i know they gave me the best tenrose endgame they could but I still yearn for it 😭
"oh, she knows" is so devastating to me because she does, she can't not know but she wants to hear, needs to hear it because otherwise it'll never go farther than fond looks shared between them, kisses on the cheek and forehead, and handholding for longer than necessary. she needs him to confront his feelings the way she so desperately wants to because she has so much love for him inside of her and she wants to share it with him fully but he can never take that last step. it's heavy, his love for her, and she's strong enough to carry it but he can't burden her with it. it's bad enough he's let it get this far but how could he not love her?
“She knocks the timelord edges off and humanizes him, just as he timelords her. They are that the other was lacking, they are inseparable." - RUSSELL T. DAVIES
Rose changed by being Bad Wolf in ways that basically everyone around her notices.
Random strangers look at her like 'something is bizarre about that girl'.
Sometimes it's the way her eyes seem to glow, and sometimes it's just a feeling.
Meanwhile the Doctor doesn't notice it At All because to him, she's always been like that. Well- she's been like that since he regenerated at least.
He thinks that obviously the odd and ethereal qualities she has now were things he simply couldn't appreciate properly in his previous body.
Rose doesn't notice either, because no one directly tells her and nothing seems or feels wrong from her perspective, and the Doctor hasn't said anything so... everything is a-okay, right?
Rose, holding a crying Ten at her side: He just remembered that atoms never touch so he came in crying to my room last night because he’s apparently never held me
David Tennant talking about Billie’s last day of filming (The Satan Pit) vs. his own last day of filming (The End of Time).
“When we did the final scene of The Satan Pit, which was the last thing we shot of series two, and Billie was leaving, that was very emotional.” - David Tennant
