Shoutout to Self Shippers Who Are Uncomfortable Sharing

You aren't a bad person if you're uncomfortable sharing your FO.

You aren't hurting anyone if you're uncomfortable sharing your FO.

You aren't selfish, crazy, immature, or stupid.

You ARE valid, worthy, respectable, and kind.

You ARE within your right to feel this way and no one should be making you feel bad for your emotions.

You ARE loved by your FO's without question.

Seriously. If you aren't sending hate to someone else, you aren't hurting anyone. What is hurtful is telling someone they're crazy for feeling emotions.

This also includes going out of your way to say hurtful things such as "Your FO isn't real anyways! Who cares about sharing!" "They're fictional anyways..." We have deep connections and you often times know nothing about it. To dismiss it is uncalled for and often times hurtful. Be kind to all and I promise it'll come back to you. Sure, you may not understand how someone else feels but a bit of empathy goes a long way.

I am so very tired of people hating on those who are uncomfortable sharing. It doesn't effect you, leave them alone and carry on with your own life. If they're "only fictional" to you, why get so upset over someone else's feelings?

We often times have very real emotions towards are FO and it IS real.

Therefore...

Your ship is valid much like your feelings. Respect them.

“blocking people because they annoy you is ridiculous” you do know what the block button is for, right? You do realize this is social media, right? You do realize that blocking someone isn’t sentencing them to death, right?

Block literally anyone and everyone you want for any reason you want. If you want to block everyone who has a blue icon do it. If you want to block people who have the same name as you do it. If you want to block everyone who annoys you do it. That’s literally what it’s for. Block me if you want. It’s your social media. The point of social media is to have fun and if people are annoying you then block them. You have absolutely zero obligation to interact with anyone on social media, ever.

You know what happens if you don’t immediately block people who annoy you? They keep coming back and keep annoying you. So just skip over that hassle and block them immediately :)
