Hello Tumblr.

Just wanted to post this so if there’s anyone out there feeling down that things will get better...

February this year I overdosed on paracetamol after consuming lots of alcohol on a night out. I did this out of hurt, anger and just the feeling of giving up.

Then lockdown came along and I haven’t really been able to shake this feeling of depression from me. I personally don’t think I’m ‘depressed’ to the point where I’d have to take medication but I just miss being around people and having a normal lifestyle back.

I’m a university student and that can be lonely enough at times, even harder with lockdown.

THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ANONE OUT THERE THAT YOURE NOT ALONE AND THINGS DO GET BETTER ❤️
