Project Complete!

We are officially announcing the end of Problem Child: A Dadzawa and Izukuson Zine! 

First, we want to let you all know that we have donated our leftover money to World Central Kitchen. World Central Kitchen is an international organization that provides freshly made meals in disaster areas and war zones.

Second, we want to profusely thank all of the people who made this project possible. We know the pandemic gummed up some of the works and that this project took a little longer than we would have liked it to, but we were only able to complete it due to the hard work of our contributors and the patience and support of our cheerleaders and customers. We really appreciate you for helping us bring this project to life!

Mailing complete + Charity donation!

Hello all!

We have officially sent off our last package for this project! That means all packages including contributor packages have been sent off and should reach you (hopefully) shortly! We will wait for about a week to ensure all packages are received, and then we plan to close this project out.

If the project has money leftover after ensuring all mail has reached its destinatio,n we will be donating to World Kitchen. If that ends up happening, we will post proof of donation alongside the official project closure announcement.

“What goes here?” he asks, tapping the line.

“Your name. Mom will write it for me.”

Shouta nods once in understanding. Seeing the page dedicated to him is endearing and, despite how low the skill level is right now, he can see a future analyst in the painstakingly clean coloring of the rectangles that make up his chest, arms, and legs. “It’s impressive,” he says, pulling the notebook closer. “Want me to write it?” he asks, gesturing once more to the blue line.

AKA: Eraserhead visits a preschool and gets to meet one Midoriya Izuku for the first time.

this is my piece for @problemchild-zine

"Working for U.A, Aizawa wasn't unfamiliar with taking care of children, to an extent. Shaping new young heroes was his job and, despite his methods, he was good at it. But years of strictly teaching during actual school hours does little to prepare a person for caring for twenty kids twenty-four seven.

Staring at the sad excuse of dinner, which consisted of watered down tomato soup and bread that was a bit too hard to be healthy, the kids weren't prepared to care for twenty other people either.

Groceries, they needed groceries. Lunch Rush didn't work at the school on holidays, especially not on winter ones when their services are especially needed elsewhere. That left a bunch of fifteen year olds to figure out meals for themselves.

Aizawa had to give them props, they managed to feed everyone, even himself and Hizashi had a serving. It was almost sweet."
