Arguing about God’s existence, I hold, is like arguing about air. You may affirm that air exists, and I that it does not. But as we debate the point, we are both breathing air all the time.

You know what’s amazing? No matter how long you have gone without talking to God, without being in His presence, as soon as you turn back to Him, He is right there. With open arms, just waiting for you. And then He embraces you, and you can feel His overwhelming love. His peace and comfort, and everything is okay again.
He’s a really good God.
