-my short take of how your relationship with Namjoon went public <3-

You were longing for publicity and every time you brought it up he agreed, depicting a genius plan. The problem was he never really acted on it. He planned to take you to their first billboard performance but your flight was never booked, when you suggested taking the same plane as him he declined. Allegedly there was "not enough room". Years after years- four to be exact, this went on till it occurred to you that you had to take control. You were tired of hiding; covering the admirable marks from late nights as fans would see them or the inability to go on dates cause people would instantly recognize him, supporters or not. They were taking away your basic human rights as a couple and it bothered you.

It was safe to say, he was far more than surprised when you audibly called his name during a v-live. "Joonie, babe what do you want for dinner?" His eyes bulged wide and his mouth fell agape, he recalled he told you multiple times that he was going live- did you forget? Should he unplug his computer?

"Uh...I-" He was cut off by you coming into the camera's view, "I was thinking of ordering Papa Johns, but it's up to you" his eyes wavered from you to the comments. "Y/n- I'm live" He whispered, barely perceptible. You nodded, taking the Cheetos out of his hand and immediately popping one in your mouth. "Yeah and I'm hungry, Papa Johns or no?"

After this incident, the company definitely would not be on good terms with you- in fact you were banned for entering the building all together for at least six months. You weren’t angry at though, mainly because you did intrude without anyone’s permission and who knows what could’ve happened, so you gave the company their space.

Namjoon however stuck to you like gorilla glue. Now that everyone was aware, there was no holding back. The number of your dates increased by a ton and you were with him from studio practices, to simple RUN BTS episodes. Every hour of the day you weren’t with him (when the company separates you both) he would be blowing up your phone with cutesy messages. It would get to the point where you would have to tell him if he didn’t focus on the production for ARMY you would block him. He’d still insist on texting you to insure your safety but you would be able to unmute your phone
