I’m not that deep into Genshin lore but here are my thoughts on how visions got distributed:

Venti is creating an army of smol gremlins (he and Ei fought over Scaramouche)

Zhongli is collecting all platinum blondes across Teyvat (he and Venti fought over Kazuha)

Ei is just rewarding badass bitches and men with claws with visions

The Pyro Archon and The Tsaritsa are in a competition of who’s gonna adopt more orphans (it all started with Diluc and Kaeya and kept getting worse from there)

Nahida is giving a vision to everyone who’s said “fuck you” to the Akademya

The Hydro Archon is just collecting hot people (they and The Tsaritsa fought over Kaeya)

I think what shocked me the most with this trailer is how young the campers are. Like, sure, I knew they were. But it’s one thing reading it when I was a kid myself and another actually seeing them being so young when I’m an adult now.
