okay i am going low-activity on scott for a bit while i hyperfixate on my multi.  i went from no blogs to three like an idiot, so now i’m figuring all this out again and...relearning how to write apparently rip.  anywayyyy if you wanna follow me @strangenovels i have a ton of random characters with lots of verses that i’d love to throw at you!  and if you feel you need to unfollow for now while i’m less active, that’s fine too!  i’m still lurking here but i’ve changed all my main logins to my multi for now because that’s what has my brain you know how it is.

like overall is way too long gross. rp side of it i thiiiiink my first blog was somewhere in 2012? and i've pretty much had some kind of active blog ever since with a few months of breaks here and there. gross, do not recommend. this is why i lowkey wonder how many people i've crossed paths with and neither of us realize :')

what's your take on the rpc here overall?

i got this last night but i was lazy but uhhhhhh...as a whole? i've only been in lil corners of it so idk if i can judge overall, but it's a lot more shitty than it used to be if i'm being perfectly honest with you. 

and then this got real long so ima cut it here and put it under a read more for my ramblings cc:

ofc there's some beams of light who try to turn things around, but i don't think the rpc is anywhere near as inviting as it used to be. i'm not saying we should force ourselves to write with anyone and everyone, but the elitism that exists in tumblr dot com roleplay is ridiculous lmao. i'm in my mid-30s the last thing i'm worried about anymore is how someone feels about me writing a fake ass character on the internet just like they're doing but somehow mine's wrong. and big fandoms are the worst - if you're a part of this particular one we're in rn, a certain large show that got beat into the ground for 15 yrs and is somehow coming back for more beating, or any other shitty big one you'll know exactly how people are treated when they 1) have a diff take on a character 2) don't have a popular character 3) don't have fancy blogs/graphics/formatting/etc. that last one didn't even used to be a thing...you couldn't do shit on here and we used big gifs with no specific size and we didn't give a crap. like honestly i'm not even shitting when i say i legit miss when people were tagging each other in random things all day, commenting on everyone's posts, sending questions asking things about each other's muses, complimenting each other openly, making random ass moodboards because those were stupid and fun...idk i just think the rpc as a whole has become more disconnected and focused on some type of perfection and over the top graphics to judge whether or not you're 'worthy' of interaction now and honestly it's why i don't even have a theme on my blogs anymore. 

anyway this just got overly long because i'm feelin someway about missing how fun the old rpc used to be and missing a lot of old partners who basically got run off this platform because of hos nasty this place became. ahkldjslf.
