So, on the criminal minds thought train, my first idea has been that for a similar setup as Rose Bushes: Y/N insert type of thing.

However, I think that I would want to shift the starting point, and introduce our new recruit as a professional in a field not covered by the team.

Thinking of the main set up, we have backgrounds in the areas of: law, diplomacy and languages, police and bomb squad, communications, technology, and seasoned vet of the BAU. Not to mention the doctor with the maths and engineering degrees

I think, and please provide opinion if interested, that Y/N needs to branch out with those fields: specifically, my idea is for Y/N to provide insight as a forensic pathologist with a murky background (because don’t we all love a murky background). And in turn, that would make Dr. Y/N such and so.
