I did like the tapes more than the movie but I didn’t like the movie because literally anytime he went to trial his lawyer would disprove or discredit the evidence or witness and they’d just be like yea fuck that you’re guilty with no reasoning 🤷🏻‍♀️. I get there was supposed to be a plot twist at the end where his ex found out he’s a killer. Like it’s all about how she didn’t believe it but idk it was just poorly executed in terms of how they presented the events and was extremely choppy. Just like this paragraph. I feel like they should’ve like showed him tailing his victims or like him in the same place looking sus with his victim kind in the back ground and he like turns and it kind of focuses on for example 🤷🏻‍♀️

I still can’t stop thinking about the Ted Bundy movie. They should do the Richard Ramirez story next.. The lifetime movie was ok but I feel like they didn’t go into depth with everything..

I just. I don’t like this view of “millennials vs Gen Z”. This is NOT supposed to be a competition of who got fucked over the most and who’s “actually fighting back”.

Millennials are fighting back just by surviving in a job market where the minimum wage doesn’t cover the living cost. Millennials are awesome at “killing” the diamond, golfing and napkins industries. Millennials are using the internet to make sure things that corporations want to keep in the dark are exposed. They’re open LGBTQIA-friendly business, they’re supporting each other with online donations so everyone can survive this shitty economy.

And the Gen Z kids? The Gen Z kids are rad. I remember a post about something like the millennials making a collective promise to never become a disenchanted generation that only criticizes the next one and I want to point out that this “millennials vs gen z” trend is trying to do exactly that: split us apart. Prevent millennials from being the older siblings that teach the younger siblings to throw a good punch and turn them into the annoyed adult complaining about “those kids” on their lawn. We are the two groups that grew in a connected world of information. We are two very unique generations.

I think that it’s our duty for us millennials, as a disrespected, underpaid, very angry generation to stand up by our younger siblings, and fight together the oppressive systems that brought us all to this point.

Here are just a few strong, badass, and generally awesome female animated characters who are NOT from the House of Mouse:

Anastasia/Anya from Anastasia

She’s street-wise, sassy, and smart, as well as beautiful in both hand-me-downs and dresses. She broke the idea that “princesses can’t be tough” before Merida even got a shot. What more could you ask for?

Kayley from Quest for Camelot

She rides a horse, uses a sword, and goes on a quest to save Camelot. She becomes the first lady-knight, and she was sporting the tunic/leggings combo before it was a thing.

Tzipporah from The Prince of Egypt

This movie is full of strong women, but Tzipporah was always my favorite. She’s sexy, strong, clever, and doesn’t put up with anybody’s sh*t. Don’t believe me? Go watch it again.

Chel from The Road to El Dorado.

She uses all her assets to get what she wants. Shady, sexy, and smart–she can hold her own in a scam. Far from the goody-good-doing princesses of Disney.

Akima from Titan A.E.

Steampunk, kick-ass, beautiful pilot who stole my heart when the “Steampunk” genre was still in its infancy. Also, she’s Asian and she has purple hair. I wanted that hair, guys… I wanted it so bad.

I’m glad Disney is choosing to portray more empowered female characters–but they’re not pioneering this movement. Notice that these movies are mostly from the 90′s and 00′s.
