The skeleton in fornt of her tried to stop her from doing so, by pushing her gently back to lie on the… couch which was located next to a fireplace.
“no, don’t get up, and try to rest.” He whispered quietly but enough for her to hear.
“Stop, just… Go away.” She said groggily, earning a slight glare from the skeleton.
“ya’re hurt, ya should stay. so please, let me help ya.” he glowered before heading to the kitchen.
She sighed sitting up, finding herself back in the house of the two skeletons. Sans came back, holding two mugs of hot piping chocolate, sighing to see her up. He handed her the other mug, “careful, it’s hot.” He warned. She nodded in reply, carefully sipping from it.
She closed her eyes in relief, savoring the rich taste of cocoa. The taste, however, reminded her of home, so she welled up in tears, surprising the skeleton who too, was drinking beside her.
“h-hey. don’t cry.” He said rather worriedly, but she didn’t and instead, embraced the unsuspecting skeleton, continuing to tear up. He hugged back, gently patting her head in comfort, “shh… it’s okay. ya’re fine.”
She didn’t reply back, too busy crying her heart out. She pulled away, wiping her tears before apologizing. “W-why do y-you pity me?” she stammered.
His eye sockets widened, then sighed, “i understand how ya feel, frisk.”
“How can you when you don’t even know me?!”
“i know. sometimes, that’s how I feel. scared. trying to say that i don’t need anything, but i just can’t admit it. no matter where i am, people are all around me, walking up towards me, or just smile. somehow, seeing them do that, made me feel… glad. glad i have these people who actually cared how i feel, knowing i too, have feelings on my own.”
He paused, noticing her listening intently, which made him smile wider, “ya actually cared, do ya?”
“W-what? No!”
He chuckled, “ya cared for anyone out there, knowing they needed your help. ya kept searching for anyone who needed it, not knowing… yourself. it’s okay to feel ya yourself needed the same care they received from ya. it’s okay to feel sorry for yourself, frisk.”
“it’s okay to dream. do ya have a dream?” no one answered, “frisk?”
He looked down to see the girl soundly asleep, her head softly landing on his left shoulder. He smiled, “that’s what i thought.” He said before placing his own head on hers, closing his eyes sockets and sleep.
------------------------------------------------------
The following days were just historically memorable. Frisk considered falling down as a getaway from her days of being an insecure person. A vacation she says. She learned not only to pity for others, but that she needed the pity herself.
Days turned to weeks and all the three did was play in the snow, eat spaghetti, watch a movie, just having fun. She grew close to towards the two brothers who basically changed her life.
Though friendships aside, she felt… in denial. Seeing the base of her sudden change in positivity, she didn’t know how to feel. At times, whenever they were alone, she’s either happy or sad. Her heart beats every time she’s with him, which is bad if you’d ask her. But it’s too late, she frowned. She did not only fall down to the Underground. She foolishly fell down to somewhat deeper that she couldn’t explain.
He, on the other hand, accepted it. His feelings, he couldn’t change. He knew that from the moment she crashed down, she’ll be his distraction from his irritating depression. But he also knew that this feeling might hurt him in the future, but he was prepared for that.
He knew he must let go. And what she said one day proved him right.
------------------------------------------------------
“why were ya on that plane?” he asked, looking down at the human girl who sat beside him on the soft blanket of snow. She looked up at him, smiling, “I was on my way for an important convention in Ebott City as the guest speaker of the organization. That event is very important to me, considering as I am also important to the event.”
He looked down at his pink fluffy slippers, “i’m sorry.”
“For what?”
“for crashing down in this place.”
Her eyes widened in surprise then frowned, looking away from him, “It’s okay, I’m actually glad to have come here. If it weren’t for the crash, I would’ve never met you and Papy.”
She sighed once more, looking deeper, “But sometimes, I wish… Life would be---”
“were ya happy back then?” he suddenly interrupted.
“If being someone who has everything with fame, wealth, and glory, then yes, but---”
“can ya hold on to my hand? i’m gonna take ya somewhere real’ quick.” He said, offering his skeletal hand.
“Umm… Okay?” she agreed, puzzled and flustered at the same time. Once she came to grab unto his hand, instantly in a literally blue flash, they were transported to a new land. A place known as the Waterfalls.
“Wow.” She gasped, still not letting go of his hand as her golden orbs roamed the breathtaking view of fresh flowing body of water, blue glistening flowers that danced through the rhythm of the wind, and dazzling crystals up in the ceiling, resembling the Surface’s stars.
“frisk.” He called out, her head turning towards him.
“i used to shout my dream out here. they say those who did so makes their wish come true.”
“Did you get what you wished for?”
“i wished to travel the world, then it worked!” he smiled, gazing straight to her eyes with his white ones, “when i’m around ya, it felt as if i’ve seen the whole world a million times. ya’re my world, frisk.”
And with those words, a soft pink hue escaped her cheeks, the words ringing inside her head. A soft smile slowly crept through her pink lips.
“now ya’re next. what’s your dream?”
She let go of the skeleton’s hand to cup both of her hands to her mouth, shouting, “I want to arrive to my destination!” She smiled, hearing the soft echoes of her scream, not turning to look at the now frowning skeleton. But when she did, he quickly changed to a fake reassuring smile.
“we leave today.” He said, confusing the girl.
“W-what?”
“i want to grant your wish, just as ya did to me. grab on.” He smiled, placing his hands on hers.
“Sans, w-wait…” but before she could finish, a familiar nauseous feeling was felt. As soon as she came about, she looked on to see light coming out of the other side of some darkish room.
“this is the barrier.” He stated, her eyes widening in surprise as she gazed at the alluring light. Beyond there, she could make out the modernized city from afar. Ebott.
“this is your chance to fulfill your dream. go ahead and escape before King Asgore sees us!” he ushered rather sadly. Filled with joy, she ran to the light, but just as she was about to step on Surface land, she realized what she was doing.
Foolishly mesmerized by some stupid fantasy.
She turned to look at Sans, who gave her two thumbs-up and an encouraging smile. Was this really, her dream? Yes, it is. She dreamed of going to her destination, so she must fulfill it for Sans.
Sans, on the other hand, was tired. He could not bear to watch his whole world go, so turned to walk away as he frowned sadly. It’s done. She’s got what she wished for.
As he was about to walk, however, two pairs of small arms crept through his waist, embracing him from behind. “f-frisk?”
“Sans you, numbskull.” She mumbled lowly, but enough for him to hear.
“w-why? why are ya still here?”
“I’ve arrived.”
“ya what?” he said, turning to face the tearfully smiling human.
“Sans?”
“frisk?”
She giggled, “Knock, knock.”
“really, kiddo?”
“Don’t call me that.”
“since when did ya learn how to do knock-knock jokes?” he chuckled.
“I don’t know, since forever?” His eye sockets widened in surprise to know this woman with no sense of humor was actually hiding something, “but ya said---”
“Sans! Don’t ruin this, I dare you!”
“heh, okay who’s there?”
“It’s me.”
“it’s me who?”
“Silly Sans. Why else would I be at your door? You’re my destination!”
“eh?” (That’s right, Sans. It’s bad, I know.)
She pouted, pulling away from the embrace, “Now I’m embarrassed.”
“i’m your destination?”
“Every time I stepped on my private jet, I compliment the pilot for bringing me to the right place. If it’s not, I’d punch him hard in the face.”
“i wish not to be your pilot.”
“Shut up. When I crashed here, I was glad the pilot’s dead, he got what he deserved. But after realizing from the moments we shared with each other, I wanted to cry, begging for the pilot to come back to life so I could give him a gift. Turns out, from all the places he had taken me to, you were the only one he got right. Sans, I’m sorry for laughing about your stupid dream. I’m sorry for the troubles I’ve caused you. But I thank you for being there for me. Thank you for being the first to pity me. I---”
But before she could finish, she was shushed by the skeleton’s teeth pressed gently on her lips. She was in a daze at first but soon melted to the kiss, fluttering her eyes shut.
They broke the kiss, placing their foreheads on each other, smiling widely.
“Still have to travel some more eh, Sansy? ~”
“i think i have to infinite times, boss.”

You're My Destination
Why Not? Presents ^
“Attention, passengers. This is your captain speaking. We would like to request for all to please stay calm, and wear your seatbelts. There is absolutely no need to wo---” the message was unfortunately followed by the sound of static before… CRASH!
------------------------------------------------------
Sans had a pretty rough day today. He recently got fired from Grillby’s, but even though, he still kept smiling all day, trying to hide the fact of being depressed over some stupid work he got kicked out from just because he was taking a little nap.
Okay, maybe not too little, but still!
He sighed, continuing to walk, passing through the snowy pathway through the forest of Snowdin. Everything was quite peaceful, until the smell of smoke was noticed. It was coming from deep through the woods, so he decided to follow what seems to be a trail of smoke. It led him to an undiscovered plane crash site.
He easily made out what it was; a fancy private jet. He knew about it from seeing pictures of it in thin books that came from the surface above. A magazine, or so the humans call it.
Swanky. The jet was clearly expensive from the looks of it, though most of its features are all covered up with much damage from crashing. Must be from up. He wasn’t surprise, however, for the fact of crash sites visible in the forests was considered a usual.
Stupid humans making machines that could eventually kill them. He chuckled at how stupid humans are before carefully going near the plane.
Inside are piles of bodies. Corpses. Everyone’s dead, no surprise there. The first time he came to see a plane crash, all monsters were very excited to know that a lot of human souls may be captured that day to help them break free from the Underground. Unfortunately, they lost interest.
Though human souls could be obtained from death, the strength and heat of the impact was far too strong, it completely destroyed every soul each aircraft held. And thus, monsters lost hope. So far, they only need one more soul in order to be free.
Only Sans could be seen prowling around the damaged aircrafts, scavenging for any interesting human made stuff. That’s where he got those magazines. His interest in airplanes soared, fascinated by the fact that it was used by humans to fly, travelling to many different parts of the world. He too, wished to travel around, like an airplane, but nay, that’s impossible.
After gathering new magazines, biscuits, and even ketchup packets, he turned to leave, only to hear a low groan beneath the plane. His left eye flared to life in a blue blaze, becoming alert from this newfound risk.
Something, or maybe, someone is struggling from one of the passenger seats, all facing away from him. Since the plane was in a toppled over position, the seats were located above the ‘ceiling’. Walking with caution, he summoned levitating blue aura-covered bones behind him, just in case. As soon as he arrived to the seat in an alert stance, he was surprised to see such a sight.
A human. A living, breathing, totally alive human, though being bruised with scars and wounds of course. It shocked him to see it alive, knowing no human could survive such a dreadful crash.
Lowering down his guard, he took note of its features. It was slightly unconscious, and is breathing pretty heavily. It got chestnut brown hair (Yes, I got over with chocolate, sorry if you’re offended.), tied up to a now messy bun, and from the looks of its ripped, yet formally elegant white blouse underneath a navy blue blazer and a pair of navy blue square pants, the human was what he guessed as a female.
Her fair-toned face that wore an aggrieved scowl showed great pain, and as if in an uncomfortable state, despite being unconscious. His eyes searched for any cause of pain, until it landed on her seatbelt. Since she was hanging up, it must’ve felt painful to have the belt locked, with her weight pressed down.
He fiddled with the seatbelt with his little knowledge on human transportation, before succeeding in unlocking it open, causing it to let out a soft ‘SNAP’. The seatbelt gave way, and soon, the injured human fell on the unsuspecting skeleton.
Fortunately, she didn’t wake up, so he carefully sets her frame up, only for her to slip and her head ended up landing on his lap. He blushed at the ‘accident’, before moving away strands of hair from her face to reveal her delicate, and peacefully sleeping visage. However, this only made his cheek bones’ blue hue turn to a darker shade.
Should I leave her here? Seeing that the only value she may give is if she’ll die, her soul comes out, then it’s freedom time. But…
His gaze fell back to the sleeping figure. Instantly, he felt pity for her, to the fact she did not do anything wrong. He sighed, not knowing what to do next. Maybe I’ll have to figure out tomorrow. And with that settled, he lifted her up, carrying her ‘bridal-style’ before teleporting back home.
------------------------------------------------------
“Ow…” she whimpered lowly, rubbing the back side of her head. She just woke up, and sat on the bed. Wait… A bed?
She quickly scanned around her, finding herself in a pretty much messy room (It’s not pretty messy. It’s a total dump site if you ask Sans experts!). Piles of clothes and socks are scattered all over the room, and a small tornado was seen just at the corner… Huh?
Where am I?
She gave out a look of disgust on the environment she’s in. Whoever lived here, must’ve died (Or maybe whoever lives with whoever lives in the house. *All looks at Papyrus*).
What happened? She groaned, feeling a slight pain in her head. Then it hit her like how the plane she remembered crashing hits solid ground. The plane crash. Am I dead? Is this hell? (No. Soon you’ll realize, it’s heaven.)
She jerked back up, surprised to see someone enter the room. But the sight of whoever it was made her eyes widened even more. There in the door way, stood a skeleton. A living, probably breathing skeleton. He wore a white tee underneath his blue hoodie, a pair of black basketball shorts, and a pair of seemingly clean white socks under a pair of pink fluffy slippers (If I say the word ‘pair’ one more time, I’ll end the book.). His skeletal hand held up a tray which held a bowl of hot soup.
“heyya there, kiddo.” He greeted, before walking up towards the now gaping human. He sets down the tray on the bed, as he also sat down to face the woman. Processing his words, she glared at the skeleton.
“First of all, don’t call me that! Second, who are you? Third, where am I? And fourth, what’s that?” she blurted bluntly. “uh… soup?” he shrugged, choosing to answer only one of her questions.
“You didn’t answer me.” She sternly said, eyeing at the skeleton skeptically.
He sighed, counting his skeletal fingers as he replied to every question, “one, i apologize for that, don’t know your age, though ya look like one. two, ya’re in my bedroom. and third, like i said, soup.”
“You’re forgetting something, so don’t look too smart about it.”
“oh, pardon me for being ‘rude’. the name’s sans. sans the skeleton.” He reached out his bony hand as he introduced himself. The girl eyed him warily before accepting to shake his hand, which let out a loud farting sound. She gave him a puzzled look of confusion.
“the ol’ whoopee cushion in the hand trick. it’s always funny!” he chuckled merrily, but stopped when he noticed her blank expression. She didn’t seem to get it.
“Ok… Don’t really understand this sense of humor of yours, sorry.” She shrugged before reaching out for the soup, “What kind of soup is this?”
“eh?”
“The soup, I mean. What’s in it?”
“i don’t know,” he shrugged, “all i know is that it’s filled with carrots, onions, corn… whatever.”
“So it’s like free corn soup from those cheap restaurants in the sidewalks then?”
“geez, way to lift my hopes up from such a depressing day.”
“How so?”
“got fired.”
“I could tell.”
“w-what?!”
“Being ‘the boss’ myself, I got high experiences, enough to tell who’ll surpass my liking.”
“And?”
“Clearly, you do your work effortlessly.”
“how can ya tell?” he asked, clearly a bit pissed off.
“Well, you served me such cheap food. If you want to impress your guests, or even your boss, at least give them something more impressive.” She huffed.
“like what?”
“Like bouillabaisse.”
“that’s not even a word!”
“You better believe me, poor skeleton, but it is. That’s my favorite, actually---”
“wait, why are you suddenly telling me this?”
“I’m just telling you how you should improve your work.”
“ya ain’t telling me how to do my work, lady. so ya get what ya get. at least be grateful i saved ya instead of giving ya up to our king! i’m outta here.” He exclaimed, stomping out of the door.
“He should be thankful I’m giving him pointers. Never even asked for this.” The woman shrugged, sipping her soup, “It’s cold.” She complained, but smiled, “But at least it’s surprisingly good.”

Stepping out, her leather boot-covered foot landed softly on the snowy cloud below. It was snowing, much to her surprise. She glanced around her surroundings, observing the snowy forest landscape around her, before continuing to walk down the pathway, her steps all letting out a soft crunch, crunch.
As she slowly strolled, she felt a much more shivery presence following her, despite already shivering from the cold atmosphere. She ignored the feeling and continued walking.
Reaching the middle of what seemed like a very outstretched forest, she glanced down on a twig neatly placed on the ground, examining it curiously. Shrugging to find it uninteresting, she left it untouched, passing by it.
As if the presence was cold enough, a loud ‘CRUNCH!’ was heard behind her, making her look back in horror to find the twig broken to half.
That totally scared her, resulting to her, moving in a fast pace, before running anyways, despite being restricted to effortly do so. There she arrived to a bridge, seeming to be attempted to be blocked of by barricades, whose bars are too far apart from each other, making it easy for anyone to cross it.
“H  U  M  A  N…” an oddly familiar yet chilly voice trailed off, sending shivers down her spine. The presence.
“don’t ya know how to greet an old pal? turn around and shake my hand…”
