Sherlock Approval

Characters: John Watson x Reader ; Sherlock Holmes

John was the kind of man who is always trying to not mix his work with his personal life, but working with Sherlock Holmes himself that was something kinda hard to realize. Every time he meet a woman, Sherlock will push them away from him in ways that John never would thought possible, like the day Sherlock made one of his dates ran away when the consultant detective deduced the whole woman life in just two seconds, calling her ‘bored and interested only in John’s money’ in the process. Obviously, John was pretty tired about the situation but he (in some weird way) can understand Sherlock’s actions. He knows he will do the same for Sherlock if he noticed the tall black haired man with the wrong woman at his side, because they’re best friend (besides Sherlock wouldn’t admit that).

'Lestrade and Mycroft called me this morning, they have an interesting case for me.’ Sherlock said without look at John, who was reading the newspaper. 'Really?’ He asked curiously, it wasn’t something very often to hear from Sherlock (most if the case involves to him to have to interact with his brother.)

'A body was found at the 2am, mysterious causes of death. A man of barely twenty-five years old with his lungs full of dinamite. The thing exploted and killed three persons from the police station, Lestrade thinks this have something to do with other two incidents.’ Sherlock grabbed his blue trench coat and ran outside the building, John blinked a few times before to ran after the black haired man. Sherlock was getting himself inside of the taxi when John get out of the building, he faster enter in the car next to Sherlock, who was watched closely the conductor licence. John knew that look on his face, it was going to make a coment about an infraction on the car license, John coughed to tried to shut up his friend and Sherlock rolled his eyes. When they were on the correct address were Lestrade was waiting them, they gots out from the car and Sherlock said to John 'The license was fake, and the man have cocaine hidden on the govle compartment.’

John laughed and Sherlock smirked before to said 'We can’t giggle, it’s a crime scene!’ John tried to calm himself poorly, Lestrade and the other two officers looked at them like they’re insane.

'Good evening, I’ve suppose you two were late like always. ’ Lestrade said with a tired tone on his voice, Sherlock deduced it was because the man had to work the whole night.

'Tell me about the case, the rest is not my business Lestrade.’ Sherlock said coldly, John decided to look around the place and search for any clue about who could do something like that or at the least how. He walked against the limits of the crime scene, noticing one of the forensic scientists taking notes next to the few parts of what looks like parts from a human body.

He takes a few steps closer and choughted to get the scientist attention. 'Hi Sir, excuse my suddenly interruption but my name is John -

You turned to see the man who was talking to you, John giggled nervous about his mistake.

’ Oh God, I’m so sorry. I thought you were an, uhh never mind. Was an terrible mistake, sorry. ’ John nervous gave to you his hand, you grabbed his hand.

'Don’t worry, this happen more often than you though. The people don’t acostumbrate to saw a woman working here.’ You smiled at him, tying to calm the man. 'My name is (Y/N) (Y/L/N), by the way.’

'John Watson.’ He said, shaking your hand.

'John Watson? The John Watson, who works with the great Sherlock Holmes and write about his cases on his blog?’ You asked with surprise on your voice, John giggled nervous.

'The one and only.’

'Sorry for the fangirl moment, I love your blog and is a great surprise to meet you in person on my job.’ You let go his hand, gabbing more close to you your note and your pen.

He was going to say something about it, but he shut himself when he saw Sherlock coming closer. “Oh please, don’t ruin the moment.” He though when he saw the expression of “I’m-a-overprotective-best-friend” on Sherlock’s face. John looked at him with an annoying expresion, muttering 'shut up’ to him.

You turned around to saw the tall man coming closer, you remember the man from the newspaper pictures. 'Good evenning Mr.Holmes.’ You said to him, Sherlock didn’t talk to you but John knew he was analyzing you.

You didn’t say anything more and John decided to broke the silence, he coughed to clean his throat before talk. 'Sherlock, this is (Y/N), she is an forensic scientist and she was working about -’ John licked his lips nervous, he doesn’t know what you were doing before.

'I know, Lestrade told me about the “great and very talent scientist” who is working for this case, an specialist on explosives and stuff.’ Sherlock said without take his eyes out of you.

You blinked a few times before to try to talk, but he spoke again. ’ Very young and smart, but based on the bags under your eyes you had to work at night and today have suppost to be your day off but here you are taking notes because you love your job and Lestrade probably don’t pay you soo bad.’ He smiled proud of himself when he finished his deduction, waiting to you to leave running of the scene but for his surprise you smiled with admiration on your eyes.

’ Wow, that was so awesome. Exactly like John said you’re on his blog! ’ You smiled at John, who was impacted to see a person who doesn’t run away from them when Sherlock was, well, Sherlock. 'I have to end my work here, but Lestrade have my number so if you two need my help for the case don’t hesitate to call me.’ You said before leave the two impacted mens.

John barely move from his place, he saw you went to the other side of the crime scene to talk with Lestrade. Sherlock smirked and without look at John he said’ Smart, not as me, but very smart. She had a ring a wile ago, she have a little ring mark on her finger so she have to be divorced. ’

’ Relax, I don’t believe in that whole thing about relationships. But, after seeing the look on his face when she talk to you and how she seemed to enjoy your works.’ Sherlock explained, he smiled a bit to John. 'Asked her to go out with you.’ He said before to leave John alone, who was very impacted.

Sherlock always made his dates ran away, but this time he seemed to approve the idea of his best friend dating with someone.

Just a Reminder that Donald Trump is and always has been an abuser.  A third woman has now accused Mr. Trump of rape.

A woman filed a  lawsuit claiming that when she was thirteen years old she was held as a sex slave to Mr. Trump and his friend Jeffrey Epstein. The woman claimed to have a witness, “Tiffany Doe,” to the incidents. Mr. Epstein is a notorious  “billionaire pedophile” who is now a Level 3 registered sex offender - the most dangerous kind, “a threat to public safety” — after being convicted of misconduct with another underage girl.

Mr. Trump has a long history of debasing women he’s worked with, crossing the line on a regular basis. He’s taken lifelong joy in objectifying women, including his proclamation: “Women, you have to treat ‘em like shit.”

He’s also  been accused of worse than just misogynist language. Two prior women have accused Mr. Trump, in court documents, of actual or attempted sexual assault. (Mr. Trump denies all the allegations.) In fact, Under oath, Ivana Trump accused Mr. Trump of a violent rape. First was Ivana Trump, Donald Trump’s first wife, who said under oath in a 1989 deposition that he had violently attacked her, ripped out her hair and forcibly penetrated her without her consent.

Three different places near Athens were destroyed by massive forest fires.

• 180+ people are severely injured and burnt.

• 50 people and counting were found dead on the streets, in their cars or houses, including families that were found hugging each other.

• 100+ are missing.

This is a national tragedy. So many were lost because of ARROGANT PEOPLE.

Spreading awareness. There’s no need for such things to happen, so many lives were destroyed for no reason.
