i know that rocky horror is weird and unhinged and funny but it's also a satire about societal perceptions of queerness and the subsequent alienation that results from that and plays into conservative fears of corruption of the 'pure' (ie brad and janet) and the idea that queer individuals are predatory toward children (ie rocky being "just seven hours old")
