My Andromeda Six OC - Taera Peg’asi.

My first time drawing an oc. I'll admit it's not the best sketch ever, but I'm satisfied and had fun. Maybe I'll do it again in the future.

Used to be called hay-hair or haycut because of her frizzy hair. Therefore, she would usually wear some kind of hair ornament to keep it intact. But after joining A6 she started to find herself and have since then let her hair loose.

I've found some laws around the world Freddie, Hartmann, Gonzalez, Rosario, and Karson could possibly break, with or without their knowledge. Such as...

Gonzalez: Climbing a tree (Toronto, Canada).

Rosario: Bringing an elephant to the beach (Granville, France). (I like to imagine Rosario having an elephant as a pet).

Freddie: Feeding pigeons (Venice). (They would probably think it's such an innocent thing to do that they couldn't even imagine it being illegal.)

Hartmann: Not visiting their parents enough (China). (They had a bad relationship from the start, so I think when they become independent enough they will start visiting them less and less.)

Karson: Not constantly smiling, except for funerals and hospitals (Milan, Italy)

How are the Creme De La Creme mains' as villains??What crimes are they most likely to commit?

Max and Delacroix, we already know they could commit arson... I don’t want to say anything about Florin and Auguste because I may write things about them in the future. Blaise might do something rash in some sort of crime of passion. I can’t see the others as villains - Hartmann, Freddie and Rosario are too lawful, Gonzalez is too much of a cinnamon roll (and very bad at any kind of scheming) and Karson is really careful not to get into anything like that! Having said that... if anyone has ideas for characters turning villainous please don’t hesitate to put it into fanworks - don’t let me saying that put you off!

Well, I wasn't 100% correct, but I still owned my bragging rights.

My theory on Adam/Ava du Mortains origin.

The Whayhaven Chronicles Part 2 is right around the corner and I would curse myself if I didn’t lay out my theories before the upcoming game spoils everything. I wanted to do this for a long time but I’m a university-student, and sadly this hasn’t been my priority – like sleep or learning algebra. If you don’t want to read my crap and just want a straight answer – scroll down at the end of the post.  Now lets dive into the angst!

The author Mishka Jenkins, is an active member on Tumblr and goes by Seraphinite Games (mostly called Sera) and frequently answer asks. In one ask she mentioned that Adam/Ava is the oldest vampire in UB, and as she expressed it – OLD. Like REALLY OLD. And this fact is the greatest clue of them all. But there have to be a limit on how old is OLD. Therefor my first theory is that A was born in medieval times – probably ca 1400-1500 A.D. LET ME EXPLAIN! The first clue is their British accent. Which indicates they must have been raised and lived most of their life in England. The thing about history of the English language is that its divided into 3 parts. Old English (450-1100 AD) – Middle English (1100-1500) – Modern English (1500 - 1800). The English language spoken today is Late Modern English, so technically is belongs in “Modern English club”. Middle English vocabulary can sound really confusing, but it still sounds like British English, just a bit of Scottish into the mix. A great vowel shift occurred between 1300-1700, forming into the English we hear today. So, if you were to go back further than 1300, everyone would sound like a drunk Irishman complaining about his ex-wife – completely incomprehensible. That is why I believe they can’t have lived before 1400.

                            My second clue is their surname – du Mortain. The name Mortain is first mentioned 1100 and so on, though spelled differently. Which is why A cannot be over 1000 years old.

So, if they have lived for over 500 years, it’s no wonder why they hate humans so much. They have witnessed the cruelty of man for hundreds of years and been spat on time and again for being a vampire.

My second theory is that Adam/Ava was a noble, or rather their family was – probably between baron and marquess. Sera have mentioned is previous ask that A is fluent in Latin and French. A is not like Nate/Nat – They don’t bother learning languages “because it’s fun”. So, they must have been forced or required to. But what kind of people can and want their children to learn such difficult and fancy language. NOBILTY that’s who! There is also a possibility As father was French. Du is frequently used in French surnames. France and England are close to each other and not to mention they have had this “thing” throughout history. Another clue that A was a noble is the fact they used to have long hair, or at least long enough to braid. Currently, Adam has short hair, and although Avas hair is a bit longer she always ties into a tight bun. Why? Because its more practical and won’t get in the way during a fight. If you have not noticed, A is the definition of practical. Actually, if they had a middle-name it would probably be Practical. So why would they ever want to grow out their hair, considering they don’t give a damn about fashion. Because in the world of aristocracy it was customary to have long hair, both women and men. Throughout history long hair have been viewed as a symbol of high-status. Sure, sometimes it was viewed as a sign of poverty or being free-spirited, but medieval Europe was not one of those times. Cute how A still wanted to stay practical by braiding their hair.

My third and last theory is that A was a knight. Only the wealthiest nobles could afford to be a knight, while those of lower status were either foot-soldiers or archers. Besides, everything about her/him screams soldier – as written when the detective meets them for the first (second) time. A is a serious person who prefer using official titles. They have no problem following orders as well taking command. The perfect soldier, don’t you think?

In conclusion: Adam/Ava was born between 1400-1500 A.D. Is over 500 years old. They came from a noble family. Were a knight.

And this is my private phone number, home address, ID, a copy of my schedule, a list of all my fears and weaknesses, another list but this time of people that I'm willing to die for, my social security number, my one and only pair of handcuffs, detailed description of the route I take from work late at night. Played lacrosse in school and college.

I saw everyone on twitter tearing Emma Watson apart for saying she’s self - partnered instead of single and decided to watch her interview for British Vogue to know what the hell was she trying to say with that. I was very surprised to find a 30 minute video in which amongst other things she talks about the following:

She felt undeserving when she was appointed as UN Women goodwill ambassador and sought out Gloria Steinem to learn about feminist activism.

She thinks the criticism she received for being a white feminist was useful because it made her educate herself.

She says there’s a desperate need to reform the education system in the UK to change the way they are taught the history of how Britain has been involved in foreign affairs and how they profited from slavery.

She felt anxious about approaching 30 because there’s a lot of pressure to have a husband and a baby by then and she’s still figuring her life out.

She was so young when she was casted in Harry Potter that she doesn’t remember much of her life before it and she went to therapy to deal with her issues with fame. She used to feel very guilty for being unhappy because she thought she should enjoy fame more.

The interviewer is a transgender woman and they discuss transgender issues for a while. Emma is in regular contact with a trans child which makes the topic of trans rights emotional for her because she’s very anxious for this kid’s safety.

She talks about her role as Meg March in the new Little Women movie and defends that unlike what many people say choosing to be a wife and a mother doesn’t make Meg a less feminist character and quotes a line from the movie, “Just because my dreams are different than yours it doesn’t mean they are unimportant.”  

She wishes more people would realize she’s not Hermione Granger but also understands why they want to see that in her because Hermione is a symbol for her too.

She used to think she could never be happy without a partner and now that she has learnt to navigate that better and is genuinely happy single she’s started to think of herself as self - partnered in contrast to the time when she thought of herself as single = lonely.

Every media outlet decided to focus in an out of context quote from the three minutes she talked about her dating life when the actual interview had a lot of depth and way more important things were discussed. I’m sad and angry but not surprised.
