There is truly no way to prepare for how wild it is to watch one of your classmates become well known for something on a national and/or international level.
The funniest part is when the classmate in question was a Sociology major, and he wins an Oscar for his writing. It doesn’t bother you, because you put your English degree to work for boring corporate purposes. But you just know a bunch of the other English majors are legitimately green with envy. 😂
Which is all to say … congrats, Cord. Well deserved! 💚💛

This moment in monster factory is a gem:
Justin’s memory of a nonexistent meme
Griffin’s utter confusion
Clayton captioning his thoughts
The Oscar bait cutscene of the search for the ‘how I make bread’ guy
Griffin’s lawn mower laugh
Just *chef’s kiss*

i do think theres something sad about how largely only the literature that's considered especially good or important is intentionally preserved. i want to read stuff that ancient people thought sucked enormous balls
