yooo thanks! when I grew up, it's so normal to watch MMD. I do remember analysed those APH MMD's history refrence back in 2010+...

time went by, technology advances! it's so different making MMD nowday. there are so much more we can do, and much more easier to achieve some kind of quality.

I love MMD, cause we share those file for free, so we can actually make "something" as a community.

I have some of my MMD model upload→［free download］ it will be great to see more people play with these model XD

Double Life - Pearlescentmoon

I have a mix feeling with Pearl's model. I like the idea of "little red riding hood", and got inspire from the animatic "W.I.T.C.H." , so instead of making her hooded jacket like before, I really want to make a cloak for her!

(my old design for her from my other animatic)

before I figur out how to do cloak, I start making her face and hair first. I fouse on the long fringe that slightly cover her eyes. then I start making those cool curly long hair...

wait, oh fuck.

I just realized if I want to do the hooded cloak, it will cover the hair, and I'm too lazy to redo all this.

so, this is the story why I didn't make the hooded cloak.

fuuny story, when I show the test video to my mom.

she said, "if she has so many bandages, there is no way shw can dance this smoothly."

"you don't understand, it's forlooking fancy."

Last Life - Scott

I have SO MUCH PAIN making this man's model.

his hair is so fucking hard to model.

I have no idea how to do those little curve on his fringe (we called that 逗號瀏海 in mandarin, it means "comma fringe")

I pause this project few months due to this. I don't know what to do, and had such a bad time.

until I figur out all I need to do, is paint it over, and bend the base itself!

then I can finally finish his model.

at this point, I have spent so many time that new season Secret Life start.

fyi, I only made half of the jacket's physics on purpose. so that cloth and jacket wont glith together.

no physics, no rigid body glitch. 3D model's secrect <3

most of them I made it from sketch, some of them weren't… I just bought or downloaded the cloth, cause I have too much pain making them </3

3rd Life - Grian

Grian is those model I made back in 2022.

I noticed that his strap and collar look wrong in some video from before

(it's fucking floating??!)

so I fix it, redo the jumper, and give his hair physics.

this is the third time I put Grian in this desert set.

I tried different render, lighting style everytime.

and I'm pretty happy about the result!
